Disregard negative reviews, Jim stands by their work here at Auto Image. I got my Land Rover LR4 done over here and they made it look brand new. I'm very picky and detailed and I did notice very minor things, but as understanding as I am they do have a lot of work. I have utilized Auto Image in Norman on 35th Ave. to wash and hand wax my 2019 Miata and I am very pleased with their work. former employee but most of the shop workers sit around all day without pay. mike miller the general manager completely disrespects the employees and management. also side note he has a deep freezer in the back in the parking lot behind a trailer with a dead deer carcus along with a possum stewing away in it. highly don't recommend working here. -former employee of 2&1/2 years.(ps don't have video of the deer cause it's gross and i didn't wanna see it but it's real trust me.) read more

This place is literally horrible. I dropped off two vehicles this week - my brother's big Ford F-150 and my personal car. I picked up the first one and delivered it to my brother whom I had told this was a good detail company, but the truck showed back up super dirty with stains still on the seats - mind you this is a brand new truck which was already pretty clean. I decided to give the company another chance since I live up the street, so I dropped off my personal car at 8AM a few days later. They had my car for a full 24 hours, and they called me the next day to let me know that my car was ready. I ubered over to their shop, only to find that my car still literally filthy with dirt and grime caked in the AC vents, on the car seats, in the crevices in between the seats, etc. When I pointed out the issues, they told me it would take another several hours to get the car actually cleaned, causing me to then have to take another uber back to my apartment. Personally, the issues that they needed to resolve would have taken me about 10 minutes to fix, so it's clear that they don't care about their customers and they obviously don't care about the quality of work they are doing. I would not recommend at all going to this place, and somehow the cost of cleaning in a massive diesel truck is the same cost of cleaning a small sedan - makes no sense to me; I wouldn't waste your money at this place. Now I'm having to Uber back to my apartment and will have to Uber back to this shop to get my car hours later - huge waste of my time as well as money on Ubers going back and forth. If this was my business, I would have personally grabbed a rag and fixed the mistakes on the spot to make sure my customer knew they were cared for. read more

This was after my post, I called in and talked to the manager, he said he would talk to the owner about my case, and call me back. He said they would probably have me come in and fix what was wrong if not give me a refund. I agreed . And again waited over 2 weeks for them to call me, so I called them. Once I did the guy who I spoke to basically told me the owner said they cant do anything for me and I'm screwed. So they took my money, did a very poor job not once but twice, the proceed to tell me I'm on my own and I'm screwed. What kind of business does that? very poor management and I have every right to call this business thiefs. If you want custom work done to your car go somewhere else. Theyll steal your money here for poor quality work. Then say you're on your own. Just sharing my experience here. I first went there when rob was around he did a fantastic job on my lighting, so I came back and he wasnt there anymore. Instead someone named Noah took his place. They didnt let me dont before so I went ahead and set up an appointment , I came in to get some under glow LED strips installed and wired to the battery as well as a dash cam. Came in got it installed but the dash cam did not charge or work. it wasnt installed properly. The lights were fine but they started peeling off, I had to wait about a week before I could be seen again, then I came in with parts the guy had me get to install the rear cam because he cut the wires out , so I come in to install the rear cam and to fix the other things . Well, when I leave the dash cam is charging and everything seems to be working fine till I get home later that night and notice the rear dash cam does not work, again something was installed incorrectly. So many inconsistencies, so I try to get ahold of Noah for about a week and get ghosted, then I call their place of business and Noah answers, he tells me he'll let his manager know to call me, Nothing. then I call again a couple days later and try to get ahold of a manager or someone in charge yet again, Noah answers again and tells me he'll let him know again. It's been one thing after another and since the installation wasnt right not once but twice. I felt like I was entitled for a refund on the rear dash cam . It's been about another week now and no one has called me back or gotten back to me . Its ridiculous. Now I'm upset and I'll seem like I'm in the wrong when I believe I'm not . Having to go back and forth back and forth because things werent correctly installed and I'm having to wait on them to get back to me ? Its ridiculous. read more

The Auto detailing was perfect. My wife's 03 T-bird is in great condition but needed a little extra cleaning not usually provided by the express shop's. The guys at Auto Image did an amazing job and when she smile's.. It makes me smile.. Thanks read more
