Update we just went back to this place thinking maybe since time had passed maybe they would have gotten better. The sales person tried to make me pay $6200 for tax title license and dealer doc fee on a vehicle they said was $45k when we walked the lot. The sales guy was bald and wearing a purple shirt today - can't remember his name but I've never been lied to like this so I felt compelled to share here. Based on my calculation, that was inflated by at least $1500. What a scam.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. This dealership does not honor the prices they quote and the customer service is extremely unprofessional. On Monday, salesperson Xavier gave us an out-the-door price for a used vehicle (their number, not ours). We even have the screenshot. We weren't sure about the price at the time He told us to let him know if we changed our mind. Less than 12 hours later, after we got our pre-approval, we contacted them Tuesday morning for the purchase order to move forward with the sale. Suddenly another sales agent tells us the price went up and his manager Chris says they can't honor the price they gave us the day before. If we still wanted the vehicle, we had to pay $4,000 more.According to them the General manager raised the price & couldn't go back to the price they had offered us 12 hours ago. Even worse, manager Chris never spoke to us directly we requested to speak to him multiple times & call was just forwarded to Sales man Xavier & sales manager never took our call or called us back. This was a complete waste of our time and felt like a BAIT-AND-SWITCH TATIC.No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

    Mini cooper

We purchased a sweet little mini cooper yesterday and had a great experience at Surprise Ford. Our Sales person, Lavi Barrs was very friendly and not pushing. You could tell she was there to help us get what we wanted. Lavi stepped up and involved manager George Lopez whom was also very kind and helpful. We then met with the finance manager Juan Marceleno and we were very happy with the outcome. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. After just 2.5 hrs we were on our way home with the car and terms we were looking for. Thank you all, Sandy and Larry Brown.

The tow truck driver was able to get my car started, so I drove it down to the dealership. When I arrived, Kevin assured me they could look at it right away. That night I researched the cost and with the discount it was at the high end of "normal" cost, so I brought the truck back to have the valves adjusted. When they began the work Will called and stated some plastic retainers on the valve train should be replaced at a cost of $645. I asked if that meant that was instead of the original $537. He stated that it was in addition to the $537. I discussed it in depth with him and he insisted that it was all extra work. I paid the bill and picked up the truck and It all seemed fine, EXCEPT I researched the work on AI and found out that the additional $645 included a valve adjustment so they were double charging me the $537. I went back to the dealership and showed Will what he had had done. He conferred with someone in management and wrote a check to me for the $537. I have taken my truck there for almost 10 years and only caution you not to trust them.

We purchased a new 2026 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Limited from Ken Garff Hyundai, and unfortunately…read morethe post-sale experience has been far more difficult than it should have been. I want to start by saying our salesperson, Kyle, has been excellent. He has been responsive, proactive, and has consistently done everything within his ability to help us. Our frustration is not with him. He has been the one person throughout this process who has repeatedly taken ownership. The vehicle was reserved July 22, 2026 with a $500 deposit and purchased July 23. During finance on July 23, we were told the $500 reservation deposit should be refunded within approximately 3-5 business days. My understanding is that finance signings are recorded by video and audio, so the dealership should have its own record of that representation. We left around 7:00 PM July 23 and returned July 24 at approximately 5:30 PM to report issues with the door edge guards/PPF and window tint. We understood service was closed, but returned within 24 hours so the issues would be documented promptly. The door protection had dirty spots and areas not adhering correctly. We also reported tint deficiencies involving the passenger-front window and rear windshield. The passenger-front tint has a bubble that makes noise when the window is rolled up, and the rear windshield has prominent marks that remain despite cleaning both sides. We were told a service advisor would contact us. No one did. We returned August 14 and raised the same concerns. Again, we were told someone from service would contact us. No one did. On August 19, after more calls, service told us we needed to work through sales to schedule the appointment. Kyle personally walked over to service and got the appointment confirmed. We have also dealt with an ongoing BlueLink issue since purchase. Kyle has repeatedly tried to help, but his ability to fully resolve it has been limited by what he can control from his position. The $500 reservation refund has been even more frustrating. July 30: I called for an update and was told a sales manager would contact me. No one did. July 31: I followed up and was told to allow more time for the mailed check. August 3: I spoke with Billy, who tried to assist and told me to reference his name if the issue continued. August 7: Billy gave me his number, confirmed the mailing address, and offered to stop payment and have a replacement ready August 11. I remained optimistic the original might arrive and agreed to wait a couple more days. August 11: I contacted Billy and learned he was on vacation until August 13 and would handle it upon return. August 14: I learned Billy was no longer employed there. My fiancée contacted the dealership, arranged a stop payment, and we began working with Sammy, the General Sales Manager. We were told the replacement $500 check would be ready for pickup August 18. August 18: We went to the dealership based on that assurance and left without the check. That evening, I emailed the General Manager with a detailed summary of the refund and vehicle concerns. As of August 24, I have not received a response. August 19: I spoke directly with Sammy. He said the check might be locked in the business office, but the office had closed and he could not confirm whether it was there. During the same conversation, he stated he had only requested the check be reissued and had not specifically said it would be ready August 18. That is inconsistent with what we had been told and is why we made the trip the day before. August 21: My fiancée spoke with Alex. She was told the dealership still did not have the check, expected it the following week, and Alex did not know whether the business office had even received the request. We are now more than a month removed from the reservation, well beyond the 3-5 business-day timeframe we were given, and the dealership still cannot provide or clearly account for a $500 refund it acknowledges is owed. The biggest issue is not just the delay. It is the repeated missed callbacks, conflicting explanations, shifting expectations, and time spent chasing basic follow-through after purchasing a brand-new vehicle. Before posting this review, we repeatedly tried to resolve these concerns directly with dealership staff and management, including emailing the General Manager on August 18, and still received no response. Kyle deserves recognition for his effort. He has been the bright spot in an otherwise frustrating post-sale experience. We are asking Ken Garff Hyundai to provide the $500 refund it has acknowledged is owed, follow through on the outstanding vehicle concerns, and provide clear and consistent communication.

Before you do business here please read!!!! I purchased my…read more2025 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Limited brand new on June 21, 2025. Just 6 days later, with only 340 miles, I brought it to Ken Garff Hyundai because of multiple safety warnings, speed restrictions, an overheating front camera, and a water leak. The dealership documented the overheating camera and code C2A274B, indicating the ADAS sensor temperature was out of range. Since then, I've had multiple visits and the front camera was eventually replaced, but the same issue continued. Most recently, my vehicle was at the dealership from July 16 through August 25, 2026 -- approximately 40 days. It went in with 16,296 miles and came back with 17,047 miles, meaning 751 miles were added. The dealership stated that more than 740 of those miles were test-driven while trying to reproduce the issue. They also documented the camera reaching 122°F during testing. Despite the extended stay, testing, and mileage, the final paperwork stated "NO REPAIRS PERFORMED AT THIS TIME." I ultimately picked up my vehicle on August 25 because I became uncomfortable with the amount of mileage being added and how my vehicle was being driven while in the dealership's possession. I have documentation showing the vehicle being driven at 65 MPH in a posted 45 MPH residential area. I raised this concern with the dealership and was told they would speak with the employee involved. My biggest frustration is that this problem started when the car had only 340 miles, just six days after I purchased it new, and I'm still dealing with the same safety/ADAS concerns more than a year later. I understand that dealerships have diagnostic procedures to follow, but after multiple visits, parts replacement, extended stays, and hundreds of test-drive miles, I expected a much better resolution. I have kept all of the work orders, diagnostic information, mileage records, photographs, and communications related to this situation. I'm continuing to work with Hyundai to get this resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Ken Garff Hyundai.
