i had the misfortune of getting my car broken into while parked in dtla, and i needed a shop to get…read morethe back tailgate window replaced asap. both safelite and auto glass now (insurance-recommended) didn't have any open appointments available until a week at the earliest, and there was no way i was going to drive around for that long with a smashed windshield or one covered with a black trash taped over it. fortunately i found doctor auto glass on yelp, was convinced by the 1700+ glowing 5-star reviews, and i can now count myself as another satisfied customer! robert was able to confirm my vehicle information and insurance coverage over the phone and text on a friday afternoon and let me know that i could drop off my car the next morning. the no-frills shop is located on a small lot, and with the number of customers coming in, it can get pretty tight but the workers will let you know where to park. robert took care of all the paperwork dealing with my insurer, and i was able to pick up my car with a brand new oem windshield by the early afternoon before they closed for the saturday! i hope i do not need to return but would choose doctor auto glass again if i had to, and i would recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, efficient car window replacement!

I came across Best Deal Auto Glass. Keith answered my call (10/17/22) and squeezed me in for next day service (10/18/22). I arrived at 10:10am and Keith got right to work. I was out by 10:50am. Work looks good. Still need to make sure there's no leaks with rain, washing car etc. But Keith assured me 1 year warranty on labor. I'll take it! P.S. It's no big fancy Auto Glass shop. Service was done in a body shop out of his Work Van. However, he did good work in my opinion. I'd highly recommend if you want to save some money and want work done quickly. Check out pics! Wow. Just an overall terrific experience to make up for an initial bad experience: my car was…read morevandalized and had the back window smashed. I requested a quote and heard back very quickly. He arrived within just a few hours...and realized I'd given some poor details and he'd brought the wrong glass with him. He the proceeded to drive from the valley to downtown (!!) to get the correct glass, came back a couple hours later, and had the whole thing fixed within 30 minutes including sweeping up all the broken glass around the vehicle. If I need glass replaced on my car again, I know who I'm calling. Highly recommend!
