They do not wear masks and they do not practice social distancing. They have a sign that states they are being safe and requiring masks but no one has a mask on! We asked our vehicle to be sanitized and the idiot drives up in our car with no mask!! They couldn't be honest about filing a claim with our warranty company I had to call the to make a claim. It's a real shit show!!! read more

Purchased my car exactly a year ago and wanted to wait to write a review for Auto Boutique. First of all you have to understand what kind of dealership they are - They are a volume dealership, meaning the salesperson doesn't get paid off individual cars but rather quantity of cars they sell. Thus they won't care about you or your problems but want you in and out of the door. They don't negotiate because they aren't getting paid off the sale price but rather the number of cars sold. Second, the cars they are selling typically are cars from auctions where they most likely have some issue and require some work (dents/paint/brakes/tires/damage to body/etc.) to be resold which is why they get such a good price and are able to offer low prices as well. A lot of people that have access to these website will typically flip these cars. Keep in mind, as with most people that flip cars... they do the bare minimum to make it ready to be sold. So you really have to try and figure out what work was done and what needs to be done. They also tried to tell me they don't have a garage that they fix their cars in... One look around back (or their huge lot around back) will tell you otherwise. Seriously, who are you fooling? That being said, you have to keep in mind that you are another number to them and they don't have your best interest and its on you to do your due diligence. For myself, I lived 2 hours away and called multiple times to make sure the vehicle I was looking at was still there. You have to make sure that you arrive prior to them opening so that you can be the first to get the car as they do not hold the vehicle! Once you get the vehicle, it's pretty much yours to do as you please with for basically as long as you want. I had the car for approximately 7 hours in which I inspected it, test drove it, and took it to a mechanic. When I arrived, I noticed they had warmed the car up which was a red flag. You typically want to check the car during a cold start to hear any clunks or noises and to see how the car fires up. I turned it off and let the car sit there for appox. an hour while I inspected every nook and cranny of the car. Once the car was cooled down, checked the engine bay as well as the rest, followed by an appt. at a local mechanic. After all was said and done, I bought the car. It's been exactly a year and haven't had any issues with it other than maintenance (fluids were really low when I bought it, Brakes and rotors had to be replaced, tires will have to be replaced as well). I would definitely purchase from them again, but with caution as with any dealership/car buying process. I enjoyed the process mainly because you don't have some annoying salesman in your ear or watching you like a hawk, they let you practically examine the car however you'd like. It was more like buying a car from the owner except with no knowledge of the history of the vehicle. Best of luck! read more

Complete BS. Drove over an hour to see a few cars listed on the website. Spoke to Barbara by phone and she assured all vehicles were on the lot and available to test drive. That and she told me about their 1 year warranty. Needles to say when we arrived only one car was available to drive. The others were not even options. And when we sat down to talk to them regarding price, they tacked on additional charges such as a $499 protective shield???? Oh and of course they apologized because Barbara misspoke regarding the 1 year warranty. The car ended up costing $1200 over the listed price. Don't waste your time!!!! read more

For 1 whole week I've been calling trying to get some information on a vehicle they had for sale. Everyone kept telling me they would call me back and never did. Very unreliable people and doesn't seem like they have a process in place. read more

I went to Auto Boutique Texas my customer service was great, I was told that the car I was looking at had some kind of point inspection like a 75 point inspection when I got in the car it smelled like weed so I told the salesman he said he would get it taken care of. So they drove it off and pretended to do something when I got back in the car the smell was less. Hours later the smell returned. I took it to a detail shop they found a bad of weed in the visor, so I stared to really look at the car the Cabin filter was the original filter the air filter was original. This was a 2016 VW its now May 2020. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. Also they offer a free oil change not even sure they will do that. read more

Auto Boutique is one of the really premier pre-owned car dealerships. When I checked out Auto Boutique I could tell that the standard for vehicles was high. Mostly new cars with really low miles. Great condition and wide selection. When I went they had a ton of great daily drivers like brand new Toyotas, Hondas, Volkswagens and Jeeps. I knew that Auto Boutique had a history of selling luxury and exotic vehicles, and I was impressed by the selection they had when I went: BMW i8, Bentley Continental GT, Maserati GranTurismo, Porsche 911's, and the M6 I ended up purchasing. Working with Yan was a helpful, easy, and efficient process. Would definitely recommend - their vehicle quality and customer experience is up there with the best. read more

it's very disheartening/disturbing that you guys attempted to hide the fact that this car had extensive damage. On top of that, there was a squealing noise coming from the engine compartment, you guys stated that the maintenance on the car was up to date... Im sad and in shock that you guys would try to sell me something that was not what was promised. Truth be told, if given the proper information, and a decent price, I would of been willing to buy this car. I have bought salvaged vehicles before. I have bought vehicles that have had damage. read more

When you walk in, you won't be greeted. You'll have to approach someone for assistance since they're too busy talking amongst themselves. Oh, most employees don't wear masks. I guess they don't care for the safety of their customers. Also, you won't be allow to test drive without proof of insurance. Even though other dealerships ask for it, it isn't required. How do you expect to make the sale if you won't allow potential buyers to test drive without providing their insurance? read more

Found a car through "American Express Auto Purchasing Plan" (Truecar); was sent a certificate re: $100.00 off at Auto Boutique. Was told by salesman I would get a check from Finance...DID NOT HAPPEN!! Was told by Finance guy (Mell), that it was taken off on the purchase order...WAS NOT!!! (see attached) Then when I showed them the letter from my Credit Union that I ALWAYS use with a 2.94% rate (that I had mentioned to the salesman); I was told by the Finance manager that I had to use their financing (another credit union that they probably have a relationship with??)....it was DOUBLE the % rate (4.94%).....I have tried to contact the salesman and the finance department by both email and voicemail, no response. Have contacted American Express and they will be contacting the dealership. Unless this is resolved, will not be recommending Auto Boutique to ANYONE, in fact will warn people to stay away!!! I will say that Anthony, my salesman, was very helpful and don't think he was a part of the problem.....it was all the Finance Dept!!! One last thing, watch for "Z-Shield" that costs $500.....I didn't want any warranty, add-ons, etc....was told "all their cars had this "protectorant" applied to the interior/exterior of their cars, and you had to pay for it!!! As you can see from the purchase order attachment, I got them down to $190, which the finance guy said was "their cost", and that it had alread been done to my car?????? Ugh Update: The Credit Union they said I had to use (ACU of Texas); offered me a much lower rate....I explained the problems I had with Auto Boutique! I would recommend contacting the Credit Union they "make" you use, and talk to them...they are very nice and helpful! Email from them: (a little different than the "Best We Can Do" from Auto Boutique!!!!! Don't go to this dealer! RUDEST general manager in the history of general managers at used car dealers. And that's a pretty high bar. Mercedes is her name; predictably, she would not give us her last name. Botox included and extremely rude. No mask. Vehicle listed at 61,000 miles online and was nearly 78,000 miles when we went there. Cesar was a great sales representative and was scared to even let us speak to his general manager; he did not say that, but we could tell. Hope that sharp young man will work for someone better soon She actually looked us straight in the eye and said the value of the car is the same no matter the mileage and it's not a mistake. "When we got the car it had 61,000 miles on it; many times our executives drive the car many miles. The increased miles does not change our price."jengvalljr read more

the truck I went to look at was NOT as advertised. the truck in the photos was spotless with no cosmetic defaults. when I drove the 2 hours to look at the truck it was filthy with dirt all over it and there wires hanging below the truck and all over the center console of the vehicle. was also told I couldn't get an out the door number over the phone. once I drove the 2 hours and didn't get helped for 30 minutes i took it upon myself to look at the truck and it was horrible. NOT AS ADVERTISED AT ALL, it was a hole in the wall that had pretty pictures online. read more

This is the worst place on earth to purchase a vehicle. First of all, ALL of their vehicles are faulty. My wife and I worst nightmare was purchasing a vehicle from auto boutique Texas. We drove the vehicle for under 100 miles and noticed it had transmission and engine faults. We called the warranty company and they could not cover both transmission and engine. We took the car back to auto boutique. Long story short, 8 months later, auto boutique called us to pick the car up and that the work had been done. Barely 3 weeks later, the car had severe transmission oil leak. Their service shop lied to us so multiple times regarding the actual work they did on the car. We are now left to paying car note and repair transmission which is exorbitantly expensive. Auto boutique can not be trusted; what they do there can be compared to a broad day robbery. BOYCOTT AUTO BOUTIQUE!!! read more

1. Dangerous place to go during COVID-19. Mask policy & social distancing were not enforced at all- even by employees. 2. Are unwilling to compromise price even by a cent, even though they are a used car dealership 3. Force 'shield protection' thing- an EXTRA $500 on top of every single car price. It is completely useless, just a way to charge you more 4. Only care about making a sale. Will sacrifice anyone who gets in the way of that. 5. Make you wait FOREVER. Even when we made it clear we wanted to get out as quickly as possible. Terrible customer service 6. Rude, evil used car dealership. I would not recommend to anyone. If you HAVE to go here, make sure you take the car to a mechanic on your test drive because these guys will screw you over if you let them. read more

Do not buy from this place. They have faulty cars that they tamper with the check engine light to make sure it doesn't come on until 30 mins after you drive off with it. The car I just purchased was fine during test drive but 20 mins after driving off with it the check engine light comes on and it has never driven the same since. Going to have to take it in to another shop because they sell all the cars "as is". Dishonest people with faulty cars and they know it. Do not buy from this place ever read more

Auto Boutique is absolutely stellar! Never had an experience anything close to it and I am nearly 60! The call center was extremely efficient to start and included the KBB in the photos of the vehicle I expressed interest in. Natalie was awesome selling me the car. That was just the beginning...I got a full Team of associates with customer service clearly being the top priority. Ahmed/Adam (a-z) and Victor (finance guy) are polished. Tatiana and even the reception lady was trying to overdose me in water and other amenities in the place. I will be back and will send friends/family/colleagues w/o question. Bunch of great personalities. Oh, can't forget manager Mercedes was very "fair and reasonable" despite my never ending "asks". GREAT JOB AUTO BOUTIQUE!!! read more

Scamming low down liars. Filed a fraudulent insurance claim after I returned a car that turned out to be in an accident after they swore it was accident free. Told my insurance I wrecked the car in order to get some free money but failed to take any pics to compare with the pics I had showing prior damage(minimal). Had no pics to go along with the lies of front bumper, rear bumper, hood and trunk damage. Ultimate fail of 2019. You never win playing dirty. read more

Do not bother driving to this dealership if they have a vehicle you want. I live in college station and called to see if they would hold a vehicle for me because it would be a 2+ hour drive and I would have to take off work and they assured me they would hold it as long as I made my appointment on time. an hour into my drive I got a call where the sales lady lied to me and said they do not hold vehicles and that someone had just qualified to purchase it. I told her how could that be, and she said she would call me back and double check. 30 minutes later they called me back saying the vehicle had been sold but this time they claimed they did actually hold vehicles for people and that this dealership as just a mistake. Don't bother driving out to this dealership if you think they will hold a car for you. I took off work and now wasted 3 hours of my day driving for nothing. read more

We had a quick need for a vehicle after our car was totaled in an accident. Tatiana was very helpful in getting us information on the used car we were interested in, having a test drive, and getting it checked out with our mechanic. I can't explain to you how disappointed I was in the service here. First of all, the process after financing my vehicle has been an absolute mess. I didn't feel like my business has been appreciated at all. Just purchased a car from Auto Boutique and was completely disappointed in the customer service! Went in knowing exactly what I wanted, test drive one car.. which I ended up purchasing but despite the "no haggle pricing" was very disappointed! I was purchasing cash, which one would think would be an easy in and out. Went on a Saturday and didn't have check in had and they don't allow bank verification over $2,000. Fine not a problem paid $200 to hold the car until Monday when I could come with cashiers check in hand. Promised 15 minutes of my time. Walked in and my sales person had left for the day, knowing we would be there at 7pm coming from across town. After standing there 15 minutes someone finally acknowledged me just to be ignored after I said my sales person wasn't there ( assuming no commission not his problem). Second person finally got me in line for sales manager. Completed sale to then be told car would have paper plates be put on and pulled around front. After waiting 20 out front walked in and asked how much longer she explained she would had to find the guy she passed it off to. Watched her disappear... another 15 minutes elapsed before I was handed my keys. Car on empty that stopped to fill up before heading back to my side of town. Definitely would not suggest this place to anyone looking for a dealership with any type of customer service!! read more

Went in on Saturday, got a car that was "said" to be inspected and good to go for my teenage daughter... I know from the jump that car dealerships are full of snakes however this particular snake THERESA BOLK (manager here) even looked me in eyes and said God bless you lol even though I gave them another chance to get it right the next day against my better judgment cause my daughter liked the car. Well its Monday September 9th and the car doesn't work. I called she wouldn't return my calls, she will give you a lot of lip service DO NOT BELIEVE IT. The sales person tried to make it right however she called me back and said "THERESA BOLK" would not let her bring the car in to get it looked at. So in conclusion I'm stuck paying for a non-working car that I have only had for 1 day... DO NOT GO HERE TO WASTE YOUR MONEY STAY AWAY !!!! NEGATIVE STARS OF POSSIBLE. read more

The first two reviews are interesting. Someone stated the car they bought was in several accidents and they weren't made aware before they purchased the vehicle. I can only speak from our experience but Auto Boutique provided us with a CarFax report on all the vehicles we were considering which shows if a car has been in an accident, salvage, flood or anything else of interest. CarFax also shows what service was conducted on the vehicle which will give you a good idea how well the vehicle was cared for. In addition, CarFax shows if the vehicle was a commercial or personal purchase. The 2nd person said Auto Boutique sold them a stolen vehicle? Not sure how this could have happened since the vehicles are registered in the companies name when they buy them from auctions. Again, I can only speak to our experience but both of these reviews seem a little off. Now for our experience! My wife and I went to Auto Boutique after being at one of the area major dealers. Auto Boutique is listed as a preferred dealer by USAA which means a lot in terms of reputation. USAA wouldn't allow a service member or veteran to purchase a vehicle from a shady place. Upon arrival, one of Auto Boutique sales members (we learned later is was one of the owners) greeted us, asked us what we were looking for and then showed us what was within our budget. They didn't try to up-sell us and were very low pressure during the whole process. We found our 1st vehicle, a very nice Chevy Equinox LT. The sales team let us test drive it without a sales person being present which is great, since we can talk about the vehicle without the pressure of a sales person listening. Once we decided this was the vehicle for us, they provided us the CarFax which showed the vehicle was a leased vehicle from Ohio and they bought the vehicle at auction. Their business model is to sell below retail but above wholesale so everyone is a winner. There is no haggling with the price since it's below retail. We checked this vehicle against other vehicles and USAA said it was an "Exceptional Buy" so we bought vehicle #1. We weren't expecting to buy Vehicle #2 but my wife wanted to see about trading in her Mercedes-Benz E400 for an SUV. Again, they took the time to listen to what my wife wanted and found 3 vehicles that fit her needs. She test drove an Acura RDX and loved it. We talked to USAA and they again said this was an "Exceptional Buy" so we purchased the vehicle. The awesome thing was everyone was friendly! They were supposed to close at 6 pm and we arrived at 5 but didn't leave until almost 11 since we wanted to go home with both vehicles. They all stayed until both deals were done which saves us a return trip from Sienna Plantation to Clear Lake. That's good customer service. Again, I can only speak from our experience but my wife and I highly recommend Auto Boutique for your next car! read more

Tatiana has to be one of the best Sales people i have met. When i started to look for mustangs all i saw were overpriced GT's and you couldnt get a good deal without dealerships adding unreasonable fees along with it.This dealership offers so much more then others will do for you.I recently purchased a 2019 Mustang GT from them and i have to say i am so proud with the purchase. Before purchasing the mustang i went to another dealership that wanted to add 2000 dollars of unnecessary fees.So we left we then figured its be a great time to go look at this one.We were cutting it close to closing time of this dealership but they stopped and waited for us which i was so grateful for.The financial manager and tatiana stayed after 10 o clock making sure we were situated.Once again i am so grateful for these people, they are the absolute best of the best!! read more

Hands down WORST experience I've ever had in a dealership. The front desk woman was charming and that is about the only nice thing there.
