I've serviced my car (s) there, I've rented cars there ( Dave Renner is The Man!! ) and I will end…read moreup buying a Toyota there soon. They've always treated me well at Evans and the team is made up of Good People. I'd certainly recommend friends and family pay them a visit for any of their car needs. Added bonus... Doug Morris has been my insurance agent with Evans Insurance Network for the last year and he called me one day just to tell me he could save me fifty bucks a month by simply switching me to another one of their insurance carriers. How cool is that? I don't have to make the calls to various insurance companies - Doug Morris does it for me!! I'm telling you, there is no better Insurance agent. I saved a hell of a lot more than 15%, more than double that actually. Evans Toyota is a class act organization. I've read some of these reviews on here and it shocks me... Sometimes the only reviews a place gets on this Yelp are negative and in this case, the company services a hundred people every day for a reason - Good People = Good Service. Check into this place for your next car service, rental, purchase, tires, parts - even your auto insurance and you'll be most happy you did.

My roommate has been staying out in Fort Wayne In she was looking for a Toyota dealer to do oil…read morechanges on her car when she found this dealership. In the beginning they were good to the point she purchased a extended maintance program. She took her car in the beginning of June before she drove out to Ca. She wanted then to check her fluids, filters, and oil change. When she got to Ca she asked if I would take her car for a drive since it didn't feel right. The car vibrated all over the place I took it to our local tire store for them to check the tires out. They found that almost all the weights on the tires were gone. I checked the fluids which were all low I checked the air filter and noticed a K&N filter I placed in her car before she left to go back there was not there also the cabin filter was very dirty. When she returned she had to get another oil change and told the service guy what took place in Ca. Telling him about the tires which he's response was I don't believe that happened. Ummm excuse it did I was standing there when they took the tires off and there was no weights. Also meantioned regarding the 80.00 K&N filter which was brand new and there a sticker on the box not to remove it. Nothing didn't say a word not offered to reimburse the money lost with what they took out and I had to repurchase for her. Then You get to the cabin filter which was black and covered in leaves leaves from the house she is staying at. After she told me what took place when she got back getting it serviced I wanted to file a complaint regarding all these issues. I have called no call back went on line and filed a complaint NOTHING. So now since shel be back there for a little longer she is looking for a new mechanic to wrk on her car. Since this place dropped the ball and practically called her a lier.

A few months later the diagnostic came up at the issue had resurfaced so I drove it back to them. When the mechanic checked it out the salesman came and told me the motor was blown and that there was 0 trade in for the car they were going to put me in. (If the motor was blown how did I drive it there? They decide to put me in a 2017 Nissan Maxima with a cost of $23, 000.00 had it a little over a month and having throttle body issues with it already. To shorten the story a little bit, there was no straightforward communication they did not make it right for me BUT MUCH WORSE! Instead of thinking they made it right I now have two open loans for both cars and live on a fixed income of $1,000 a month at 60 yrs old. Hopefully after they damage my credit they will find it almost impossible to finance anyone. Was my very first and last experience with a dealership!!! Big City motors is out to sell problem vehicles and do not care one bit about their customers!!! WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

I purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid on Saturday, 10/28 after having a FANTASTIC sales experience…read more I first looked at the car on Tuesday 10/24 with my Dad and had to work back and forth with Dylan regarding financing over the course of the week due to some credit issues I ran into. He was very patient and helped me through the whole process and eventually got me approved with a co-signer. We finalized the paperwork on Saturday and I drove off. On Sunday, 10/29 my check engine light came on. I had the code read by AutoZone indicating the EVAP valve/canister was bad. I was obviously not thrilled as I had had the car in my possession for 24 hours at that point. I did purchase the vehicle used, as-is and with no warranty, however I felt that given the terrible timing of the situation and the (likely) minor cost to repair it, that Best Deal would take care of me. I called on Monday, 10/30 to discuss with Dylan. I was told at first that situations like these were why they push the warrantee so hard. I agreed with him and confirmed that I understood but having a problem within 1 day of owning the car was ridiculous. They agreed to perform the diagnosis for free, but that I would need to pay for the repair. Very fair, however I got a new car to try and not have issues with it for a while, considering my previous vehicle was quite literally falling apart and in need of multiple repairs. After scheduling the appointment with the service center, I called back and spoke with another gentleman as I found out that the warrantee could be cancelled after 3 months if desired, which I was not informed of at the time of purchase. Had I known that, I would have purchased it with the warrantee to protect myself for at least the first 90 days. They have very kindly agreed to allow me to re-sign the paperwork with the warrantee included and take care of this repair for me. THIS is how to do business. I could not be more appreciative and to me, this demonstrates their integrity and willingness to make a customer happy. I am due to take the car in tomorrow and get the paperwork re-signed, at this time I have the utmost confidence that they will honor their agreement with me. Please give Best Deal a look if you are looking for a used car - but word to the wise - go ahead and get the warrantee!

Bought an Audi from the Warsaw location. Vehicle appeared fine. I was told they replaced some…read moreequipment related to the turbo. I drove it before buying it. I checked underneath for leaks and no leaks. Well, a few days after I bought the vehicle, I noticed oil on the ground. I took it to my mechanic, and he said there are 3 leaks and the cost would be over $1600. He said that someone knew about the leaks because there was a dye on the engine that is used to find leaks. He said they probably could not or did not want to find the leak and let it go. I am not saying it was the dealer, all I am saying is to be aware. My mechanic said that it is possible that whoever knew about this, "rigged" it so it would be okay for a short time and then the problem would show. Unfortunately, I feel like I got screwed on this deal. Beware, is all I have to say.
