I am a frequent customer of this place. I took it this morning and when I got my keys back there was a button pushed all the way in on my key fob. When I got home my car alarm randomly went off 3 times and when I went to turn it off I noticed the damage. I drove back to talk to the man that took my car in the morning only to be told there is nothing that they will do except have some guy he wouldn't name fix it for me. I had already called the dealer and been told it's not fixable and would need to be replaced. The guy told me he would take my name and number and have the owner call me. I asked for the owners information and was told he couldn't give me even their name. I asked that I be contacted by Monday after noon and I was given a very rude response and told to leave. Came here today 10/02/2021 because the line was a lot shorter than normal. And I did not feel like waiting endlessly for a wash. To be honest with you all the $6 drive they washes down a better job than this!!!! Almost sure. Service is whatever. Sub par. No pricing listed anywhere. It's like they expect you to know what you want and expect you to know the pricing. Sino said I just wants a wash which seems to come with full cleaning inside and out and armor all on tires for $20 SUV price I would say wow not bas! Sign me up!!! The end results not so much. Hated ittttttt!!!! Will never come back to this place. Well I will give them two stars a for the vacuuming and wiping down of the Interior. However the rest was garbage. Basura. Windshield completely foggy and smudgy. Outside trim, mirrors, grill, lights. All dirty and water stained. The roof. It's like they don't own a ladder or something at this wash and they didn't even try to clean the roof. I mean for everyone 5 feet and under, they will never know. However I am 6'2" and as soon as I got home I saw the garbage of a wash I got for $20 plus tip. Just look at the pics. Go at your own risk. Do a good walk through before you leave. Although, if needed, they really do not have a way to get your car back into the wash area anyways like other places may be able to. Truly a cozy little car wash with friendly staff and pretty good service. Remind them to wipe down the trunk of your car due to excessive water running down your bumper and the doors. The location is small enough that you can see every detail. They also use very professional products and towels. They don't reuse towels ! This place is the worst car wash there is. They have a sign that says 9 dollar car wash from a certain time, but guess what for 9 dollars you get a dirty car because they just dump water on the car. For 12 dollars you get your car back a little clean but if there's bird poop forget it. If you want the inside dusted it's probably an extra 5 dollars but they won't tell you that. You pull up and there's no price list posted anywhere. The owner walks up to you and asked what I wanted, I said car wash with dressing on tires, $20. There's no one inside the office to give your pymt to unless he goes in to take your pymt. The wait is usually 30 minutes or more for this hand wash. I personally am not too crazy about paying $20 for a wash of my small suv so I really only spend the money when the car needs a good wash and vaccuum, especially after I go to the beach. It's been my experience that the windows end up smudged and the inside is left so so cleaned. I definitely never leave any cash or valuables in the car. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I wish I could. I paid for the mini detail and hand wax and got a basic wash and wipe down. I see no signs of them using wax on my car. My interior is still dusty on the dash and the vents. Interior is half vacuumed. And when I look in the back seat theres this plastic cover that they broke off is sitting there. And there is a scratch on my bumper. Worst experience ever. If the manager reads these I would appreciate being contacted to resolve this. My car is brand new. I took my truck here and paid for the # 4 package which was 40. I washed my truck 2 days ago but I didn't get to vacuum it or dry it . The where supposed to put protectant on the plastic which they did, but they also put it on the paint of my truck and didn't bother cleaning it. They left the bed of the truck dirtier than what is was with a bunch of dirty ass foot prints and left dirty foot prints the the black greased plastic on the bumper so now I can't take that off. And now there's a bunch of yellow spots on the hood and on the drivers side that they say where there before and they couldn't take it off. They half assed cleaned the windshield and didn't dry the car properly. I hadn't been here in over a year it's safe to say I won't come back and their work quality is piss poor. read more

RUDE comments in Spanish from car wash worker!! First time going to this car wash to get my brand new Range Rover Evoque washed. I chose this place specifically because they hand wash and noticed luxury vehicles come here. Went there today on Friday morning right at 8am. I was second car to arrive. Man (possibly a manager) who attended me was very polite and helpful and even discounted $2 off car wash. I can't say the same for the staff that works on the cars. After my car was vacuumed, I told first car wash attendant I'll gladly move my car to other side so it can get washed. (It's my first brand new luxury car so I get a little nervous letting anyone else drive it) As soon as I moved my car, I didn't get a chance to get off my car quick enough because second car wash attendant quickly came with water pressure washer, so I ended up staying inside my car while it got washed. I don't know if second attendant thought I didn't speak Spanish but I could hear him loudly saying "LA LOCA QUE NO SE BAJA" meaning crazy person who doesn't get off their car. BEYOND RUDE, disrespectful and unnecessary!! My car was left ok. After they finished I noticed roof and side mirrors were still wet. I can't believe I still ended up tipping them. My normal car wash spot I usually go to is closed on Sunday so I ended up here. Price is reasonable, I paid 35 for wash and wax. Did not take long at all I was there for maybe an hour. I hate being the person who inspects their car up and down looking for a reason to be mad. When I got home I did that lol, and boy oh boy. They did a half ass job. They did not clean the interior, and did not vacuum the back. The front however was clean. I rather have not wasted more of my time by going back so I ended up vacuuming what they did not and cleaned the interior myself. It was my first time going to this location. My car had a lot of milk stains, cookie crumbs, and dirt all over the back seats. They did a great job with the interior and exterior of the car. My car looks bran new! I don't think I've ever seen my car this clean. Also, I was recently rear ended and had a license plate mark on my bumper. Love coming here and getting my car hand washed. The owner is nice and honest which reflects onto his employees. Example: My buddy dropped $20 in my car, and instead of pocketing the money (Idk it was there) he gave it to the owner, which he then returned it to me. Not good enough of an example??? Example #2: Same buddy, drops a $100 bill this time. Of course I have no clue until the owner, approaches me, this time with a little smirk on his face, and says...
