There is no formal check in desk, but a tiny check in area next to the bar, which was also pretty impressive for a small property. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. This hotel has all the basics- clean rooms, small gym, a nice bar, pool table, small lobby/seating spot and snack area, onsite parking, and is fairly centrally located to all the fun stuff to do in town. There is no pool here, so keep that in mind if you need that for kids. The rooms were modern and very clean, a bit small even for a room with two beds. This didn't bother us since we were not in our room much, and there were just two people staying in our room. I would ask about any other larger room accommodations if you are a family staying here. I do also agree with another reviewer here--the fact that the mattresses are on a flat platform makes them move around a bit. It was weird to do something simple, like sitting on the edge of your bed to tie your shoes without the mattress shifting around. Also there is no closet, but a multi-hooked coat rack with hangers to store your clothing. Only bummer about our particular room was that our Keurig didn't work. There was plenty of fresh made to order coffee in small lobby area though, so again, not a major issue. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I loved the fact that even though it is located right on Route 66, and across from a Safeway market, the room was quiet and we had little to no noise from the road. Our room rate was also very reasonable considering the rates we saw for other older properties nearby. A very pleasant find for the price.

From the moment you walk in, you can feel the care, character, and attention to detail in every corner. The owners are incredible, the customer service is top-tier, and even the little touches (like the note left on the bed) made it feel personal and unforgettable. Yes -- it's the oldest hotel in Arizona... but it is by far better than any chain hotel I've ever stayed in. This boutique hotel has class, charm, and a personality you simply can't manufacture. And if you love a little mystery, you'll appreciate that some rooms are rumored to be haunted -- which honestly made it even more fun. It's nestled in a beautiful little town where everyone is welcoming, and it's just a train ride away from the Grand Canyon. Private parking, a stunning ballroom, and rooms that each have their own unique vibe and flair -- this place is special. My room was cozy, loft-style, and spacious, with one queen bed, three twins, and two bathrooms. This is absolutely the way to travel. Highly recommend.

Everyone we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. One of our favorite touches was the shared space with board games, it felt refreshing and encouraged quality time together as a family. The whole place is beautifully designed, with a cozy "back to the basics" feel that really lets you slow down and enjoy the moment. Our room did not have a TV, which we were informed of ahead of time, and it wasn't an issue at all since we don't typically watch TV while on vacation anyway. The secure code access to enter and exit the hotel made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing, thoughtful, and memorable experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice, fairly new hotel. Indoor pool and spa, but on the smaller side. Free breakfast, which we didn't partake because we were checking out, but it looked and smelled good! Loved how they had a welcome message on the television screen upon entering the room. The rooms were nice--very spacious and clean. Loved having the ice machine close to our room. It was mostly quiet, but we did have some people on our floor that were a bit noisy in the halls periodically. Overall a pleasant stay and I'd choose to stay here if ever in Williams again!

Reasonable and comfortable place to stay with young kids for Grand Canyon trip…read more The morning breakfast buffet had something for everyone. Parents appreciated choice of light and dark roast coffee, make your own waffle, oatmeal station, rotating sausage and bacon, and premade omelettes. The kids loved the juice, muffins and lucky charms cereal. There was easy and flexible seating. Everything was well stocked at breakfast and clean. The kids and adults also enjoyed the small pool (4.5 feet) and hot tub but they were closed due to pH issues our second night. Plenty of pool towels. This hotel clearly made to be convenient from families as includes a small store with chips, drinks and microwave burritos and mac and cheese. We got some deli meat, cheese and fruit from nearby Safeway one night, and we enjoyed early bird specials (4 to 6 pm) and kids' menu at Red Raven the second night.
