He recognized and respected my goal and didn't waste my time steering me elsewhere, instead bringing in Alfred and working to help me reach my goal. There was a minor misunderstanding while running the numbers about a markup but Scion's Pure Pricing policy (and sharp eyes on both sides) kept everyone honest and above board. Funny thing is how he texts me and tells me to "go fuck yourself moron" and that "I have no life and am wasting people's time." Guy tried selling me a car that he didn't even have access to. They got me a great used Honda in great shape with all the trimmings with rims and low mileage. They also got me financed even though I have terrible credit. A month or so after I bought the car I had a problem with the instrument cluster and Matthew replaced the whole thing and took care of the problem.
