Walked in after having a horrible experience at Safelite up the way. Pearl at the front office was on point and gave me her full attention even though i stopped her from going to lunch. Their initial quote was way off the avg mark from all the other vendors (hence the loss of a star) but she worked with me and got down as close as she could to the price. I ended up going with them. Scheduled the appointment and they were able to drive all the way to Santa Clarita to get the job done the next day. The appointment process over the phone was straightforward, and the shop had a mobile/at-home appointment available the day after I called. The technician, Robert, was on time, and he did the windshield replacement in just over an hour. He gave me post-installation instructions clearly--to keep the door windows cracked for several hours, and to not take the tape off the windshield for 24 hours--and he was pleasant and informative. I saw them thru AAA as recommended - the woman who took my info was great - i had explained the car was being shipped to my son who is in the Army and there there was a small nic in the windshield -i asked her that if the tech thought it wasnt worth fixing would he tell me because i was concerned it might be too small she said yes he would tell me if that was the case. I took car in and did have to show the tech where it was- he supposedly did the repair i paid and left- i noticed it didnt look any different - so i had my husband look at it when he got home. he felt the same that it looked exactly like it did. we decided to go back and ask about it- the guy from the office comes out and looks at it and says well it is really so small and wont spread you really didnt have to have it filled. I wish i was here i would have told you that - i explained he was there but was in office when the other guy did the work. They offered nothing to us. Very unprofessional and liars!!!!They scheduled my appointment between 1 to 5 pm, I've waited until they called me that they're upfront at 459pm!! When the guy came to check on my car and glanced at the paperwork he was holding and noticed the price for installation was over $500 which wS way opposite from the original quote they gave me 2 days earlier.. I was sooo pissed and felt fooled!!! I cancelled the service and will never refer this unprofessional company!!! I will report them as well to better business bureau and other companies!! I was just at this business a few hours ago and they all were extremely friendly and warm. They even offered me doughnuts. The man who worked on my SUV was very kind and even gave me some glass cleaner to take home.His name was Hormos ( not sure if I spelled it correctly). I would highly recommend this place. We replaced a cracked windshield on our 2015 Nissan Frontier pick-up truck. I called at 4:00am (I work nights and the call center is open 24/7) and they had a technician out to see us that SAME DAY around 2:00pm. The tech, Vicente, called while he was on his way and he was finished in about an hour. Price was excellent. They offer a AAA Discount and I did pricing with other companies. All Star was recommended by my Travelers Insurance. Everyone was very knowledgeable and made the whole process extremely easy. Peter was my technician and did a fantastic job. Walter was at the front desk and made the process super simple. I was originally told the job would take about 3 hours and it was completed within 2 hours. When I dropped off the car I was going to take an Uber home but was offered a ride by one of the All Star staff, Randy Washington. Randy could not have been nicer and more accommodating. These guys were hired by Galpin Ford to replace my windshield on a new vehicle. In the process they destoyed the headliner, and of course told no one, to the point I don't even want the vehicle anymore. Then they sent out a guy to evaluate the damage and he told me they didn't even work in that area even though it's right next to the windshield at the extreme front edge. Then he proceeded to tell me that they never touched the vehicle and all work was done from the outside of the winshield and they only touched the outside. He told me they remove the sealant on the windshield frame through the windshield while it's still in place. What??!! Then 10 minutes after telling me they didn't do it they told Galpin they did do it. So bottom line is this place will damage your vehicle, not tell anyone, deny doing it and tell you ridiculous lies. Remove the sealant THROUGH the glass? Yeah, and Bigfoot is the office manager. Run from this place, never ever use them. read more

Usually I do not give one star reviews because I typically ignore those posts. I broke the rear windshield in my car the night I came home from vacation. All star glass came out to replace the shattered window and left glass on the driveway and piece inside the gutters that line the sides of my back window. It's a little annoying hear them move around when I drive. The only way to clean them out is to take the rear window back off and clean somehow remove them. I don't think I'll be recommending All Star Glass to anyone. read more

I had a good experience with All Star Glass. The cost to replace my windshield was very reasonable (under $300) and didn't vary from the online quote. My only problem was that the installer stood on my door sills while installing the windshield. Installers should bring something to stand on so they won't scuff up the plastic door sill protectors. read more

Called 800 number. Made appointment for next day. Got AAA discount. Went in the next day and had a clean,clear new windshield in 25 minutes. Javier was awesome. I opted to go to the shop instead of mobile install. I think that was a good choice because the installer can be assisted by other workers. It also guarantees an appointment time rather than a large window of time for the person to show up. read more
