He confirmed they didn't transfer to the system, so he gave me a couple options other make sure the list of items I needed was included in my ticket. I also spoke to Kenya who was helpful in making sure that my notes were included in the ticket. Long story short, they went the extra mile in my opinion and were very accommodating to ensure that everything I needed was done, and nothing I didn't need was done (since I already performed five or six of the main service items myself earlier in the week). I'm pretty particular/meticulous with my vehicle maintenance, but Alex and the team at NoHo made me feel comfortable taking my vehicle there, and delivered. So via email I told Jay either he or that dealer tampered with the odometer and there are scan type tools available for people to do just that. So after a few emails to him telling him of this he has the audacity to call me and chew me out for "accusing him of commiting a crime." The nerve of this guy. Yet the car is still advertised with the wrong VIN and mileage of14,223. The title shows its a NAM vehicle. He also told me it was a "clerical error."
