Easy quick service. I did a self quote online, then not long later a lady called to schedule my mobile service. My only gripe is I scheduled for a Saturday morning, confirmed a Saturday morning, but then was called Friday morning by the technician who informed me mobile service is Monday to Friday so they likely moved my appt up a day, but no one told. Customer service was ok, but the techs have taken forever. Was told the SCHEDULED service would take two hours and going on four hours now and the car still has not been pulled back to the shop. Had to ask for an ETA for repair time and all they said was, "we're backed up." If I had known it was going to take this long, I would have dropped the car off. Poor communication. I had my 20 BMW X3MC windshield replaced by them but had to be replaced under warranty due to the distortion in the glass. They did have my insurance company pay for a OEM windshield which was great. After the first windshield was installed the manager took my car to recalibrate the computer and lost my key fob during it and he drove over 15 miles and took 30 minute doing it. We retraced his route which was 4 mil each way and we couldn't find it but he tried to have someone make a new one but since it's a BMW no one could make a key so the only thing he could do was have BMW order one that would take a week. He was going to have an employee take me home but I live 1.5 hours away and they couldn't because of the distance also my windows were down and after looking everywhere we couldn't find them. The manager Jay ended up leaving and a few minutes later came back with my key. I believe he took my car somewhere else and got out of it and had the key in his lap and that's when they were lost. After getting my key I found my car had error codes so we spent hours trying to fix it and I had to drive multiple times on the same route with him trying to fix it but he couldn't so I waited for him to get my new windshield to go back and have him try to fix the error codes, but couldn't again. They also scratched my A pillars and my dash now squeaks and my car only has 25k miles on it and looks and drives like new. The manager was exposed to email me with the error codes so I could show BMW but I never got them and I asked several times and never got an email from Jay, he even gave me his personal number which I tried contacting him multiple times and never heard back from him. My car was at BMW 4 days prior and passed the diagnostic tests so I believe he told me that so if he couldn't recalibrate the computer he had an excuse. I've beem trying for over a month to get authorization to bring my car to BMW to have it fixed because the error codes are from the camera in the windshield but I'm still waiting To hear from someone and I've tried multiple times to get the manager Jay of the Chattanooga shop to fix this problem but he wouldn't so I had to go over him and I'm trying to contact his boss give me the authorization and I'm still waiting now for over a week for the call from his superior. If you have a newer car with a camera system and HUDs be careful of them because their aftermarket windshields have distortions and they have problems recalibrating the computers in my at least my car. read more

Safelite could not do the job for six days cancel one appointment then I found Auto Glass Now they said bring it in we can do it today and they did. I wish they had gotten the glass out of the air conditioning vent and there's a small catch when the window goes up in the track but not bad. When they say Now they mean it. This was a terrible experience. "Get there early," they said on the phone the day before I came to replace a front windshield. "First come first served." ie:no appointments. Fair enough. I got there at 8:10 AM (they open at 8). I was told there was one person ahead of me...I'm thinking about an hour wait. FOUR HOURS LATER I finally got the car back. Was it not possible for anyone to alert me that I would be waiting (in a waiting room so gross that each of the seven crappy chairs was so torn up that Goodwill would not have accepted them) that long at any time during this experience? That would have taken someone 30 seconds...but no, that never happened. Nor did the guy cashing me out apologize for the absurdly long wait. Which leads me to believe, that was about normal for this place. No one said sorry or informed me about anything while I waited.That is unacceptable customer service. Nor did anyone else there get informed and everyone was grouching. Who wouldn't? On the plus side, Mike at the front desk was pleasant and friendly. But that's table stakes.. Let's return to the waiting area. No plugs to charge phones, forget Wi-Fi, no TV, no water, no amenities of any type...it looked like it hadn't been painted in about a decade. Immigrants from Mexico at the US border have better holding places. And they get water. At least the air was sort of working since it was 94 degrees outside. The chair I chose was one of the better ones and it had it's arm cushion torn off with the screws showing on the bare armrest. When I finally got into my car at 12:10 PM, it smelled like rotten McDonalds. Clearly the tech that worked on it was eating lunch in the car as he was installing the windshield. Do they not get a lunch hour for that? The smell was so bad I had to wash my clothes when I got home. It's too early to see if this was a quality job (it hasn't rained yet) but my advice is to spend a little more money and go somewhere, anywhere else. read more

After having my rear glass break for some unknown reason I gave these guys a chance and I'm glad I did . They ordered my rear glass pretty fast 24 hr and installed the next day . My only complain and it's minor is the scratch they did under the rear glass but nothing is perfect and I plan to Line X that anyways. I needed my front passenger window replaced after my car was broken into. I spent a full day with one shop that couldn't get the glass after thinking they had it. Then I tried Safelite but they couldn't get to me for over a week. I called Auto Glass Now and spoke to a very friendly and professional Hanna who set me up with an appointment the next morning and quoted a price almost twice as low as Safelite! The next morning I arrived at 8am and Anthony replaced my window in about an hour while I waited. Nallely was working the front desk and efficiently taking care of customers. My only complaint is the 4% fee they add on for credit card transactions. However since the price was so low it really didn't matter. Also there is still A Lot of glass in the bottom of the door. Seems they would have the right tools to get that all out, Anthony said it will fall out on its own through the drain holes over time but I hear glass every time the door closes. They also took extra special care with removing my dash cam mount so that I can re-use it. The shop itself is nothing special, but I don't need a fancy waiting area.
