Took my car today 6/13/2026, I asked for a "Deluxe" Carwash. I don't know if they were under staff but I had two middle school kids working on my car. When the car was "done", I noticed the cup holders weren't even clean nor the dashboard. I did ask another employee to help me, he was genuinely polite and apologized for the unfinished service. read more

Once again trying to give this spot a chance but it only gets worse . Brought my suv here and they only have 3 workers . This is how my suv came out after being washed soap on both sides back of it . They said the machines don't work . So why even open the place if your equipment doesn't work and you only have 3 workers and to top it off they don't tell you anything when they charge you let alone the wait time to even get your car filled with soap . Terrible experience here. Owner has a terrible attitude and no customer service. Extremely disrespectful to his staff and customer. Attempted to address an issue and he didn't care said that's what I payed for and that's the work. I payed for deluxe car wash that includes tire and interior dressing. I elaborated that it was not completed. He apologized and went on to make derogatory remarks about Mexicans. SMH. I clearly told him that he should respect his workers as they show up for him. Do not go here your car will still be dirty and management will not address any issues you have. The workers blame the managers and the managers blame the workers. My car was not rinsed properly the inside was no vacuumed thoroughly. They were suppose apply dressing on my steel bumpers and fenders and did a poor job and got the body of my car dirty from the residue. I had to wipe my own car down and dress my own bumpers and fenders. I still tipped but I advise you not to go here it will just make you angry and irritated. read more

Pros: not expensive and was relatively quick. Takes card as payment. All staff are really nice. Cons: scratches left on brand new car, first wash ever. Scratches were not there prior to bringing it in. Windows were left streaky on the inside (I had to re-clean them). Smudges also left on exterior. This is such a great deal. Was in desperate need of a car wash and since I'm an early bird, I got the special. Mondays and Tuesdays from 8-10am, basic wash is $8.99. $3 extra if you have an SUV. Didn't really expect much for that low of a price but they did a great job and didn't cut corners. Great value for the money and will definitely be back any time I'm in Downey visiting the parentals. Appreciate this deal considering everything nowadays is so expensive. Make sure to tip the guys working extra if you can! Times are tough and everyone needs all the help they can get. Horrible service and attitude from the owner all the way down to the staff. This is the third time I've attempted to wash my car here and they always find a way to make sure to provide the lowest level of service possible. If you complain, they will mention that there is no manager on site and that there is nothing they can do. Went there for a car wash with my truck paid the deluxe Car Wash waited one hour and a half. The windows were still dirty. Had water spots the next day as I started noticing the truck was still dirty. The interior wasn't vacuum right I would not recommend this place to nobody. Broke my side view passenger once, scratched rims twice, somehow don't understand the purpose of a window and cannot vacuum. They will take pics of your car and post on social media and that's fine. They are so short handed that it took 1 1/2 hours to get out of there. With being short handed they take short cuts and do really a terrible job! I was short on time so went there because it was the closest and should have known to just leave when it to 1/2 hour just to get the car checked in. but hung in there thinking it was faster than driving to another car wash. I should have left. took all that time and cost $30 after tip and once I started to look things over realized it was not a quality car wash. anyway, maybe it was just a bad day for them. On 6-3-25 they damaged the seat adjuster in boyfriends F150. The car wash guy handed him the knob and my boyfriend thought the knob just popped off. He went to put it on and the plate that holds the knob was broken in three pieces two were on the driver seat. He brought it to their attention and the manager who referred him to a gentleman named Alex. Alex said he had to review the tape. I went in there the next day with the estimate and the manager told me "Your boyfriend had a janky ass truck and to get my Janky ass out of there that they weren't paying for nothing" I told him I had becoming here Since Pina and Papa John had owned then the Barkers. He said I've never seen you before. I reminded him I am the lady that your porter totaled my car in 2019 . She accidentally ran my car into the tanker trap and the car wash sign. I was not looking for a payday then nor am I looking for one now! .Just wanted what was broken fixed. He called me about every name in the book. Still cannot believe his actions! I am a business owner in Downey and would never treat a customer like this. So if you looking to have you car wash and they break something they will curse you out, won't pay for what they broke and tell you what a crappy car you have. Don't go there. 1 hour from vacuum to exit the carwash. Probably another 30-40 minutes to finish. They have no staff working.

Paid for Silver Service. Back seat and carpet were not vacuumed and neither was the back area of my car. Windows were very smeared when I left. I need to rewash them, hat window and side back windows were not touched. White tissue shows dirt from a quick small swipe inside hatch window. Spider web still on side mirror where it was not washed or wiped. So after paying to have car vacuumed and windows washed, I still need to vacuum and wash windows and what the mirror housings to get rid of spider webs. So I paid higher price for a quick washed and partial dry. If you go here stick to the 8.99 price. You get the same service only a lot cheaper. read more

Hello, I went here for the first time on Saturday morning. I read the reviews and they didn't have great ones but because it was recommended I decided to give it a shot. When I picked up my car, there was a cluster of chips in my windshield. And then sporadic ones throughout which were not there when I arrived. When I had informed them of this issue, they said, are you sure you didn't come in with all of these chips on your windshield and I said I definitely did not. They took my information and got never back to me. While they were getting my information one of the guys who worked at the car wash said and I quote " well sometimes this happens with the pressure washer and the heat of the car." My windshield wasn't cracked , just 15-20 chips .-. And my car was parked in the garage and the drive to the car wash was all about five minutes where I then parked in the shade under the vacuums. So heat wasn't what took chips out of my windshield.. Either way, trust the reviews for this place. They didn't offer me anything or any way to fix the issue... 10 out of 10. Don't recommend this place I tried to take pictures of the chips, but unless you're sitting in my car, you can't see them. Or looking directly at the windshield from the outside My car is only a year old and i take care of it so I definitely would notice if my windshield was chipped in multiple different places. read more
