Our rooms were ready about an hour before the 4pm check in- woo hoo!! Staff has always been friendly. Coffee, hot water, and infused water w/ lemon & cucumbers are available at reception area 24/7. The lobby/ dining area is spacious enough for you to chill at if you're waiting for your room to be ready. Our mattress & pillows are what heaven is made of. Didn't wanna wake up, at all! Loved the cushioned chair and mini dinner tray in the room. I've come to terms thru the years of traveling... I can no longer have just a bed and plop myself sitting up right in it to watch tv or enjoy a drink and perhaps a beverage. I need an actual chair with comfort. And Hampton Inn always provides that simple luxury. Pool & hot tub are indoors. And the hot tub is another main reason we booked this property. (Open from 8am-10pm). The hot tub did not disappoint. It's very warm, by the way. Thank goodness for the pool towels available. Make sure to wear slippers, as the pool deck can get slippery when wet.
