Had a branch fall on my back windshield while I was in ATL visiting some friends. Brought it here and while they did do a great job replacing the glass I now cannot get my liftgate to close. Which..... it was opening and closing just fine before I brought it in. I asked the guy and he said "I don't work on latches" and that was the answer, he didn't take any responsibility to fix the issue or at least help me get into contact with corporate who could help me out. I then reached out the week after and spoke to someone who was going to escalate the case to upper management. They stated that they wanted to see my repair estimate for what I paid to have the latched fixed after they broke it. Which was over $1700. After speaking with them I was told somebody would reach back out to me so I waited for a call. Follow up two weeks later..... after they wanted to address this concern still nothing has been done. I had to follow up with them and spoke with Mark who did nothing but argue on the phone with me about how "this is a common problem with Jeep and Mercedes Benz vehicles we see it everyday" yet the latch still was not broken until they touched it, and if it is a known problem than maybe you're not equipped to work on those two makes of vehicles?? I had to take the car to jeep and have the latch replaced for $1700 and the master tech at Jeep informed me that this is a rare case and that those latches do not just break on their own after explaining the story to him. Most reputable companies want to keep customers coming back and correct their mistakes.... Had this been the case I would've proceeded with the repair and moved on because accidents do happen. However.... Due to the negligence and the unprofessional employees that I have spoken to on the phone almost a month later with no resolution, I have now decided to take legal action. 8am appt. Person behind the counter told me to pull my car in. Looking at the place as I pulled in show there was a ton of debris in the bays and area around it. I walked into the bay to see what I would be driving over and it was littered with enough broken glass that I could have filled a trash can. Counted over 20 -25 razor blades in the bay and in the area where you would pull in. I didn't pull in, I would have needed a new set of tires if I had. If they are that sloppy in the garage at 8am, I don't trust that they would be able to do quality work in that environment. I wouldn't feel safe putting air in an old bike here. Do better! read more

I called the Tucker location of Auto Glass Now on April 1, 2024, asking for the cost to replace the windshield on my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. I was given a price of $210. I said great, and that I'd call back in about a week to get it done. I called back on April 12, 2024, to initiate the work and was told the price was instead $250. I asked why the price changed and was told that it was never $210 and there was no record of my ticket or quote. I was transferred to someone else who confirmed the $250 price. I expressed my frustration and said fine, I'll just call back in a few days when I have the additional $40. Today, April 19, 2024, I called back and was given a price of $343. I expressed my frustration immediately, explained the now longer history of this experience and was rudely told that the price I mentioned is crazy before being transferred to a manager named Wesley who doubled down on the $343 price. He said the best he could do is $310. I said this was a waste of my time because I could've simply budgeted for the accurate price weeks ago instead of wasting my time with this inconsistent organization. Shockingly cheap and easy. I got hit by a rock on the interstate and my windshield was cracking more and more every week, not stopping. I called Auto Glass Now Tucker as it was close to me, and I'm so glad I did. The repair was about 20 minutes. My car windshield looks amazing, and the price was 180, below any deductible imaginable. The signage coming in isn't very visible, and it does look like it's in an old gas station. There are also a lot of razor blades on the pavement. It could maybe stand a bit of upkeep, but hey, if it keeps the prices down, I get it. One star off for being scary looking. read more

So I found this place online. I clearly had a growing windshield crack with the sun's heat kept growing! I called for an estimate online which price was not bad. But the young lady online made reservations for me but did not send me a location. So they have multiple locations!!! Got their early in the morning and didn't have to wait longer then 40 minutes to get the windshield fixed. Everyone was nice in and it service. Not the best waiting area. System was down when I got there so all my prices and receipts were hand written. I don't know how this place has any good reviews. I went with this place because they said they could have my window in the following day. That day came (Saturday) then they said it wouldn't be here til Monday am. So they scheduled me at noon. I call them at 1145 Monday saying I'm running late (I was driving 44 min away) as soon as I am pulling up they tell me my window isn't there yet. I don't know why they couldn't have told me that before I wasted 45 min driving in my car with no window. It's cold/LOUD. Oh and now they are saying my window won't be here for 14 days. Like wtf... If your price shopping this is the place. I took mine into their facility and it was a quick and efficient process as advertised. $75 less than the next price. However, quick and cheap come with its challenges sometimes - they left a small scratch on my dash board which I was not told about. Disappointing...but lets just think they didn't remember the windshield coming in contact with my dashboard... Honest mistake. Lastly, I would have appreciated a spotless / smear free window when I left. Seems like that should have been standard process. Again... great price and super fast... I paid them almost $500 to replace the back window and they didn't even vacuum up the glass pieces out of my rear hatch back and there was pieces of glass just stuck all in it it couldn't even close terrible customer service and terrible work they charge me over $200 in labor and couldn't even vacuum up the old pieces of glass this place is all about money and mediocre service read more

Dropped by on a Friday lunchtime and booked an appt for 10am the following Monday to have my windscreen replaced. Dropped my car in as planned at 10am Monday. Did the paper work, and the girl told me my car would be ready for pickup by 11:30am. I walked to local coffee shop, worked for 2hrs came back at 12pm to find my car still sitting where I handed it off to the girl 2 hrs earlier, and ZERO work had been done to it. The girl who I left it with said "oh yeah, we don't have that windshield in stock". No apology, just starred at me bewilderedly, like somehow I should have known they didn't have the glass. So I kept very calm, even though clearly they'd wasted my morning, and she didn't seem to care - time by the way, that I had to beg my boss to get in order to get the windshield replaced. Then the boss of the store hears what's going on and says "I can get the glass today and I can send a mobile tech to your home by 8am tomorrow". Again no apology, just a pivot, but at least it's a positive pivot and I'll get my windshield the following day - or so I thought - so I say ok as long as it's first thing because I need to go to work by 11am. I wake up early and wait for the tech who's supposedly coming first thing by or at 8am. By 9am no one has showed up or called, so I call their office, and the girl who answers says, "Oh yeah, both our techs called out today and I'm just getting around to calling people, so you'll have to reschedule." So that was my experience with Autoglass Now in Tucker. They were the cheapest quote of the many auto glass repairs in and around Tucker, but clearly you get what you pay for, and the service and attention to detail that the cheapest quote provides should've been a warning. Anyway, I will be going to their more expensive competitors and hope that the extra $30-$50 they charge me, will at least mean I get a more professional experience. Fingers crossed! read more

AutoGlassNow is the Worst! One star is generous. 24 hrs after my first appointment, which they never showed up, I still don't have my truck's window fixed. Technician was supposed to arrive between 8-10 am...called the shop and the manager said he was doing other jobs 30 miles away. At 4pm, after multiple calls to find out when he was coming, the tech called to say his truck broke down (fine, understandable) and "Oh by the way" we don't have the glass for your truck anyway...but we will have it first thing in the morning if you want to come to the shop. Next morning, arrived at 8am at the shop, all seemed to be progressing fine. They pulled the truck into the bay and I waited for 45 mins in the waiting area...only for them to pull the truck out and park it STILL WITHOUT A NEW WINDOW!! "Oh, we still don't have the glass. Can't get it until next week." ‍ WTF?!?! This place sux. They have poor customer service and poor communication...and it's a physical disaster. I don't think they've cleaned up in years. Razor blades and broken glass literally everywhere. Disaster. No wonder people pay a little more for SafeLite. Get what you pay for. read more

****Please avoid this place at all cost**** I had my passenger front window broken via theft in my 2021 Chevy Tahoe, I came to Auto Glass, they told me they could fix it no problem but it'll take a few hours, so I ubered back to work and ubered back to the shop when the vehicle was ready, the next day I noticed that my window doesn't go up properly, so I called them to complain, the lady answered the phone rudely and didn't apologize for my inconvenience or anything,  she just rushed me off the phone and told me to bring it back in. So I bring it back in and they say I have to take it to my dealership to have my window reset, I'm like are you kidding me, even the manager offered me no type of partial refund or anything, he just said that it's rare and they don't want to tell customers up front that there's a chance that the window won't work properly after they installed it. I wasted time and money dealing with them. Now I may have to pay additional money to correct what they couldn't fix. They should've let me know up front, then I would've just went to my dealership, but I was trying to save time. The manager told me that it's a numbers game from a business standpoint in order to not run people off, he's willing to sacrifice having a few bad customer service situations where customers end up getting bad service and have to still get the issue corrected elsewhere. read more

I have a 2019 Toyota Corolla with front and rear facing camera. They didn't mess anything up. I didn't have to have my car recalibrating as the tech said they don't have to unplug anything. I had to replace my windshield recently, because I threw my kayak into my suv a little too hard. These guys quoted me a fair price, and got me in next day for repairs. I also had them work on my driver side door window that different mechanics could not fix, or quoted me insanely high prices. They were able to explain exactly what was going on, and got my window running after it had not worked for around 5 years. I had actually given up on using it lol. They have in shop or mobile service available. I chose in shop (they provide small discount to go on to them) because they were able to squeeze me in same day. They were about $75 less than 3 other competitors I called. Shop isn't luxurious but I rather pay less and get good service vs more just to sit in a nice place. I would not recommend this place to get a windshield or anything repaired. I understand that the price is affordable but the quality of work is horrible. I regret taking my car here. I went in yesterday to get my windshield repaired only to leave with damages done to my car as well as my windshield not put in correctly. Below are the pics of my vehicle after the mechanic was done putting in my windshield. I don't understand how he cracked the cowl panel on my vehicle as well as scratched the paint on my car. The icing on the cake was when I got in my car to see the black glue oozing out from the inside of my car. When I mentioned the damage that was done to the mechanic he was so nonchalant. Now I'm in the process of filing a claim through my insurance to get my vehicle fixed because I refuse to have them or anyone they recommend touch my vehicle. I wished I read the reviews before selecting them to fix my windshield. This is the most unprofessional staff I've seen. First red flag was the phone call. I called to get a quote and was greeted with an attitude and rushed off the phone. My friend was calling around getting quotes as well. When he told me about his experience with one particular company, I asked him to retrace his steps and figure out who the company was. It was indeed Auto Glass Now. Second red flag was the receptionist saying I was next in line then she told the technician to work on a car that had a "quicker" job ( yes I had an appt and at this time, it was an hour later). Third red flag was the owner I assume. Overweight black guy. He walks in the waiting room from the garage and says "Honda Civic". I look around and one lady goes "CRV?". I then co-sign and walk up to the counter thinking my car is ready. Welp I don't get paid to think cause he looks me square in the eyes and say "What!?!". One thousand thoughts ran threw my mind but all I mustered to say was "what you mean what?! Is my Honda ready?" He then turns to the lady to confirm he was not talking about my car even tho there was not Civic in the garage... just take yo car and cracked windshield somewhere else or don't go on a full moon during an eclipse! I just got my passenger window fixed because some jerk smashed it in breaking into my car the other day. Auto Glass Now is amazing! Not only were they the least inexpensive at $150 (Safelite wanted $400!) but they were all incredibly friendly and I was only there for an hour. I got new wiper blades for only $15 and my lock on my passenger door where I was having the window replaced was broken and they fixed it while they were replacing my window! I called in to see about a glass for a newer 2018 vehicle. The manager Deshawn promised me they would get it for me on Tuesday. I drove 45 minutes on Tuesday after calling to make sure the glass was there to find out they ordered the wrong glass. I was told to come back the next day and they would have it. So I came back next day. When I questioned the manager about being compensated for my wasted time he blamed the warehouse, and stated he couldn't apply any discount. Hell I wouldn't have minded just five dollars of. I am a busy gentleman who's time and money is just as valuable as theirs. The service here really needs improvement! I will never come back here, in fact if I had more time to replace window I would've let somebody else do the job, and give them my hard earned money. Didn't replace one of my moldings I went there because I had a rock crack my windshield while I was out of town and they didn't put a piece back for my auto windshield wipers to work the windshield cost me $197 to fix and to replace the parts they didn't put back cost me another $200 and instead of them owning up to what they messed up on they made me feel like it was all my fault. This place is very unprofessional and honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anybody at all!!!! Close the doors. read more

I must say this place provides outstanding service from start to finish. While on the phone with one of there competitors companies Safelite whom had me on hold for an extensive period of time. I googled and researched other places boy am I so glad I did. I had a huge crack in my windshield and was heading out of town in another day thus needing immediate service. I inquired about a quote online and immediately received a quote from Auto Glass Now via text message while still on the phone with the competition. Not only only was the price 60% cheaper than their competitors but their reviews were much higher as well. I am very thankful for the front desk staff and service providers that did an outstanding job. They was able to accommodate me although I arrived an hour early for my appointment. While waiting I walk across the street to get a manicure and pedicure it took more time to get my nails done than it did replacing my windshield. I went online and got a prompt email with the pricing. I called them about a week before to describe my vehicle - Toyota FJ Cruiser. They were honest and the least expensive of all the folks that I spoke with. I continued to educate myself but found that what they explained and priced was accurate. I had to take in my vehicle in because it has some special trim pieces and only a few specialized in changing this particular type of window. It was worth the drive. They took my vehicle promptly and finished in few a few hours. I walked to Matthews and had a quick bite, came back and it was ready! They did an excellent job. I highly recommend.
