I can't overstate how impressed we were with Esther's competence and professionalism. She is extremely thorough, and moves with a speed and precision that will make your jaw drop. We spoke to Esther on a Thursday night. Told her we were looking forward to a 3 row SUV and told her what features we wanted. We gave her our budget for down payment, purchase price, and monthly payment. We told her our first choice was a new Kia Telluride, but we're open to other vehicles if the numbers didn't work. The next morning, she had located a new Telluride with all the features we asked for at a dealership in LA (we live in San Diego). She quotes a price that sounded too good to be true (it was true). Quoted a monthly payment that was well within our budget at the down payment we told her. By lunch she had arranged a test drive of the same vehicle at a dealership in San Diego. She collected all the info needed to process our loan application via phone call and text. By mid afternoon, she told us application was approved, and they were prepping the car/paperwork for delivery. By late afternoon, we learned the car was en route to our home. Friday evening, the car was delivered to our home, and we signed all of the paperwork in our kitchen. The cherry on top? I sent Esther pictures of our old mini van, and a firm offer from CarMax, that was good for 7 days. She arranged for a wholesaler to come to our house, take the vehicle, and they matched the Car Max offer to the penny! I can go on for days, but need to mention how nice it was to not have to spend an entire day at a dealership. Avoid the back and forth nonsense with the sales manager and pushy finance guy trying to sell you the extended warranty, etc. Esther does all the negotiating for you! I will never even consider buying a car another way again.

I contacted them in advance to explain my situation, and they were incredibly kind and welcoming from the start. After my visit, they worked so hard to find the exact vehicle I was looking for under the best possible terms. They even offered a much better trade-in value for my old car than CarMax. They promised to keep me updated, and in less than half a day, they locked in a great deal on a vehicle. Thanks to that, I was able to take delivery of my new car just two days later. I highly recommend this place to the Korean community living in LA. The owners are both wonderful and kind, and Esther, who helped find my car and walked me through the contract, was also extremely helpful and sweet. Before writing my own review, I noticed a few negative Korean reviews, which is why I decided to write this to help guide other fellow Koreans. It seems some people might mistake the second-generation staff's slight awkwardness with the Korean language for being rude, but that is not the case at all. I highly encourage you to drop by for a consultation without any hesitation. When I went in on Saturday to pick up my car, the office was packed with clients. I think that shows just how reliable and trustworthy this place is. If you are uncomfortable with English like me, want to sell your car for a great price, or are stressed out from being ripped off by dealership pricing games, this is definitely the place to go. Again, what an amazing job her and this company does to make car buying or leasing as painless as possible. Esther was able to do another tremendous job in finding me a vehicle and also working with me on my budget. The communication, friendliness, and professionalism Eden provides is above and beyond. When dropping off my lease, I was in and out after signing paperwork and understanding all the ins and outs all less than an hour. I've been coming to Mercedes DTLA for about 10yrs now for services even though I've purchased all of my cars from Mercedes Laguna Niguel. DTLA is a bit closer to home for me and it felt more welcoming for me to have my car serviced with them. I'm not sure what's happened to the service department but it's definitely not how it used and they no longer seem customer oriented. I booked an appointment for Service B on my AMG GT 43 4 dr coupe, and I also had a flat tire so I needed to get a tire thru my wheel and tire pkg. After driving on the streets of LA this wasn't my first flat so I know the process and knew that I wouldn't get my car back the same day. So during the time of my online booking I requested a loaner. The day before my appointment I received this odd text that I've never received before telling me that due to the nature of my service I would not be provided a loaner. So I replied! (Pics attached of the correspondence). After the weird text, of course I didn't receive my vehicle the same day with the services completed, as I already knew that I would not, when my car was completed the first payment link I received was not accurate and I was charged for the tire that was supposed to be covered by my wheel and tire package, I replied via text questioning the charge and received no apology response just another link with the $1k+ amount removed, and I got my car back with not 1 but 2 missing tire valve caps lol. So yeah that's my experience and I can't go back after this because I've NEVER had this type of experience before and it's mixed feelings of sadness and ICK as a previous happy customer.

Before reading, please note this will be a lengthy review, but it is very detailed and accurately…read morereflects my experience. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. My first experience was average overall nothing particularly stood out, but there were no major issues either. My second purchase is where I ran into significant problems. My salesperson, David, was great and I highly recommend him. He assisted me with both vehicles and provided solid service throughout the sales process. However, my experience with financing was very disappointing. The finance representative I worked with the second time, Oscar Ovega, did not provide clear communication or proper follow-up. After my vehicle was involved in an accident and declared a total loss, I went back to cancel my warranty. I was told the process could take up to a month and that I would be kept updated, but I never received any follow-up despite reaching out via email. When I returned to the dealership, another employee informed me that the cancellation had not been handled and assisted me with submitting it. Unfortunately, this led to further issues. My GAP insurance was canceled without my request, first of ALLL who thinks of yeah ima cancel my GAP after being in a total loss NO ONE CORRECT. ( I couldn't get my gap back after telling me they will ) while my warranty remained active, which caused additional delays and confusion. I later worked with Arturo, who initially seemed eager to help and assured me he would keep me updated. He provided his phone number and email, which I appreciated. However, despite me reaching out multiple times through both text and email, I did not receive any responses. My messages showed as read, but there was no follow-up, and my calls were consistently declined or unanswered. This added to the frustration and lack of communication throughout the process. The only positive experience during this situation was working with Denyss, who was extremely helpful despite not being my assigned finance representative. She took the time to properly review my case, confirmed that my warranty had in fact been submitted earlier without my knowledge, and followed through to ensure it was finally processed correctly. I truly appreciate her professionalism and willingness to step in. At this point, the warranty funds have been sent to Toyota, but I am still waiting for final resolution. I have attempted to follow up multiple times with Oscar and the manager, Kendra, but communication has continued to be lacking and timelines have not been met. Overall, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience with their finance department. If you do choose to come here, I strongly recommend working with David for sales and Denyss for financing. It is unfortunate, as I had previously recommended this dealership to several people who went on to purchase vehicles here. Based on my recent experience, I will no longer be recommending them.
