Come to find out, a tire speed sensor line had been cut. When I brought this to their attention, they completely denied any responsibility, despite the fact that none of these issues existed prior to their service. Months later, I took my car to a different, more trusted dealership to have my front brakes done, and they discovered that the original repair shop had also removed my wheel lock key (which had just been replaced and paid for), leaving me without it--and again, no accountability. Bottom line: this place will do the work, cause additional issues, and then wash their hands of it. You'll be left frustrated, out of money, and forced to pay even more elsewhere to fix what they caused. Save yourself the headache--go somewhere reputable that stands by their work.

The car did not move and set stranded from Friday, March 6 Saturday, March 7 Sunday, March 8 Sunday night paid $100 to have the car towed to a auto shop where they begin repairs that Monday. The car was in the shop throughout this whole time up until now today March 23 have paid $700 to the mechanic where the car has been since I received it and still not able to drive the vehicle. The vehicle had to be flushed with several other issues overheating sensor temperatures, head gasket and several other issues the mechanic says he is not sure how much the repairs will be. I have not made it to the DMV to receive my registration for this vehicle. I have not even received my title. I've only had the vehicle for all 14 days and I have never drove the vehicle but off the lot when I contacted Settle auto to bring the vehicle back. I was told that the vehicle cannot be repaired there as they do not do any repairs and I purchased it in cash. I am looking for a full refund at this point as well as a refund for the money that I spent towards repairs for a vehicle that I will not be driving anytime soon. This has caused a huge amount of distress on my family due to the fact that my children are car riders have not been able to get to school properly.
