Been using them over 10 years and 4 cars. Great for all work involving car maintenance. Very fair pricing.

I had been putting off getting my oil changed because it cost so much at the Acura dealership…read more Since it's a new car, I generally like to have it serviced by the dealer. That said, I realized last week that it's no longer under warranty, so I didn't need to take it to the dealer. So, I took it where I used to take my old truck for oil changes after it went out of warranty. Little has changed. When I pulled up, I was met by Salvador. He was detailed, thorough and very professional. Everything he told me or explained to me was well polished and practiced. That said, it didn't feel disingenuous. When he walked me through checking my indicators, he was very clear and concise. But, he was also very polished. It's clear he does it a lot AND practices. The next employee that worked with me was Meily and she was every bit as professional and polite as Salvador. With each item she went through with me, she was really good at the presentation and word choice. Even when she told me they couldn't change my air filter (they didn't have one in stock), she did it professionally. She even offered for them to order one and have me come back for a quick installation. Lastly, the whole team worked in tandem to service my car in what appeared to be a choreographed performance. It's a garage, so to speak, so I know it wasn't. But, it sure looked like it was. In all, it took 20 minutes to get my oil changed...so, yeah...it was a Jiffy Lube!!! Now that my Acura is out of warranty, I will use these folks going forward for my service upkeep needs. You should check them out as well!!!

When I got there, the staff checked my coolant level and told me it was completely fine and did not need any added coolant at all. That honestly made me question whether I could trust the recommendations I was given in the first place. If they weren't truthful about the coolant, how do I know the oil change was even done properly? Really disappointing experience and it felt like an unnecessary upsell attempt.

If you want the best for your car, Auto Logic in San Bruno is the way to go…read more For a lot of people like me, it's the ONLY way. Me? Repeat customer for life. The deets: I have a 1999 NB Mazda Miata with a rebuilt engine, but your mileage may vary. Let me start off this review by saying, good "Mom and Pop" mechanics and support staff are hard to find. To wit: PR Motorsports in Hayward closed a few years ago because the main and only mechanic had "an offer he couldn't refuse." When Mr. Mazda changed owners due to unforseen circumstances, well, I'll stop short there. What Auto Logic delivers is a world-class auto experience in every category: Customer Service, Communication, Attention to Detail, Value, Service and All-Around "Good Karma" vibe. My auto service need was fixing a leaky engine (from the aforementioned rebuild) that was LONG overdue. After an initial assesment, the estimate was up to a 2-day job and co$t wise, ended just being a little "teensy weensy" over the initial estimate price. I didn't care, because the constant calls to my cell phone regarding updates eased my concern. Timewise, the job took just a little over one day. That's it really. Only to say that I forgot how beautiful the drive is on H280 to and from my locale in the South Bay.

If they're not busy they usually will be able to fit you in same day. 2. Replaced 4 brake rotor and pads. Explanation on why all 4 needed replacement was helpful. Luckily they weren't too busy so was able to drop off car around 9:30 and pick up around 4pm. Ken was really helpful and worked with me on the best solution for my fix. He also gave me a few pointers on things to look out for in the future, which I appreciated. Overall, pricing was reasonable and service was supreme. Check out this spot if you're in need of a local mechanic!

Within his first response, he not only quoted me for service but also gave me options for which part to buy, and later added that I could buy the parts myself to save money. He was super accommodating when it came to scheduling and traveling to work on my car while I was at work, and was done well within a couple hours. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. Going to him also saved me well over $1200 compared to going for a repair at the dealership. Would highly recommend and would reach out again if I needed any other repairs, auto, home, or otherwise!

Roland referred me to a place to get a full CVT replacement for my 2015 Honda Civic. Price was beyond reasonable. Roland then met up with me to do maintenance for the rest of the car and now it runs like new! What sets Roland apart from everyone else is two things: 1. He's a mobile mechanic; if you got an emergency or need flexibility on location, he's your guy. He comes out to you. 2. He has YOU buy the parts, so money saved not being upcharged by the dealer/shops. You tell him the issue, he tells you what you need to get (including links to Amazon, rockauto, etc), and agree on the labor price I recommend his services to anyone that wants the flexibility and to go with someone knowledgeable/honest. He's also a funny guy
