I came in the first time to request a quote and was impressed by the low price and their unhesitating willingness to explain the repair process. To be specific, my 2006 Ford Escape had a cracked windshield wiper fluid reservoir and a loose hand brake. I asked to bring in a generic replacement reservoir ordered from the internet and they happily obliged, noting that they only accept generic parts that don't affect driver safety. Good! Was quoted $80 to install the reservoir and $50 to adjust the hand brake, and that's exactly what they charged me when I brought the vehicle in 5 days later. Turns out they also inspected my brakes (all good) and rotated my tires at no charge. Bonus! The repairs were made in two hours and I'm very pleased with the results.

All they did was mount the TPMS sensor and the tires and put them straight onto the truck. Provided are the pictures that I took of the leak and the wheels showing no wheel weights at all. Now I have to redo them and buy all new four valvestems and spend double the money to get them rebalanced and mounted again.

Roland referred me to a place to get a full CVT replacement for my 2015 Honda Civic. Price was beyond reasonable. Roland then met up with me to do maintenance for the rest of the car and now it runs like new! What sets Roland apart from everyone else is two things: 1. He's a mobile mechanic; if you got an emergency or need flexibility on location, he's your guy. He comes out to you. 2. He has YOU buy the parts, so money saved not being upcharged by the dealer/shops. My whole family has been coming to them for oil changes and other problems with our cars. They are very honest on whether you need the service or not and do not try to sell you what you don't need. My most recent visit was after I dropped a key into my gear shift area and they took care of it very speedily and didn't even charge me for it.
