After my 'yota Camry got a quarter sized nick in the windshield it quickly branched out into the dreaded cracked lines on each side. I called Power Irvine Toyota for a recommendation of a glass installer and was given 2 prospects- one close by, a big chain, and another that just had the guy's first name. The big chain wanted $$$ and sounded like a place for dummies who don't shop around. The 2nd guy never called back after 3 days of leaving a v. message. Yet another vendor in Lake Forest was friendly up front, but never got back in touch when promised. These guys are busy and obviously can't prioritize possible customers.
