Jeff informed my husband and I that because we have an aftermarket tint/film on our windshield that it maybe impaired due to the fact that he has to heat up the glass to fix and fill the chip on the glass. Now I know that we probably are not the norm but... Jeff is a rock star! You honestly can't tell that there was ever a crack in the windshield and the tint wasn't even affected.
