I had called before hand (on a Friday), and when I went there on Monday, he knew exactly who I was and what I was there for. So it only took me 5 minutes to drop my car off. When he was finished, he called me to tell me what he found and items that are/will be problematic and what I wanted to do about them. This is THE BEST auto repair shop I've ever used. Hami was able to identify and correct an issue with my car that three trips to Royal Motors didn't solve. He always keeps damaged parts to show me exactly what was causing the problem or takes pictures of what he finds in the engine. I discovered Auto Dynamik years ago and remembered having a great experience with Hami. So when my 1986 535i BMW needed some work, I brought it to Hami and his crew. After I dropped off my car, Hami called me as he couldn't find the wheel lock key which was needed to get the tires off for a brake inspection and tire rotation. He took it upon himself to go to the local BMW dealer and bought me the correct wheel lock key after researching what type of wheels I had. This was above and beyond and is a testament to the high quality of service Hami and his crew provide to the customer. I trust him and never feel like I am getting gouged. Customer service was awesome. We were helped by Rachel over the phone and she was was very sweet. I got my car towed from the dealership I recently financed it from (MIke's Auto Sales) but that's another story in itself. The folks at Auto Dynamik were able to take my car in the same day we called, and did the diagnosis and repair as well. Hami was honest, competent and reliable. I totally didn't feel ripped off or taken advantage of, just because I a woman. Hami fixed the wiring problem on my vehicle, but because he is so great and wanted to make sure that his work completely did the job, he told me that he wanted to keep and drive my car, but still only charged me for 2-hrs of labor. Another major plus is the fact that they even have separate management and people to deal with customers, so the mechanic can dedicate their time and attention to the vehicle, which is awesome. The ONLY weird thing (in my opinion) is their space - for one, you could easily pass them up, two (which may be the reason for #1), you have to go up a ramp that only fits one car at a time, so you could get caught in some traffic trying to get your car in or out, and they also share half their space with another auto repair co. European somethin..? The reason I didn't knock any stars off for this is because Hami and the team totally dealt with the traffic we encountered, so it wasn't much of a chip off my shoulder :) Would 100% recommend this place for your auto repair needs. read more

These guys were great! They fit me in same day when all the other shops I called told me it would be 2 days before they could look at my car. They were friendly, explained all the issues clearly, and were not at all pushy. They even showed me smart-phone pictures of each of the problems, so I could see what they were talking about, which was a nice touch. I also really appreciated that they were honest about which repairs absolutely needed to be done that day, and which could wait. I have taken my Nissan Pathfinder and Ford Explorer to Hami for every conceivable repair over the course of many years. Hami has never failed me. He tells you exactly what's wrong with the car and what your options are regarding repair - at times he's said - don't worry about it. He tells you what it will cost to repair and he does an excellent job on the repair. He prices are reasonable and If he says the car will be ready Thursday, it's ready Thursday. Hami runs the best auto shop that I've ever used. I had a 12-year old Honda Accord and brought it to Hami for all my maintanance. There were several times where I expecting a big bill and he was able to solve the problem for little or no money. For example, one time I went into the shop because the car was making a bad smell and I thought it needed work. He imediately crawled under the car and found a plastic bag had melted to the underside. He didn't charge me for that. A dishonest mechanic could've kept it overnight and found a way to charge me.
