We know never own a jeep without an extended warranty. I also purchased an extended service plan. And soon the takebacks began. Although this dealership was further away from my home in Summerlin than I would like they had a shuttle service. The first thing they did was end the shuttle service with no compensation for the inconvenience to me. The extended warranty as promised was supposed to be two servicing a year for seven years. I should've read the small print because to make a few extra bucks on me.,They changed it to seven servicing. They are not really good at honoring their word. Although I do love the Service writers and you can tell they really care. The service department is just pathetic. However, they're not as bad as Jeep Only. So at least they're not the bottom of the barrel. This was a great Jeep. It must've been built on a Tuesday. It has been very good to me over the years. But I've had small issues that Jeep could never quite fix. I don't wanna say they didn't wanna fix them, but I have to wonder. Long story short now that my warranty and service is up, immediately after my final servicing, I took it to one of the local mechanics in the Summerlin area and when I drove away, everything was fixed. The salesman was very helpful and accommodating. We found a vehicle we wanted an it cost about as much as we expected. The next step, waiting to see the finance guy, completely negated all the good work at the beginning. First, there is only one person doing finance on Saturday. Second, the couple that was in the finance office before us was in there for over an hour and a half. I don't know if it was because there was an issue with financing or they were just chitchatting. Either way, I understand the importance of customer service, but my time is precious, too. Fortunately, the finance guy was very polite and very apologetic and efficiently hustled us through the process to get us done. Overall, the results were mixed. I would not say to avoid this store, just be prepared.

Unfortunately, this was the worse experience in vehicle purchasing we've had. Hoping that since we had a vehicle in mind and funds ready to purchase, all we had to do is give our money and vwaĺa. At least that is what we've experienced flawlessly in the past. NOPE. Walked in on the 4th of September, and finally got our vehicle on the 18th. Vehicle arrived the 16th but was neither ready for delivery and was missing the charger. Not to mention a missing button for the cruise control. We decided to take delivery despite the missing items with a promise for the charger. Wife and I had to do our own footwork for the missing button and eventually had to detail the vehicle ourselves. The charger. With a missing charger, we did not chance driving the vehicle until transfer of ownership. Promise from Autonation was a brand new charger to be ordered from Lucid. That was 9/18. By the 20th we did not hear anything back so I decided to order a car cover from the same Lucid site. Gues what cam in 2 days later. Yup the cover. It was not until I inquired on the 25th that I heard the charger arrived. Guess what, I was given a used charger. After testing it, came to find out it does not work. Hmmm The green slip So the final item we were told would take a max 2 weeks, was the DMV paperwork. Mind you, while signing the paperwork on the 18th, I verified there was a discrepancy to my email. Was told by Autonation that they will not be sending me emails and to not worry about it. Today is the 14th and guess what, yup not paperwork. A text was sent out to Autonation to follow up, and we were told it will be EMILED. Hmmm. After receiving a sent response, we checked and low and behold, nothing. A second attempt with my actual email was sent, and we finally got it. Conclusion Lack of urgency - because we transfered from California, we were told this Centennial location would not get full cut out of the purchase. Having us checking in more than expected and requesting, bargaining, and negotiating on a pretty much sold vehicle. Working in the service industry myself, I understand why it is important to lead your customers to their goal. No accountability- whether it was the other dealer location, trailer company, or everyone else, Noone was accountable for any discrepancy, missing items or delayed services. Own up to it Autonation. I will unfortunately will not be recommending clientele, family or friends to Autonation for car buying services anytime soon. This just put a dent in our car buying experience. If you do decided to use Autonation Centennial, prepare for anything, because here anything not absolute is possible.

Toyota is now telling us the engine might need replacing and there is a lack of compression on cylinder 4. A Toyota is a completely sealed system. The only time cylinder 4 is opened to the air was when the technician removed the spark plug. If dirt or debris got inside that cylinder and destroyed the engine, its because the deck failed to properly clear the debris from the spark plug well before opening it. It has to be cleaned before changing the spark plugs to prevent a blown engine! Spoke to the service mgr. Jason and he said it's speculation. I will be meeting a forensic mechanic so he can take the engine apart and find the debris inside the cylinder. The invoice noted they cleared the " carbon" if they used a harsh chemical or a tool to scape carbon away from the valves or plugs, they may have dropped large chunk of hard carbon directly onto the piston , which will also destroy an engine in a matter of days. It was exactly 2 days later the car stalled, towed it back to Toyota and they gave us an invoice of $18,029.99. Which they are not taking accountability for and with proven documentation in court they will be paying for a new engine. ‼BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.‼…read more My experience with Prestige Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was beyond unacceptable, and I believe every potential customer deserves to know what happened. We purchased a vehicle for $100,000 and paid for it outright. We wrote a personal check, which the dealership accepted without issue, and the vehicle was purchased in the name of our trust. As part of the trust paperwork, I had to provide my Social Security number for tax purposes. The following day, the dealership called asking to run my credit to "verify my identity." I told them absolutely not. I made it crystal clear that I did not authorize a credit inquiry. I even offered to immediately replace the personal check with a cashier's check if accepting it had suddenly become an issue. The very next morning, as soon as they opened, I was there with a cashier's check and exchanged it for my personal check. Despite my explicit refusal and despite receiving the cashier's check, I later received an official Notice of Adverse Action showing that my credit had been accessed. What happened next was even worse. When I called the dealership, I was repeatedly told that no one had run my credit. After I sent them the official letter proving otherwise, they didn't apologize. They didn't explain what happened. They didn't investigate. They simply ended the conversation, refused to take responsibility, and I never heard from anyone again. That told me everything I needed to know about how this dealership treats its customers. In my opinion, if they are willing to use personal information that was provided for one purpose after I expressly refused permission for a credit inquiry, I have serious concerns about how they safeguard customer information. If they'll ignore a clear "no" from one customer, ask yourself how they might handle yours. To make matters worse, we never signed a single document authorizing them to run our credit or use our personal information for that purpose. Because of this experience, I have filed complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Nevada Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection, the Nevada DMV Compliance Enforcement Division, the Better Business Bureau, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram Corporate Customer Care, 700Credit, and Experian so this matter can be independently investigated and this dealership can be held accountable. I hope no one else has to go through what I did. Protect yourself. Monitor your credit. Get everything in writing--that documentation is what is supporting my case right now. Think twice before trusting this dealership with your personal information. The worst part is that we were already in the process of purchasing another vehicle from this dealership when this happened. Not only did they lose another sale, but now I'm left dealing with the consequences of their actions. Ironically, all of this could have been avoided. If someone in management had simply been honest, accepted responsibility, apologized, and had a conversation with me, I never would have felt the need to file complaints with multiple agencies or leave this review. Instead, they chose denial, silence, and avoidance. That, more than anything else, is the true reflection of this dealership's management and how they value their customers. Potential buyers deserve to know exactly how this situation was handled before deciding to do business here.

Our day actually started at a different dealership, and nothing there was adding up...it just didn't feel right. So we trusted our instincts, walked away, and headed over to Kia without really knowing much about their vehicles. After doing a little research and already having a general idea of what we did and didn't want, we walked in hoping for a better experience, and that's exactly what we got. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted right away by T-Rex. He was professional, welcoming, and most importantly...he listened. We were very upfront about what we had just gone through at the other dealership, and without hesitation he said, "Tell me exactly what you want, and I'll do my best to make it happen." And that's exactly what he did. No pressure. No games. No back and forth confusion. Just honesty, transparency, and real effort. The entire dealership had a great energy. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care. One thing that really stood out was seeing the owner there at 93 years old still taking calls, that alone says everything about the kind of business this is. It truly feels like a family-run place that treats its customers like family. Once everything was worked out, we went into Gino Massaro's office to finalize paperwork, and even that part (which is usually the most stressful) was quick, smooth, and easy. He was professional, efficient, and made the process feel effortless. From start to finish, we felt comfortable, respected, and taken care of. No stress, no pressure, just a genuinely great experience. If you're looking for a dealership that actually listens, respects your time, and works with you to get what you want, this is the place. Ask for T-Rex...you won't regret it. We will absolutely be back for our next vehicle. Highly, highly recommend!

FINAL UPDATE -- This will be the last review I leave. I'm only updating this one final time to warn…read moreother customers and hopefully prevent someone else from going through what I experienced. I brought my 2022 Kia Forte GT here because I was having issues with my vehicle, including a check-engine light. My car ended up sitting at this dealership for approximately 2 1/2 weeks. During that time, I received no communication about what was going on with my car no texts, no pictures, and no regular updates. I had to reach out to Todd myself to find out what was happening. In my experience, he was rude and dismissive, yet everyone seems determined to defend him instead of acknowledging how I was treated. I was eventually told the problem was caused by rodent damage to my air intake hose, which they said was not covered under my warranty. I paid around $500 out of pocket to have the hose replaced. I was never shown pictures of chew marks, droppings, or other evidence of rodent damage. I'm not saying rodent damage was impossible I'm saying I personally was never provided documentation showing it. I also never received the emailed estimate or detailed breakdown I expected. After getting my car back, the situation became even more serious. MY ENGINE STARTED SHUTTING OFF WHILE I WAS DRIVING. I was literally driving a vehicle that did not feel safe. I took my car elsewhere for another opinion and ultimately to another Kia dealership. Additional issues were found involving my THROTTLE BODY and FUEL PUMP. These were warranty-covered issues. I was also told they did not find the rodent damage that I had previously been charged for. The other Kia dealership also showed me a picture of my fuel, which was visibly dirty. That picture was never sent to me by the first dealership, and I was never informed about it while my car was there. That is what I cannot understand. My car sat at the first dealership for 2 1/2 weeks, yet these issues were not diagnosed. Then I took it somewhere else and problems involving my throttle body and fuel pump were identified. Meanwhile, I had already paid hundreds of dollars out of pocket. My original paperwork also stated that I "declined" a GDI service. That service was NEVER discussed with me. How could I decline something that I was never offered? The customer service throughout this situation made everything worse. Todd, the service manager, was extremely dismissive in my experience. Communication was so poor that I had to repeatedly reach out to find out what was happening with my own vehicle. I had no loaner while my car was there, almost lost my job because I had no transportation, and struggled to help my sick and disabled mother get to her appointments. After I started leaving reviews about my experience, I was told that my reviews were false. The owner eventually called me and told me they no longer wanted to service my vehicle because of my negative reviews. I had taken my car to this dealership ONE TIME and primarily dealt with ONE person. I also became concerned by what felt to me like an effort to encourage positive reviews after negative ones appeared. From my perspective, it felt like more energy was being spent defending the dealership's reputation and defending Todd than understanding why a customer was this upset in the first place. I felt bullied. I cried over this situation. I was made to feel like I was crazy, lying, or simply looking for something for free. I wasn't. I wanted my car properly diagnosed, my warranty honored where applicable, and to be treated with basic respect and communication. This is my FINAL review. I'm done arguing back and forth online. I will be continuing this matter through Kia Corporate and pursuing the appropriate options regarding reimbursement for the money I paid. If you have a Kia under warranty, please protect yourself. Go to a different location! Ask for pictures, request everything in writing, keep your paperwork, and GET A SECOND OPINION if something does not feel right. I wish I had done that from the beginning.

We were told the part would be in a few days later and that it should just take a couple days once it arrived. We thought that sounded fine. Well, that week came and went and we heard nothing. We called in again multiple times for days and kept being sent to his voicemail. After another week went by we were finally told that he was out of the office all week and they hadn't even begun the repairs. Everyone seemed friendly enough, but their lack of communication was extremely frustrating. Three weeks later they finally gave us a rental vehicle for the last three days. 3.5 weeks after dropping it off, the vehicle was finally complete, but upon pickup, Todd didn't acknowledge any wrongdoing and unfortunately became quite abrasive and rude, cutting us off when we were trying to explain our experience with their communication issues and slow timeline. We understand that things pop up, but a simple phone call when you've left a customer without a vehicle for so long goes a long way. I don't like leaving reviews, particularly negative ones, but we expected and want this dealership to do better! So I hope someone from Kia reads this.
