Wow!!! These guys are too notch! I had a 2x4 hit my windshield while driving on the freeway. I pulled over and called to get quote on price and how long it would take. Price was very reasonable and they said they could have it done quickly. When I arrived I was greeted and the gents got right to work. saw a great deal for this place on groupon, said no appointment necessary so I drove by first before buying to make sure they would be able to fix the crack in my windshield and could not find the business, the door was locked and there was no business name on the door, Groupon said it Suite A-11 and yelp states A-10. After speaking with Brayton over the phone I decided their price was reasonable and took my car in the following day. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone till the moment the job was done, the guys at the shop were extremely helpful and accommodating knowing I work a graveyard shift. They did a kick ass job and even went above and beyond by filling a chip in my windshield out of the goodness of their hearts. I was driving home from work and a good size rock hit my windshield. I needed to get is fixed ASAP. I googled auto glass repair in Temecula and browsed the different businesses. This business caught my eye bc on the first page was all the branches of the service and their emblems and saw they were extremely military and first responder supportive . I called the number and Tony answered . He was so nice and he could tell I was stressed about my windshield . He told me to come on in and he would fix it right away. These guys do great work!! My family and I were driving down to San Diego when something hit our windshield hard and left a nasty chip. I was trusting of Tony and Nick and they took advantage: comes across with utmost integrity to gain trust; takes cash, hands over no receipt with signature, then does a negligent job that further damaged my vehicle: Headlight restoration...scratched paint unrestored; OE Windshield...was replaced when should of been repaired (Stressed Concerns Clearly) now I have aftermarket annoying wind noise which is worse than a cracked windshield because it functioned perfectly with the crack. And when I complain they deny me as a customer since...illegitimate business practices? Basically, I came in with unpaid damage; And paid for further damage seeking restoration. Starting with Dana with customer service to Tony himself I'm just mindblown at their genuine care for me as a customer and making the right decision. They both educated me to learn even further. Tony is a magician when it comes to repairs! I initially went elsewhere that is nationwide and were one of the "big boys" of the industry but upon arrival the technician saw the crack and without hesitation told me to run over here before they close because of Tony. Great place, great service . If you been to safelite glass auto repair you probably noticed prices went thru the roof. A chip/crack whent from $50 to $132+ and new windshields are close to $400 now. Autoglass Masters are former safelite employees who wanted to do the same thing but with better quality work all while costing less than safelite. Wow I was treated so awesome. I needed my rearview mirror installed. PeP Boys could not do it for me. Kragen Auto Parts said they were not allowed. I was referred to AUTO GLASS MASTERS by the young man at the cash register at PeP Boys were I purchased the mirror. The customer service was outstanding. When I asked how much they said NO CHARGE ! It took minutes and was done perfect. I had some spots on my back truck window that I thought were scratches. They cleaned and removed that too. NO CHARGE. Who does that any more. My BMW 330i has been collecting rock chips on my windshield for the last 15 years. About three days ago, I collected another one but this one was different. The chip started cracking horizontally across my windshield. Fearing the crack was too long for repair, I started looking to replace the windshield. I went to get an estimate at one of the brand name repair centers. After seeing the crack, the technician told me to stop by and see Tonie instead. Blown away by the service I received from Auto Glass Masters! After a small chip in my windshield started to quickly grow, I first got a quote from Safelite for $115 (not including taxes & fees)... OUCH! I then complained to a co-worker at the astronomical quote and she recommended Auto Glass Masters. I contacted them on my lunch break and Matt was extremely helpful and accommodating, and quoted me less than $50 (with tax)! Matt offered to stay later so I could bring my car in after work. Well I work in Escondido, and even though it was going to take me awhile to get there, he said it wasn't a problem at all and they would wait for me. I was already impressed. When I arrived, Matt saw me pulling up, and directed me into their shop. I was graciously greeted by him and his partner, Tonie. They guided me into their comfortable, air conditioned office/waiting area- complete with a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water bottles, and they even had an assortment of cell phone charging cords, with an interesting program playing on the television. This made the time they were repairing my windshield fly by, and after 30 mins or so, they were done! Tonie and Matt escorted me to my car, and let me feel where the chip was filled and it was completely smooth! I was beyond thrilled when I realized not only did they fill the chip, but they also vacuumed the inside of my car and cleaned the windows! Now that's going the extra mile! After all of this, I paid less than $50, and I was informed if by some reason the chip grows, that $50 will be taken off the cost of a windshield replacement! How cool is that!?!
