While looking around some guy comes up, shows me an SD card and tells me it costs $45.00. I thought it was expensive but i needed it, so i said ok. While on my way to pay, this small guy comes up and starts pitching me on a camera and then on a projector. Both pitches were as sorry as a salt ice cream. He then proceeded to take my card for the purchase and shows me a 45 bucks tab on register he seemed to be using. I gave my card, he runs it and hands me a receipt to sign. While he handed me the receipt he distracted me with small talk to the point that I didnt even check the total. I grabbed my SD card and left. Hours later I realized this scum bag had charged my card $245.00. Thankfully my CC company was able to refund my money, I spent about two hours explaining to them the despicable and abrasive form of theft i suffered. Never buy from these scum bags !!! Its unbelievable how they are able to scam you in your face!

BEST BUY UNDER REMODELING…read more. First time at this Davie Best Buy mega store. Walked to the rear of the store where they had most of the giant floor speakers and supplemental TV speakers. Some of the Best Buy locations have clearances on some of these items so you just gotta check in every week. This store had the strangest items that I have ever observed in a Best Buy. In the back right corner was a giant green lawnmower and about ten big boxes containing lawn equipment. Did Best Buy merge with Home Depot or Lowes? Maybe due to all the recent hurricanes. Loved the electric bicycles and scooters at $999 and up. Very cool but too pricey for me. The new Apple watches were on display with a variety of bands. The employee assisted me in this section. The wife has been wanting an upgrade. This store is well staffed unlike a few other locations. Cant wait to see this store after the remodel.

I asked if she could get me someone else to help and she said she would. I waited around for about 15 -20 minutes, nobody came. I went back to that sales lady and she pointed to the guy she told, but he was with a customer and didn't look like he was finishing up. I figured, I waited long enough and just left the store. It was a Sunday and they may have been busy, but maybe they should have more associates on a Sunday. What's the point of not just ordering something online if you can't get help.

Well, next to that pair was a white pair - it used to be white - it was covered with a black film over the entire piece - and Yes I took a pic. The lady next to me was also disgusted. I informed a floor employee and showed him the filthy item which he said were probably on display for a long time. I requested to speak with a manager and he directed me to Ashley. I never make complaints to management but this was unacceptable for obvious health reasons. She observed the filthy item and said she would remove them switch them out. This store has alot of merch and very nice music section with many watches and headphones - pricy but good quality. Always friendly staff so hope this is resolved.

I walked in and the mamager was real nice. But he was helping someone else. I came here because the other two phones said the phone I wanted was out of stock. But this store had it in stock. Supposedly. Well, they didn't in reality. Basically the employee who helped me spoke little. He did not explain things well and worst of all, I actually left my brand new phone that I was trading in on the desk when I was leaving. I assumed this is what I was supposed to do since I was trading in this phone. I fiddled around on my personal phone and was about to leave several minutes later. I saw the new phone was still sitting there. With no one around. I said to the employee....can you please put the phone somewhere because I don't want someone taking it and me not getting credit for it. (I ordered a new phone and had to wait two days for it). Anyway, he tells me....you are supposed to take it. Me? You never told me that. So if I did not notice this expensive brand new phone lying around, it most likely would have been lost or stolen. Turns out I am supposed to turn it in today when I have them activate my phone in person. I had to ask this guy every little question. Very disappointing because I do think T Mobile employees are great overall. This one needs to learn the ropes a little better.
