DO NOT GET YOUR WINDSHIELD FIXED WITH THIS COMPANY. I have been trying to contact this business for a month. They replaced my windshield at home and the rubber on top came off and the black glue or whatever they use got all over my white car. I spoke to someone a month ago that said they would call me back. I've called multiple times and left several voicemails, but no one has called me back. I thought maybe they were busy because of holidays, but still no call. Sad to see that once they replace your windshield, they'll just ignore you if you have any issues. I even went to their location listed on yelp and a lady that works in the building said there wasn't any company of that name in the building. Not sure if they moved locations or they only come to your house now, but they should update their business address that way customers can reach them. read more

So I broke my rear windshield on accident on Sunday and im so glad they were open on a Sunday for me to call. I was out all day Monday and wasn't going to be home, so they told me exactly how to leave my car, and I told them where my car was and they worked it out with me where even though I was gone all day, they came and fixed it! They are good at keeping the time frame they said they'd show up in and my rear glass now looks great! I had one of the worst customer experiences of my life with this company. I got hit by a rock on the freeway that led to a crack across my windshield. I chose this company because they were the cheapest. They came out to fix it and when I got in my car to drive home I could hear the engine in my car. I called them back and they told me that was normal and if it was still there to call back the next day. Well it was still there and so they had to come back. I scheduled a time for 3 days later. I moved around my work schedule to be available for them only to have them push the timeline back and then ultimately have to reschedule. This is because this company is really just a broker who brokers out the work to other people. The broker set the time without talking to the person who does the work. When they finally came they noticed that something was done wrong so they had to take the windshield off and put it back on. About a month later I was washing my car and noticed that the plastic part covering the bottom on the windshield was warping and coming off the windshield. I sent the company a text, didnt hear back, 2 days later sent another text, no response, it was not until I threatened to post on yelp that they responded. They were out of town and their assistant was suppose to call, they did not. A week went by and I reached out again and they said they would come by and look at it. They came out and took a picture, the same angle I had sent them 2 weeks prior. We scheduled a time for the technician to come out but I had to reschedule because my windshield cracked again and this company said it was un fillable. I found a company that would fill it and used them. The day came for them to come out and the technician called and said he was here but was really at the wrong location even though I confirmed with the broker 2 times. So we set a new time for later in the week. I was told they would be there between 8-10, and they did not show up until almost 1. When they did they said what I was experiencing was normal even though it definitely was not. All to say they just tapped on it and said it was fixed. We've used them in the past and they were quick and efficient. They do good work and their staff has always been very friendly. However we were given a time frame yesterday of between 2pm-4pm. 4pm rolled around and there was no call, and no tech arrived. We called and left a voicemail (because no one answers their phones) and were told the tech ran late on the last appointment and would not be able to respond that day. Which would've been fine if they had communicated with us of the delay instead of us needing to reach out to them. Today we're given a time from of 10am-12pm, at 12pm no show, no call and we were back where we were yesterday worried that I wouldn't be getting serviced again. We called and are given an additional hour time frame which the tech actually showed up within. If they had reached out and let us know they were going to be late I wouldn't be so upset or writing this review, but the fact that they didn't respect my time enough to reach out on their own was incredibly unprofessional. I want someone who is reliable, and will at least reach out if there is a delay. There was also no special accommodation for them screwing up the day prior such as coming on time the next day As long as you don't have plans, and are willing to wait past the time Frame they give you then use them. They do fine work, I'm sure it's no different than any other company. Personally I would not use them again due to their lack of communication and respect for my time.
