They refuse to provide a manager's contact information or any alternative way to escalate the issue. This is not the level of service anyone should expect from a luxury dealership. A lease return should be a simple process, yet this location has made it unnecessarily frustrating and stressful. After reading other customer reviews, it's clear that I'm not the only person who has had this experience. The staff seem uninterested in helping customers or resolving problems. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If this is the level of customer service they provide, they should seriously reconsider how they treat their customers.

There were no extra fees like the other dealerships which kept the car affordable for my daughter. He saw a small crack on the inside of the front windshield and said it would be replaced the next day. I was expecting that he would try and sell it as is but he has it repaired and even emailed a picture of the completed repair.
