I want to commend Auto Glass Now for their speedy response to my dilemma. I called yesterday Dec 17 in the afternoon and they were able to come the next day at the exact time I requested. The repair of my glass in my car door went smoothly and the technician Edwin made my day. Not only did he replace my glass in 30 minutes, he vacuumed all the broken glass and cleaned the back seat. The glass replacement was very reasonable compared to other companies I called. This is definitely the place to take your car!!! I recently scheduled an appointment with Safelite WRONG!!!!! Don't take your car to any other place but here!!! They use original parts and very professional!!! I went in on a Saturday and the young lady at the front counter was working her butt off, answering phones, getting vin #'s off cars and running back/forth to the shop and she did it with style & grace. This place might not be as glamorous and big as their competitors but you will be happy you came here!! And my technician Mike was the all time best!! We carried on as if we were old friends from FL. Called about a windshield replacement they got me in next day EARLY. Very fast & efficient. A little pricey but overall pretty good.

They will repair your window then leave glass pieces on the door panel and when you request for the glass to be removed as it should of been done from the beginning. They will have an attitude like it's your fault they didn't do their job . DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. read more

Appointment scheduled a week prior, excellent phone customer service. Day of appointment my husband arrived , no place to sit/wait. He was told wait time was 3 hours. He left and told Michelle he would come back on Saturday. Before he left he confirmed they had the glass for his car. He goes back Saturday spoke to Michelle again (3 days later) Michelle couldn't find paper work/quote. No one wears uniforms . My husband left and we called Safelight who charged $250 more but at least we have assurance that 1. Appointment time is kept, 2. Reputable company wearing uniform , 3. If we pay by credit card it would be safe. I thought by using a smaller company that seemed to have good customer service in the phone would work but it was not worth the hassle. read more

I have worked with this company 3 times a front window replacement on a brand new suv a chip in the windshield on a 2 month suv and my latest a rear windshield replacement on my recent vehicle and they have never disappointed. I took my car in because my window was stuck in the down position. I called the next day to schedule an appointment and the manager told me to just come in because it's first come first serve which I love because who plans for car trouble! Anyways I didn't wait more than 30 minutes before being seen and the fix was quick and easy. I really appreciated the guy with the dreads for explaining what happened and how I could avoid it in the future! The manager was outside as well and she was just as pleasant! Awesome experience! Awesome people! New to Georgia and in complete shock that insurance doesn't cover a windshield repair. When I was quoted almost $400 for a windshield repair that was out of my control due to debris falling off of a construction truck and almost exploding my trucks windshield I called around for additional quotes. Calling Auto Glass Now, Karen was nothing but courteous and understanding of the situation and hardship this causes. Attitudes were very nasty. I was told to come back the next day and I would be serviced right away. Instead I had to wait an hr. I literally watched them do 3 cars before I said anything. It was their fault that I had to come back in the first place. The guy that broke the glass the day before(reason I had to go back)had the audacity to start swearing/cursing when I asked why was I still waiting. The desk clerk(lady) condoned the guy. The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Put the wrong size wipers on my car. They didn't inform me until AFTER THE INSTALL THAT THE WIPERS WERE THE WRONG SIZE. When I called to inform them that they were not wiping correctly, they stated they would order new ones and when I called back this week Bobbi at the front desk stated they DID NOT HAVE MY WIPER SIZE IN STOCK YET. The company then put me in contact with Mark Walker who claimed that he would pick them up in Tennessee and I could have them installed as soon as he got them to the store. I then called the Smyrna store to set up a day to get them installed and the young lady at that store stated that she would call me when they arrived. When I asked for a refund both Mark Walker and The manager of the Riverdale store Casey refused to give me a refund per "company policy" which is why I decided to just give the Smyrna store I call so I wouldn't end up completely ripped off in the deal. This company is a joke and they'll go to any lengths to cover up their shady business practices. read more

So I made an apt to get my glass fixed, I was told they will have my glass around the time they make my apt. To make a long story short as a hour go by I see my car hasn't yet been touched. I ask the lady at the desk what's going on, an she say we waiting on a call back to get your windshield, they never drop your glass off. So okay it's about two half hours I finally see them start taking off my glass in car. I will say this, never ever will I be back. I choose this place because I was told low rates. Not worth saving a few dollars unless you have absolutely no where else to be an won't mind sitting in a crowded small waiting room for 3 hours. read more
