She was so rude and not friendly while I was trying to pay. I told her she was being rude. No reason to. I'm a customer. Now she won't sell the parts. Petty and unprofessional for a GM. Made an appointment one month in advance and took my truck over there on the day it was supposed to…read morearrive at 10 minutes before eight I was told that it would probably be ready around noon. That did not happen and was never called to let me know that the part was not there even though the appointment was made 30 days prior. I was given every excuse that you can imagine and was told the part would be there that evening and they would start on it the first thing the next morning. Well that did not happen either and was told all kind of reasons about why it did not get there. Again was not called to let me know the part did not arrive and given more excuses. I was told by "the general manager" (ha ha) that it would be done first thing the next morning. Guess what that did not happen either so I went to pick up my truck and the battery was not able to start the truck and they jumped the truck and was told by the "general manager" not to shut the truck off because it would not start again. Had the battery tested and it is still a working battery and has been shut off many times. So this should tell you what you are dealing with at this dealership.

Today, I'll drive the hour and a half to Houston/Katy rather than let this group of hacks anywhere near my cars. The "people" are gone, replaced by corporate directed "voiceboxes" posing as people. Everything is AI driven for profit, ignoring the human price extracted from the employees and customers. Human relationships are set aside, relying on misinformation instead of corporate responsibility. I went because I trusted the staff to care, I left because they don't anymore. This time I arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 scheduled oil change. Noted 7 cars parked in the service drive so got out and spoke to Tommy and said "Y'all look slammed. I'm just here for an oil change appointment". He said no sir these are all drop ins and we'll take care of your appointment right away. Grabbed Gina and told her mine was an appointment oil change. Saw Gina drive my truck around to back at 9:30. Went up at 10:20 to ask about what the hold up might be. 10:30 Gina comes to tell me the truck was just put on the lift. We discussed my appointment and she said she didn't know about that. Also said someone didn't show up for work blah blah blah So guess if I hadn't asked about it my quick 15 min oil change truck would still be sitting back there somewhere. I'll go try Oviedo in La Grange from now on.

I always believed that this USED car lot was different, but I was completely WRONG. First... Just…read moreafter we signed all the papers, we took possession I noticed the tire pressure sensors went wild as soon I drove off the lot. So I took this traverse right back to the used car lot. I had asked them how do I reset the tire sensors? They started looking at everything and that they need to replace the tire sensors. So while I had the traverse in their shop they magically spotted a radiator leak! Wow how convenient! So I guess when they got this thing in they never saw any issues with radiator. So I truly believe that they never really do their due diligence and make sure there's no issues with anything. All they did was clean it and hurry up to sell it. I am kinda thankful that I got a warranty. But here is my other complaint. We'll this is true for most car lot's both new dealerships and used car's. So while we going through getting finance the salesman told us that the finance company requires us to get auto warranty. LIES! Later I talked to another employee they said they were trying to get us a better interest rate! ANOTHER LIE! I did talked to the finance company and they they do not require ANY car warranty! Reduced interest rate! What BS! This used car lot and others are just selling auto warranty is to make MONEY. This used car lot could have just replaced the radiator! But they wanted to make extra CASH! NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

He picked up my car less than 2 hours later, and towed it all the way to the transmission shop in Houston, right to their door. Then? He dropped me off at my house. Excellent service. Also... his truck was clean. No wrappers, dirt, funky smells etc. Plus- Duane is a really good guy. So... feel free to call around, if you want. But my experience with Duane at West Motors was about as good as it gets. Great price, quick top- notch service.
