Someone hit our car when it was parked one night, banging in the side so you couldn't open the driver's side door. I'd gotten a recommended for the Auto Collision Center about five years ago for a different car, so I called them to see if they were still there. They were, and Aaron there really helped me out. He was totally straightforward about various options and what each would cost, ranging from "you can open your door again" to "it will never look like anything happened to your car." I went with "you can open your door again" price and his staff pulled out the dent in less then ten minutes. He asked me twice before they did to make sure I knew it wouldn't be perfect (sounds like people sometimes expect that, even when they asked for the "just make it drivable" rate) and was very clear about it all. I was out of there in 15 minutes, my car door now opens, it looks a whole lot better than I expected it would, they were honest and up front. Highly recommended. Not only that, but if you have to wait there's a killer Korean supermarket just up the street, Kukje, with lots of great to-go food. A total twofer. read more

My newly purchased used 2011 Toyota Corolla and I only had it for about 7 months I get into an accident. My Front Bumper completely smashed, unable to drive it because it would drag on the ground. I had to remove it and put it in my backseat. Accident was investigated and it was found to be the other person at fault. They had AAA insurance and I had never got into any accidents prior. I asked a recommendation and somewhere near my home. They recommended Auto Collision Center and I'm satisfied they chose this place, Before I turned it into the shop I was nervous about the quality and repair work to be done to it. I needed a rental and Keith assisted me with one. They have a fairly friendly staff to help you with paperwork and making you feel comfortable. My car was in the shop for about 16 days and estimated to be 4 digit amount of work. They had given me text pic updates on my car showing work that was done on my vehicle and I had several call backs on updates on my car. I was able to get my car yesterday and the work was of good quality. I was very impressed my car practically looks brand new. They even had my car vacummed, cleaned out, and washed. I really appreciated that. Keith was very professional and nice. He even took care of my car rental, I would recommended this place if anyone was to need good quality work done to their vehicle. I was referred by AAA after my 2015 Prius had the passenger side rear view mirror ripped off. The estimate process took only 15 minutes and Keith ordered the part right away. In 2 days the part arrived, at which point I returned my car for the service work. Keith actually gave me a ride to Bart after I dropped my car off. The very same day, after work I returned to pick up my fixed car. They even washed my car inside and out!! Next time I need anything done to my car, I'll be visiting Keith. read more

Keith and his staff were super. My car was brand new and I was rear ended on the freeway. The car was ready in a timely fashion and the repairs were as promised. They repaired the front and rear of my Chevy and it looks as good as new. The inside was cleaned also. And Keith offered me the choice of returning in 90 days to replace the clear coat after the new paint cured to keep my vehicle as original. I took my Mercedes here to get fixed after someone hit my car. I thought it was going to be a very long and stressful process to get my car fixed but after my insurance company referred me to Auto Collision Center in Daly City I was able to set up an appt to take my car in to get inspected very quickly. The quote and everything seemed really fair and one of the managers Keith and his sister were very helpful and friendly. My car also got fixed in a very good time period considering there was so much done to it. This auto shop also uploads pictures of your vehicle every day online so you can see the progress being made which is pretty awesome. Also they are really helpful with setting you up with a rental car company. I hope I don't have to take my car in anywhere again to get it fixed but if I do I will most definitely take it here. Shout out to Aaron and crew again! They did such a great job on my last car (2000 Honda Civic) that I just wanted to go back to them again. This time, Aaron and his team took great care of my wife's and my new 2016 Honda HRV (fixed some scratches on the right rear and installed a hood deflector) in a timely matter with important communication during the whole process. I hate accidents, but I love having our cars well taken care of by these guys! It always looks like brand new. Also, they wash and vacuum each time! Wait...it gets even better...their techs and detailers, especially Mike and Armando, have passion in what they do and treated our car as if it was theirs AND they are honest! I found out that Mike didn't have to take out our bumper and told Aaron not to charge me AND I found my long lost wedding ring, which was placed by Armando where I could see it. I just wanted to take the time and tell everyone of my wonderful job the ACC in Daly City did on my car. I had pole jump in front of me when I was backing up(lol), I was really upset because I love my BMW. I was directed to them by my insurance company and I am glad they sent me here. I was greeted by a nice woman when I came in and she helped me fill out the paperwork. I then met Keith. After he told me how they would fix my car and how long it would take I actually was relieved. I told him I was picky because my car is black. Keith said he would call me with updates throughout the job. I have been to other shops in the area and they always told me the same thing but I always had to call them for updates. Keith actually followed through on his promises and they finished the car early! I had a friend who is in the business from out of state look at it and he agreed and said it was good work.
