I was freaked out after I shattered the lift gate glass on my 2 day old SUV. A panel of glass with internal antenna wires on my Honda Pilot shattered. I called around to various glass repair companies and either none that I called had the part or could not schedule the glass replacement until the following week. I also called the dealer who said they contract the work out - they did give me the price for the glass and it was over $500 for the glass alone. This company was hands down awesome! Julio responded to my text right away. His was also the lowest quote and he could come to me the very next morning. I had contacted him at the end of the day, and he made an effort to get the glass delivered from the supplier in San Diego to Los Angeles by our 11am appointment time the next morning. Actually, the appointment time was a window from 11 to 2, and he was to my place right at 11am. I had forgotten to mention to him that I had a chip in my windshield I also wanted to repair and he and his co-worker, Raul had the windshield repaired and the shattered glass replaced and cleaned up within an half hour. (One of the places I had called required me to make separate appointments for each.) It turns out that the glass Julio got from the supplier was an actual Honda part.
