Some of the Best Buy locations have clearances on some of these items so you just gotta check in every week. This store had the strangest items that I have ever observed in a Best Buy. In the back right corner was a giant green lawnmower and about ten big boxes containing lawn equipment. Did Best Buy merge with Home Depot or Lowes? Maybe due to all the recent hurricanes. Loved the electric bicycles and scooters at $999 and up. Very cool but too pricey for me. The new Apple watches were on display with a variety of bands. The employee assisted me in this section. The wife has been wanting an upgrade. This store is well staffed unlike a few other locations. Cant wait to see this store after the remodel.

I ended up buying a couple things that I didn't plan on but hey, smart lighting for the exterior of your house isn't such a bad thing. Besides, now I won't have to store tons of holiday lights. There was a nice sales lady and she helped me but was only affiliated with one brand, so she couldn't give me assistance on any other brands. I asked if she could get me someone else to help and she said she would. I waited around for about 15 -20 minutes, nobody came. I went back to that sales lady and she pointed to the guy she told, but he was with a customer and didn't look like he was finishing up. I figured, I waited long enough and just left the store. It was a Sunday and they may have been busy, but maybe they should have more associates on a Sunday. What's the point of not just ordering something online if you can't get help.

(Worst customer service in that store) In Plantation store the experience was excellent. From time entering store i was greeted and directed to Brittany to help me purchasing a new TV. She knew and explainedeach one in words i could understand. She also text me the info so i would have it when ready to purchase( have to measure my wall) she went over details and also explained why getting protection and/or membership protection was beneficial.
