Also had a 15% off coupon that was never applied and turned up missing. So I took it upon myself to locate a new replacement part which I ordered from a Chevrolet dealership in Texas and was shipped from a warehouse in Lansing Michigan. Installed it in 25 minutes. This dealership doesn't operate the way it did when Dick Norris was in charge. Doubt I'll be back or offer a recommendation to anyone.
