I came to Auto Fast Glass for my windshield replacement, they were friendly and responsive. They took care of the replacement, BUT there was an issue with the top trim of the windshield, it wasn't fitted/flush and was curled up. I've been concerned about this and all they offered was to add double sided tape, which they never came to add/fix. It's been 2 weeks since the replacement. I brought my concern up to them multiple times and they promised to fix it, but never did. That is my only complaint about Auto Fast Glass, other than that I think they did a decent job. read more

Okay, let me start by saying they do live up to their name for being fast. I have a lease return SUV that needed to be turned in next week and of course, I get a windshield crack that magically appeared 3 weeks ago. It started off small but has grown to over 12 inches within days. With Covid-19 at its prime the last 3 weeks, I have pushed off the repair. But now that businesses are slowly opening back up, I knew I needed to get this done ASAP. I started to call around 5 pm on a Friday and they were quick, courteous, and gave me a fair quote within 15-20 mins after I called. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day on Saturday. Day of the appointment the technician called 2 hours before my appointment to alert me that he had an earlier opening and if I wanted to take it. When the technician arrived he was professional, quick, and made the whole experience seamless. It was an excellent experience all around. This place was a Godsend! My front passenger window got smashed on Friday July 31st. I was panicking, as this is my only car! I tried to contact safelite, but they are useless! Didn't answer the phone, all I got was some recording. Then their website said no open appointments until august 7th!! I wasn't about to wait for that!! So I searched online and found Auto Fast Glass! A real person picked up the phone too! I was so relieved! He was able to get a window ordered for me the same day. I headed right over there to the burbank location. (They also have an office in Pasadena). He was super nice, and even carried my baby girl and the stroller up (and back down) the stairs to the office on second floor. We got to wait in a air conditioned office, and the two ladies were nice and offered us cold bottled water. My window was replaced super fast! I got me receipt,($369) and we were on our way! Keep in mind that I called the dealership to ask how much they charge. I was told $800!!! They made it sound so difficult, and labor intensive to try to justify that stratospheric price! Plus they could not even do it until monday! Lesson learned us to not trust the dealership, or ever rely on safelite, as you will spend way more, and wait a lot longer!! Have you ever seen a rating that is unbelievable? Me too, but I don't believe what I'm about to say either, so there! I needed a back panel I just had painted elsewhere glued properly to my rear glass. It takes a special kind of glue and although I knew I could actually put it on myself, I didn't know if there was a trick, and I definitely didn't have the right glue. So I call Auto Fast Glass expecting to set up an appointment, but instead the guy is in front of my house in 15 minutes. He installs the panel in 15 minutes, tells me what to do while the glue is drying etc, and then attempts to leave without payment. LOL, WHAT? Hey, wait a minute! He didn't want any money at all. I mean, I know it wasn't a ton of work, but the amount of glue he used was at LEAST $7 his price. I finally got him to take a $20 before he drove off.
