Called in day before Christmas Eve they managed to get a window from their warehouse same day and get me a new passenger window nice folks and I know replacing windows on cayenne isn't easy because sadly this is the second time someone's smashed it. In and out easily enough, bad day to need any form of service done, but I've now cut myself on window pieces that were stuck in my seat that was not properly removed. Upon a slightly closer look also glass chunks all in the tracks that let my seats move, lots of crunching as I tried to remove more. Didn't really hit a lot of spots with shop vac I definitely heard running a lot as I sat there for about 2 hours. I'm just confused I don't mind paying a higher price (as this was considerably more than the last time this was replaced and the last guy was mobile repair and came to my house) but upon a full inspection the price was not justified. read more

As I was paying my bill I was advised they replaced the seal and that was an additional $19.99. Really, WTF?
