It's nice to talk with someone on a personal level and not feel like a number like I do at the MB dealership. I got a service in which Nick beat the quoted price from the dealership. I was having some brake issues and knew that I needed new pads and possibly new rotors. Nick was very honest and let me know that only my front pads needed to be changed and that my back pads still had more use ahead. He also let know my rotors were good so no need to change. I will be bringing my car back to Nick moving forward.

They took advantage of my young-adult daughter and I'm just not OK with the way they sold her a completely unnecessary procedure. "I recommended your shop to my daughter based off of a large number of positive Yelp reviews. She came in for routine service on her 2015 Prius with ~75,000 miles. See Invoice #xxxxx. I am very disappointed with how this went. Setting aside your ludicrous prices for replacing her filters (a common tactic), you sprung a brake fluid flush on her when that was not something she requested for her service. Toyota's own maintenance guide indicates that the brake fluid for the 2015 Prius does not need maintenance - it is designed to last for the lifetime of the car. It feels like you took advantage of my daughter's youth and lack of car knowledge and robbed her of $250, but before I take to social media or anything, I thought I'd give you all a chance to make this right. To clarify, she had no issues with her brakes going into this, and nothing in the documentation says there was a leak or other problem. You simply did an expensive and unnecessary procedure."

The transmission specialist at the other shop said they needed to take it out to find out what the problem is, and needed to charge a huge diagnostic fee. They called it a tear down inspection, but I had my doubts and brought it to V-Tech for a second opinion. V-Tech found all the issues, explained it to me, and were able to fix it in 1-day. The car definitely had issues, but it turns out it was due to drive belt, timing belt, transmission oil, and air intake hose. We also had a battery causing starter issues, but we knew about that. V-Tech took car of it and charged us a low price! The car is driving great and we're super happy!

When I needed brakes on my Tucson, the parts and labor were significantly less expensive than another shop I had used before, and the quality was actually better. Recently, I purchased a Mercedes-AMG C63, and before buying it, I trusted Adel to give me an honest opinion on whether it was a good car to purchase. That level of trust says a lot. After I bought it, he handled the oil change and brakes for a fraction of what the dealership would have charged. I haven't had any major repairs done there yet, so I can't speak to that personally, but based on my experience over the last three years, I wouldn't hesitate to trust V-Tech Automotive with bigger jobs if they came up. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable mechanic who does quality work at fair prices, I highly recommend Adel and V-Tech Automotive.

In the mean time we were in the lobby when a women who was very unadapted with hertz came in. The women up front did an AMAZING JOB calming her down and listing to her. She wasent even mad with MV auto collisions, she was mad with hertz; and the woke up front STILL listened to her and made her feel so much better even tho they were not the ones to cause the issue at hertz. Amazing 10/10 customer service and 10/10 bussiness. Will continue to come back here and refer everyone I know to come here for any and all of there collision needs.

The body and mechanics guys did a phenomenal job, it drives great and I paid a little extra to get the roof/hood painted separately from the insurance claim. The guys also did a great job powdercoating and refitting the new bull bar, in addition to the winch hookups, accessory lights, etc. Definitely not your standard job! He sent Thomas out to work on my car, and Thomas was great -- super friendly, professional, and even texted me on the day of the appointment saying he could come earlier if I wanted. After hearing what happened, he even expressed sympathy and hoped next time someone would actually take responsibility. Thomas finished everything in about an hour and a half, and the result was basically perfect. He even offered me a lower price than the original quote because the repair went smoothly. This shop is scandalous. They bring the car in even only for an oil change they will hold the car for over an hour with the hood up to make you think they're doing more work. They have good technicians but the owner will make sure you spend three times the amount of the original ticket so he can make money. Former employees have stated the same he tries to make more money on each ticket. Even when they're not busy he has the employees put cars in the best to make it look like they're full and always busy. This man does not run an honest shop he tries everything he can to make more money on the customer than need be. Beware of the shop he has a lot of people brainwashed to think he's the best in town and he's not he cuts corners and fix his tickets so he will always make a profit more than it should on each repair. Just remember if you go to the shop you better put a lock on your wallet or your purse because he's going to take you for everything he can he is cheating people out of their money as much as possible. And this lady he has working behind the counter Dolly she's just as bad. Don't trust them I don't care how many good reviews they got the good ones are just people that were brainwashed. Seriously look at the bad reviews go in for an oil change you should be 29.95 you come out paying over $800. I wouldn't trust them to put a wrench on anything I own. read more

I see a lot of bad reviews and I just wanted to let people know that in my opinion these aren't right. I've been going to Auto Care Experts for 3 years. I was looking for an honest car repair shop that wouldn't charge me an arm and a leg. So far, they have done an excellent job on my car. When I have a problem with my car I'll drop it of and get to borrow a loaner car for free! I've never experienced this before so that's a big plus. Once they find the problem with the car they always call and let me know what's wrong and how much it is to repair before they do the job. I've compared prices and Auto Care experts is always competitive. I've never had any issues with the car afterwards and it really seems like they do a good job. Auto Care Experts has even done free work on my car when they realized that something needed to be done Butkus not in my budget. I totally recommend these guys, they do a good job, they let you loan a car while you're waiting for your car to be done, they have fair prices and are very nice to deal with. Niklas read more

Frankly, I'm tired of writing glowing testimonials to Fred and Auto Care Experts. That means I've been spending too much time at his shop. 2018 was an extremely busy year for the Newman family with auto repairs. Besides over due maintenance on my wife's RAV4, my daughter wrecked our Corolla by rear ending another person on the freeway (see my July testimonial) and my beautiful and beloved Ranger was backed into in Pavilions parking lot last month. The whole right side of my Ranger had to be replaced. ACE did a terrific job in repairing both vehicles in a timely manner along with negotiating with the insurance companies not to total them. And, as always they provided me with a loaner. In fact, while my Ranger was in the shop I had to bring the RAV4 in for a leaking seal; we had two of his loaners while ACE was working on two of our vehicles. I had a good experience and didn't feel ripped off as some others have stated. I compared prices to the Hyundai dealership and he was well under $100 less than their prices for the same work for two jobs he did. Also, prices were in line with other garages in the area. I dealt with Fred and he is very professional, courteous and accommodating. He also is very hand on and saved me from a broken timing belt that would have ruined my engine and negated my Hyundai warranty. He even loaned me a car for two days and had no problem with my taking for a job interview 25 miles away. Not many repair shops I know of would have done that. Also, when he did the diagnostic, said if was the engine and under warranty from Hyundai, he wouldn't charge me. As a woman who can be easily taken advantage of in these situations, didn't have that feeling at all with the service here. read more

I want to give Fred and Mark a big thank you for giving me the best price on my brakes and master cylinder block. They really know how to take care of their customers. There service is very good and fast. My car is as good as new. Thank you Auto care experts, my passenger floor Handel broke and I had no way if opening the door from inside unless I would roll down the window and it was very hard, Fred checked it out quirky as I stopped by for few minutes and ordered the part and kept in touch with me for when the part is coming and had installed next day, I did stop by and he game me a loaner and it was all done by the end I the day and now I am all happy, this is called a great customer service. I am at the repair facility now while my car is getting worked on, I have been having a suspension noise and I have been taking it to a few other shops and they all either told me they can't find the noise or they did not think it was worth their time to check it for me, when I came in today to Auto Care Experts I asked if they had time to check where the noise was coming from and not only did they did check the noise but they even did a free safety check and found the problem quickly, there was no charge and no pressure to get any of the work done, only honest recommendations. I am going to come back here and get it done when I have more time, I like this place! read more

Auto Care Experts is a complete and utter RIP-OFF! I'm 100% positive that they "create problems" with your car to keep you there, and to keep you shelling out more and more money! I'll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau ASAP. If you've been ripped off by them; I'd suggest that you do the same. They screwed up my ignition, which has lead to a whole host of other problems! They've been trying to escape responsibility since day one. I think that the crew at the Auto Care Experts are great. From the services they offer to the repairs that they perform, they are proficient, professional, and dependable. They get the work done in a timely fashion and I give them a 5 star rating. The owner Fred is a very nice gentleman who is very respectful and will explain every detail of what is required and what is done to your satisfaction. I took my car in to have the oil done and my tires rotated. They took my car right in and finished the work rather quickly. This is my first car and I do not know much about my car, but the guy walked me around my car and showed me the things that I need to have done. He then listed them in priority for me. He let me know the things that I had to get done right away and the things that could wait until I could afford them. Going to school full time impacts my work schedule during the year so having him do that was awesome! I will be going back to Auto Care Experts to have all the repairs done. read more

Very poor CS from owner, went there for a brake and lamp inspection, it was going to take about an hour and half, when I came back they were doing something else to my car without previous notice, I talked to the owner he was uncapable to respond to their accions nor willing return my money instead he brainwashed me into buying a tire which took them the hole day to get the tire and mount it, got my vehicle just a few minutes before they closed. They are a complete rip off, I don't recomend the place at all. read more

I had an Excellent Experience at Auto Care Experts. Wayne is truly such a great guy: kind, thoughtful and professional. I had my car smog-tested 2 days ago (PASSED! ), and I will never go anywhere else in the future. It only took 20 minutes and Wayne made me feel so comfortable.The mechanic who smogged my car, took extra "precautions" & they applied a steering wheel cover. Best place to get a smog check at a discount price with a minimal wait.. In 2020 during the pandemic, Wayne and his team explained what I needed to do to get my car to pass and I was not charged for a retest !!. Returned to Auto Care Experts in 2022 and Alex got me in quickly and informed me I needed to do a "Driving sequence to clear the car's OBD computer.. The great thing is I paid the same price they charged me in 2020 with a free retest !!! Can't beat that. read more

i took my nissan xterra because my AC wasn't working. i was charged a fair price to figure out why it wasn't working. i left the car for an hour or so, came back they told my my AC condenser was faulty, again they gave me a fair price to replece it, and way before they closed the shop that day, i was out with mycar blowing cold again. the service writer,Mark, was very polite and straight forward. i can appreciate a shop that can talk to me with out the BS read more

I've been to many, many shops that left me feeling like I overspent for things I didn't need. Auto care experts leaves me feeling the opposite. I use my Dodge Ram for work so I put a lot of wear on it. Fred is always up front and honest with the things I need and the things that can wait. Excellent customer service and very accommodating. Needed a smog on Saturday and didn't know they're open until 2 only. Showed up a few minutes before they close and they took me in and stayed well past closing to finish my smog. They didn't make a big deal out of it and both the gentleman at the counter and the smog technician were very courteous. read more
