If I could give Acura of Marin more than five stars, I absolutely would! My recent experience purchasing a 2025 CPO Acura RDX (black on black base model) was nothing short of phenomenal, entirely thanks to Christine Brown and Jean-Pierre Kabbara. Christine was incredibly personable and easy to relate to right from the start. Our test drive felt more like catching up with a friend than a typical dealership experience. We spent the time talking about our lives, sharing career experiences, and discussing great approaches to living. With her background in engineering and mine in IT, we immediately found a lot of common ground. We ended our time with a genuinely fond farewell and a warm invitation to return. Behind the scenes, Jean-Pierre completely bent over backwards to make this deal happen. I was looking for a very specific car that wasn't even on their lot or listed on their website. Not only did he manage to track down the exact model I asked for, but he also secured the absolute best price for it. When it came time for the paperwork, he made sure I was in and out quickly while ensuring I had a full, transparent understanding of exactly what I was paying for. Not many people can pull all of that off so seamlessly. Acura of Marin delivers outstanding performance, and Christine and Jean-Pierre are just all-around great people. I already know exactly where I am going when it's time to buy the real car of my dreams: a brand new, fully loaded black on black Acura Integra Type S. We felt comfortable dealing with Patty and appreciated the honesty on the critical items needed. We drove from the East Bay to get here so it was quite a hike but I am glad we did because it was all worth it. The sales person that helped us out was named Edmond. He was great and very honest. Definitely ask for Edmond if you plan to come here to shop for a car or any preowned cars they have here on the lot. He has worked there for 10 years and can help you sealed the deal smoothly. The VW preowned GTI we got from here was the best looking used car we've seen by far (and we have gone to many, many dealerships already) and it was practically in perfect condition, both interior and exterior. Flawless. No body damage. It had all the complete service records as well so we were rest assured to purchase the used car here knowing that. Marin Acura took good care of the car, washed it and made sure it was all cleaned inside and sanitized before we left the lot with it. When we found a windshield crack unexpectedly, they reassured us that they will help take care of it for us and they definitely kept their promise. Highly recommend coming here to shop for a car. Tried to purchase a used car online but there are very old school. They have pushy sales people that want to get you into the store in person so They can waste hours of your time. With so many other dealers offering a full online service and even delivery to your door. Not sure how they will stay competitive. Secondly, they demanded i do the online credit app so they can run my credit even though i asked them Not to run it unless they can hold the car for me. I even offered to put a deposit down but they said that they don't operate that way. Lastly, their pricing is not competitive. Tried to negotiate but they held firm on their ask. Given the fact it was a non-acura car and was missing some items that i would have to pay out of pocket for. All in all, i would not recommend this dealer. Try carvana, shift, carmax, vroom or any other brick and mortar dealer that operates in the 21st century and is all about customer service and not about their own margins read more
