**Absolutely Outstanding Service -- Laura Went Above and Beyond** I can't say enough good things about Laura and Auto Glass Now on Market Street in Concord. I needed a new windshield for my 2024 Ram 1500, and what my insurance company was turning into a three-week ordeal, Laura somehow solved in ONE DAY. She located the correct windshield, got it installed, had everything properly calibrated, and had me back on the road. The new windshield looks fantastic. But what really impressed me was what went on behind the scenes. Because of the way State Farm required this claim to be handled, Laura was told she had to order an OEM Mopar windshield through the dealer for $1,971--even though she could obtain an OEM Mopar windshield through her own supplier for $871. The dealer glass won't even arrive for about three weeks. Rather than make me wait three weeks without my truck, Laura found a way to take care of me immediately. Meanwhile, she has nearly $2,000 of her own company's money tied up in a dealer windshield that she will ultimately have to deal with when it arrives. THAT is going above and beyond for a customer. Laura didn't create the problem, but she made it her problem to solve. She kept me informed, figured out a solution, got the job done quickly, and treated me like my time actually mattered. This is exactly the kind of customer service that deserves recognition. If you need auto glass in the Concord area, I would recommend Laura and Auto Glass Now on Market Street without hesitation. I have replaced three windshields here. Laura, the office manager is very competent and immediately provides me email quotes. I appreciate given a choice of OEM or preferred vendor glass. I had 2 great conversations w/ Frank when I initially booked (end of 2024 over phone). I called back & Kay gave me new date & suddenly no Frank ever existed. 2 hr before appt on 4/17/25, someone else texted me to cancel my appt (I just had major surgery & went through hell to schedule a friend 2 take me/my car 2 this appt) stating that a higher priority job (state/county/city cars) bumped my job. I confronted this unprofessionalism & let autoglassnow know, that I am actually MORE important as I have been trying to do this w/ you for 6 months & I was scheduled 1st, plus w/ my health, these LAST MINUTE CHANGES were not ok. I insisted they offer me something for the inconvenience (they had not even offered another/different date??) The staff offered me a mobile tech to come the next day & I could bring the car in for calibration next week (making it 2 different appts) . I appreciate the price being cut in half for the trouble but the mobile tech was NOT impressive. Lots of hemming & hawing (grumbling) & lack of clarity if I could write a check for payment (staff over the phone doing the booking never mentioned any limitationson how you accept payment). He also said it was an OEM part. When I asked where is the "Nissan" logo if it is OEM, he then said, "it is NOT OEM". I just pray that, next week, you will calibrate the window correctly or be willing to REDO EVERYTHING if it is not calibrated correctly. read more

5/12/17: Scheduled service 8AM-12PM. Tech didn't show up on time, nor did he call to say he was running late. Sorry bud, if you can't make it in a 4 hour window, we're going to reschedule. 5/19/17: Same tech shows up (this time on time), replaces my windshield, but does it improperly. After work, I get on the freeway and the trim on the passenger side and driver side comes loose and starts slapping against my car. The rear view mirror is vibrating, which tells me the glass isn't properly secured. I roll my window down and drive all the way home holding down the side I can reach. I call and they promise that someone will call me first thing Saturday morning. No one calls. No sense of urgency. Am I the only one who thinks this is not safe?! I notice the invoice a charged for 3 labor hours while it only took the tech 1-1.5 hours to complete the job. 5/22/17: I call again. Yes, they see a work order was submitted, but no date of service. The next available appointment is Friday 5/26/17, or I can DRIVE to the shop and they'll do the repair anytime. Seriously, you want me to DRIVE? I don't even know if the glass is glued down properly. I'm afraid to drive my car because I don't want the windshield to fall out! This business doesn't give a s*** about me or my safety. No one has called to apologize, or tell me if it is still safe to drive, or offered to pay for a rental until they can come out to do the repairs. I've also reported them to BBB. What a joke that this place is. If you're thinking about having this company do any of your window replacements for your vehicle then I highly suggest going somewhere else. My husband's mustang was broken into and our insurance company recommended this place to fix his window. My husband called the company and they made an appointment for a Monday morning. My husband decides to take the morning/afternoon off so he can be home while they are repairing the window. Well All Star glass comes over for the appointment and after looking at his car they said they don't have the right tools to put the window in. Well that's a red flag! How do you not have the right tools when they already knew what the year, make and model of the car was prior to making the appointment? This is a glass company right? So they reschedule my husband for the next day. Next day comes around and they call him asking to reschedule again for no reason. Then this company wanted payment for the window when the work wasn't even done nor even having the right tools. After the mess this we decided to use another company who was much more professional to work with then this company. My technicians name was Markus.he was so polite and went above and beyond to get the glass that I needed since the manager of the place set me up for a windshield and not a quarter glass like I needed! (That was very annoying since I had to physically go down to make an app and get a quote because he never answers the phone) Marcus did a great job, left no mess and vacuumed up all the glass I had in my car. Super easy and convenient! My rear quarter glass was smashed in Oakland when I parked at a public lot late at night. All I had to do was call them the next morning and they where able to get me an appointment for the very next day. They came straight to my work place and even vacuumed out most of the glass in the car before fixing the windows. Even the fix it self was super fast and only took around a half hour. The entire process for getting my windshield replaced was flawless. I received a call to book my appointment as soon as they had received my paperwork from my insurance company. The woman on the phone (Laura?) was great with explaining each step and coordinating the schedule with my dealership (who needed to perform a task after installation). Jaime came out to fix the glass window in our 2014 dodge Durango. He was on time, courteous, and knew what he was doing. The company was also easy to work with even though we had insurance. All we paid was our deductible and they do they rest of the work. It's super convenient that they come right to your home to fix it too. When I called initially they took over 24 hours to call and make an appointment with me and then the soonest available was a week and a half out. It didn't bother me too much, but today they showed up and brought the WRONG windshield. The installer said that someone would call me later to schedule a new install time. 4pm rolls around and surprise, no calls. Sub-par service, sub-par customer relations, and no par in resolving issues!j Yes -- they will come to you and repair/replace your glass. But beware, your car will not be left in the same condition as before they touched it. My daughter had her front winbdshield replaced yesterday. When she went to drive home, everything was moved. All her setttings, plus the windshield wipers had been put back on incorrectly so they are now sitting so high on the windshield they are constantly visible. She called the customer service line to inform them - All Star Glass (Poway) and the person answering immediately knew the problem -- obviously this was not a new complaint. They are now booked solid, so they say, and cannot fit in a service correction until next week. The manager got involved and offered NOTHING. My daughter paid good money which of course they promptly took -- but now she is left with wipers obstructing her view of the road. AAA should be ashamed to recommend them and take them off their approved list. She should have gone with Safelite Glass. She would not have gotten the AAA discount, but the job would have been done right. Very poor service and no follow through. read more

The window for repair was 4 hours. The windshield was left very dirty with what looked like grease from the technician's hair on the inside and fingerprints all over rear view mirror. Then, the next morning I went to use my windshield wipers and they had been installed incorrectly and did not work. All Star Glass wanted another 4 hour window to come out to repair. I spent my entire afternoon trying to find a local mechanic to repair the windshield wiper system. I am very dissatisfied. Why didn't I read these reviews first?! read more

We got the mobile service done at my work. The glass replacement was fine, but they damaged our windshield wiper mechanism and now we need to get that repaired. The company refuses to acknowledge their fault, and repair or pay for the repairs, but the windshield wipers worked previously when they started working on it, and now it can't do a full rotation and needs to be repaired. We bought a new used Murano and after a week, my wife received a small rock chip in the windshield. Wanted to get it taken care of and called for a recommendation and they referred All Star Glass. No need for them to come to the house, I called and set an appointment for the next morning. The tech looked at the glass and told me that it had chipped at an angle which didn't jeopardize the integrity of the glass and just keep an eye on it. They saved me $80.00 by being honest. I was very satisfied with the service. Their Technician, Darren, arrived within the time specified and he explained each step he was doing as the window replacement occurred. Darren explained, and showed, how the existing window (a replacement about 5 years ago) was poorly installed. The last company that installed the window did not properly prepare the surface on which the window adhesive was installed on. Rust had started developing along the top of the window (body/frame edge) because the previous installer did not clean and primer the surface prior to installing the replacement window adhesive. This led to rust starting to develop. Darren used a wire wheel to remove the rust and carefully primed the edge (allowing time to dry) before applying the adhesive. Darren also showed me how the seal on the existing window was not similar to the OEM window which was the type Darren was installing for All Star Glass. I was pleasantly surprised by the work done and the quality of the new window. Thank you. read more

Called for a quote on just the glass, as I was going to install the glass myself. The quote that I was given was 4x's higher than any where else I had called. I then asked for a quote to install the glass and it was only slightly higher than the quote on the glass, she pressured me pretty heavily to do the install as according to her quote it was only slightly higher than the cost of the glass and doing it myself. After calling around to several other glass installers I believe the quotes she gave were deceitful and used as a dishonest sales tactic. Would never do business with this company. read more

You would be insane to use this company. They repaired my ford explorer, charged me extra for "side rails." The window went in and leaked all winter. Water running down my dashboard. All Star repaired the leak. 2 months later the ford explorer side molding/pieces/rails whatever you want to call them, came off. Lost trim pieces on side of front windshield. No way I was going to let them touch my car again. Brought the car into my dealership to fix the trim pieces and was informed that All Star had damaged the window frame. Dealership fixed it for $800. Never, ever in a million years would I use this sad sad company which has cost me hundreds not to mention my time. read more

They did mobile service for my windshield, they were 2 days late than originally scheduled. Once here, they took only 2 hours to replace, which was great. The price was not too bad, under $300. My biggest disappointment was the condition they left the interior of my car! Little pieces of glass and dust size particles of glass everywhere! All over my dash, all over my center console, enough glass dust that if I ran my hand over the dash, it was like touching fiberglass. Why did they not protect the interior of the car with plastic or a blanket? Or at least vacuum and wipe down after they were done? I think Jaime was my tech. The window made noise the next day, I mentioned it to them and got the blow off, "wait a few days and then let us know". Which was true, by day 3 there was no noise, but the blow off was irritating. Could have answered the noise question more professionally to put the customers mind at ease. I'm happy with the windshield itself, but not the condition my car was left in, or the disregard for my concern about the noises. read more

Terrible service , called the main office to find out when the installer would arrive , first they said he be there by 5 then they no we lost your address , then they connected me to the local shop , and Paul said they wouldn't be installing the windshield on the day of the appointment. I begged and offered to pay they extra expense , but they wouldn't do it , told me to reschedule for the following week and no apology either.Called the president who offered a 50 dollar discount but no flexibility for scheduling same 4 hour window a week later. This is after I took 1/2 a ay off work the first time . Called Durans glass they did the job the following day , for the same price as all star and it looks great. read more
