In the mean time, he got the money and closed the account at the bank. Thats why the NEW routing number was to a different bank. I'm screwed out of $29,300 and he totally couldn't care. I have replaced virtually everything in the front undercarriage including suspension brakes. The gas tank grommet mysteriously started leaking the first time I filled it with gas. That's not the worst part, though. I had to have the head gaskets machined. If you've never had this done, consider yourself lucky. Also replace the air intake and MAF. Long story short, I have over $3,000 invested in a car that is worth $1900 trade in. Yep, I bought a POS. And I'm still paying for it.

I found the truck I liked on a google search and one of the choices was Preferred Auto. Their truck was my second choice but stopped there first to check on one unit. Toyota Tundra pickup truck. Alex met us outside, but I was ready for his used car lot tactics. He was super nice, but I knew he was up to something. I told him I want to take the truck for a drive and he immediately agreed? Let me grab a plate... Ok, this guy was up to something. Heh heh, can't fool this old timer. We took the truck for a couple of hours, ran it by my mechanic. Advice from mechanic: Great truck, good price, go for it. Back to the lot... Alex met us and Jake the sales manager and then, holy shit, Jay the owner pops in! He's the dude you see on The Preferred Auto TV commercials. It was funny. Jake is his son. I made my offer, they counter offered with a vey fair price and we all shook hands. As it turned out also, my wife Lisa, knew Jay from high school, so that added another hour of shooting the breeze. I know this is my longest review. The buying experience at this car lot was so honest and upfront just super impressed me. Alex was great and thoughtful. Trust me, this is a great group of people selling cars! My brother ever since he was little has had problems where he needed to go to the hospital. He has a brain tumor, benign, he has had mold literally just an inch inbetween his heart. And now August 8th he had his left hip finally done for his complete hip reconstruction surgery. Which causes him to be in a lot of pain and a lot of restrictions. He can't cross his legs, can't put weight on it, can't freely move it must be laid out straight. My mom had explained this to Cody Coyer which I believe is the owner of Coyote Auto and he sold her a van with a history of transmission problems. Now I don't know much about cars or the vocab all I know is that my brother had been discharged the 9th, yesterday, and they should've been home at least around 9 pm. But they didn't get home until after MIDNIGHT because the van had broke down, anti freeze came out, like I said don't know much about cars but it overheated and they were stranded on a highway. To the point she had to call 911 to get assistance and the sheriff bless his soul who came out was suppose to clock out at 10 but only stayed because of my brothers condition of just being released from the hospital from a very severe surgery. The sheriff got a tow truck for them and had another officer come out for help. The tow truck guy ( absolutely BLESS HIS SOUL ) and these two officers had to lift my brother up into this big truck off from ground and he was in sooo much pain. But Coyote Auto does not HONOR the lemon law or care that the owner CODY COYER had put my brother in SO MUCH PAIN AND MISERY AFTER JUST HAVING SURGERY DONE! DO NOT GO TO COYOTE AUTO IN FORT WAYNE INDIANA AND LET THIS CODY COYER GUY SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. He was EXPLAINED WHY SHE NEEDED THIS VAN. That van was perfect for him to just lay back and relax but no. It took so much struggle just to get him home. I had called them today and spoke with CODY who said he does not honor the lemon law and that he can't refund or nothing. I told him you will have this conscious on your mind and we will make reviews. My brother did not deserve to suffer because my mom was sold a UNRELIABLE piece of garbage! And side note my boyfriend was there with my mom to get this van and Cody had said the van ran great and there was NOTHING WRONG WITH. Like NEW. Took the van to Auto Parts in town and they found a list of history of transmission problems but Cody didn't see that apparently. So yes they did their research before purchasing this van. Unfortunately they were lied to and taken advantage of BY CODY COYER.

First off i bought a 2006 Dodge Ram on Oct. 19 2017 On the 20th I took it back to the dealer and to their credit they replaced the rear end which had basically locked up, the water pump which was so bad it wiggled(bad bearing)and fixed the tailgate which didn't open Congrats for decent service after the sale.They did give me a loaner which broke down and then brought me a second loaner which I drove for two weeks. On which they had to bring me a real dealer plate after the cops threatened to impound it cause they put a copy of a dealer plate in the back window lol. So much for quality cars that have been inspected by a mechanic. Seeing how while sitting for 3 hours a couple times in the last month roll directly from an auction to the lot and get sold quickly. So now we get to the problem I have. Initially the offer was 1200 down payments around 450 a month I wanted a little less down so I gave them 900 down and my 2001 Subaru and thought I got 435 a month payments for 36 months. Yesterday i get my payment book and its 51 months. That's another 7000 dollars. Even though the salesman Jason insisted that it was only 36 months. Me and the wife were both exhausted at 7pm after work and being there 3 hours. So when he came back said 435 36 months we didnt even read it just signed it. I looked at it today it said 51 months. Guess that's on me according to them for not reading before I signed it. According to state law you are supposed to get a truth in lending statement. We got zero paperwork when we left just a paper plate and a loan payment coupon to make our first payment. Everything else even title work done electronically. So after they read my review which I took down they offered a solution today. I turn back in the truck, they get my first payment I just made back for me and my 900 dollar down payment. Then he charges me 25 dollars a day for rental. And I am out anything for my Subaru which they gave me 2000 trade in for. so out of a car and I owe them basically 750 for a rental. Oh and when my credit score hits 659 to 700 he will refinance it at a lower rate. Had he offered to rewrite the loan back to the way it was at first and I pay 300 more down and get my car back or equivalent of cash. I wouldn't even be writing be writing this Post. Selling so many cars they are opening a new store in Bluffton Next to the Liquor Store on Highway1. At least you are close enough to get a drink because you may want it before and after the sale.
