It has now been over 6 weeks since I have dropped my car off, they have said multiple times for the first 1-3 weeks "we tried to repair the scratch and it didn't work so now we have to replace the bumper." and then for the 2 weeks after that they said that all my sensors suddenly broke when they were all working fine before i brought it in. and now they have been saying saying they need to do alignment for the past 2 weeks which is funny because I got that done right after i got in the minor collision at a different place, and even if they did need to align it, that is no longer than a 2 hour job. this place is a mess. it has been over a month and a half for a job that should take 1 week at most.
