I'm relieved that out of a crap experience (my passenger car window was smashed at my work's underground garage and my purse with all my Ids, money etc was stolen) something good came out of it. After a quick google search and the reading previous yelp reviews, I felt pretty confident that AFG was the best deal in the Burbank area. Mark came directly to my home and installed the window expediantly and even cleaned all the glass from my floorboards and seats. He provided me with some useful information in the future about preventing this type of thing...I mean, ya it's pretty obvious to avoid putting valuables in sight, but even things like backpacks, reusable shopping bags or even a bag of clothes sitting in the backseat waiting to be donated can catch the attention of strung-out druggies. My windshield got smashed by a huge plastic box of some sort on the 101/134 connect on the driver side last Sunday... irreparable and needed to be replaced. I called Monday from work in Valencia and Matthew said they could do it the same day... I called around to a few other places, he seemed to have a fair price and very nice. One other had it cheaper but Matthew matched the price and had one of his guys show up when he said they would and did it in under 45mins! It was perfect. I was traumatized to find my window smashed and my purse stolen. I googled replacement auto glass and Auto Fast Glass was the first to pop up and I am VERY glad that was the case. I phoned and within 2 hours time I had the glass replaced by a very sympathetic man by the name of Michael. He vacuumed out all of the shattered glass from my floor boards, storage wells, seats etc......this thoughtfullness helped to lessen the impact of such a nasty event. Murdoch was a life saver! Someone broke one of my rear windows of my brand new car while parked on the street last night. I found Auto Fast Glass from a google search, compared his quote to other shops, and decided to give him a try. He was thorough in his description of the repair I would need and sent Jauquin to my home within the hour...to my home! Jauquin thoroughly vacuumed up the broken glass and installed the window in under 10 minutes. It was perfect! I hate having to spend money on things like this, but I was able to avoid going through my insurance, leaving my car at a shop, and worrying that my unfixed window would cause a break in due to having to park on the street. I was out of town for a month and returned to a smashed drivers side window. After searching Yelp, I called Auto Fast Glass and asked for a quote to replace it. They returned my call within about 10 minutes, quoted a good price and told me they could send someone out to replace it (at no extra charge) in about an hour. True to their word, Mehrdad was at my place in great time and quickly replaced my window. He was extremely efficient and kind. He even hooked up the vacuum to his car battery because there were no outlets near my car. The window works perfectly now and if there is trouble in the future, I can breath easy because it's under warranty. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, Auto Fast Glass will definitely get my business. read more

To preface, this is the first and only time I've ever written a Yelp review. In fact, I created this account so that I can leave this review. The reason why I'm so compelled to do so is simply because of my outstanding experience with Murdoch. Simply put, Murdoch went above and beyond not only to fix my smashed windows (he did a house call, was able to come on last minute notice, and did the job quickly), but, more importantly, he was generously kind... to the point where he told me if I ever needed help with anything car-related, give him a shout. Well, several weeks later, I had to replace my door handle. I ordered the parts, but did not have the knowledge or tools to properly execute, so I swung by his shop, and he generously took the time out of his busy work day to help me replace my door handle -- all with a smile on his face. It's not every day you encounter such a business who does their job exceedingly well and efficiently while going out of their way to help their customers -- even though it wasn't necessary. Life savers! Walking to my car to go to work and found my driver's side rear door window smashed in (2005 Prius). After vacuuming/sweeping up all the glass at a near carwash I had to go to work where a guy I work with told me about them. They were $50 cheaper than my insurance referral and came to my work within about 40 minutes (because I was in Burbank, so local requests are faster. He said if I wasn't close by they couldn't have done it so quick. Maybe next day). The guy who installed it was great, friendly, professional. Took about 40 minutes. Cleaned/wiped everything down after was a nice plus. $220 cash (after $5 coupon from their website). It's been 2 weeks and it's working like new. read more

I just moved to a new place with a tiny garage, and smacked my driver's side mirror on the 2nd day. Every place I called was unable (or unwilling) to replace or install the entire mirror and housing on my 1996 Ford. I spoke to these guys, who were not only able and willing to find the mirror for me, do the job and make a Saturday appointment, but were friendly and professional! And somehow, they were able to find the mirror housing in the exact green color of my car, when I told them that it would be nice, but not required. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them in the future. I did think to call them beforehand and ask if they accepted credit cards. He said no, just cash, which was fine with me, too. This is actually my first yelp review, but considering the quality of this place, I needed to write one. Christmas day I was driving on the freeway and a rock hit my windshield. Merry Christmas to me. A coworker of mine had had his windshield replaced with these guys and he spoke highly of them, so I gave them a shot. They don't actually have a garage or anything. They are a mobile service that come to you. So I met them at the yelp address and the guy came out and began work on my nick right away. The whole process took about 20 minutes. Sitting in the back seat of my car while he worked, I could see that he filled up the hole, but I could still see where he filled it on the windshield. I've had repairs like this done on cars in the past, and when done correctly, you shouldn't even notice the nick was ever there. When I mentioned that I could see where the rock hit to the guy, thinking maybe it needed time to settle, he said that it was normal for that to be there. Again, I figured maybe it just needed to settle. I paid him the $85 and went on my merry way. Time passed and the hole did not settle. I could very visibly see the mark from where the rock hit. And I just got this car in November. I did not want to have a visible nick on my windshield. So I called the place up telling them I thought the job was crappy and that I wanted a refund. They were fine to offer me a refund. I drove all the way to burbank (I live in West Hollywood) and waited for the guy to arrive. He did, and make no fuss about giving me a refund. BUT THEN he proceeded to give me a hard time for telling him his job was crappy. He said that he remembered doing my windshield and that he did a good job and it wasn't crappy. I'm sorry, would I be there asking for a refund if you had done a good job? I couldn't believe that he was giving me a hard time for saying his job was crappy. Very unprofessional. I gave them 3 stars for the refund, but definitely one star for the work and behavior. read more

The window on my car was bashed out one morning while parked on the street and I called several mobile glass repair shops for quotes. Some wanted me to wait until next week (how am I supposed to drive a car with no window and glass falling on me?), but Auto Fast Glass was able to come out to my house within a few hours at a very affordable price. They were professional, hard-working, and the installation was high-quality and efficient. They took the door panel off the clean any glass that fell behind it and ensured that the controls worked before leaving. Although they didn't use original Toyota glass, I can't tell a difference from my other windows other than that it doesn't have a Toyota sticker on it. They could order Toyota-branded glass but they assured me that the glass they use meets the same quality standards as the manufacturer's glass. I highly recommend this company, especially if you are looking for a convenient mobile glass repair. read more

Back in October 2015 I was working in Burbank and I had cracked my Toyota Highlander window when I was replacing the windshield wiper (long story). I did a search for windshield replacement around Burbank and found Auto Fast Glass and they had good reviews. I gave them a call and within a short amount of time, they came to my work in Burbank and were already on their way to replacing my windshield. The price was reasonable and I love the fact that they came to where I was so I didn't have to waste any time. The replacement looked great! Then in April 2016 I had a crack in my Miata windshield and though I live in Studio City I thought I would give this company another call. I spoke with Sean and he was super nice. And within an hour or so the same technician who helped me back in October was working on my other car.
