This review is specifically for the service department…read more I've been coming here for quite some time, and working with Miguel has truly made all the difference. Out of all the service advisors I've encountered across Mercedes-Benz dealerships, he stands out as the most honest, detail-oriented, and consistent. He takes the time to answer every question thoroughly and keeps me updated throughout the entire process--which, in my experience, is not always the standard elsewhere. That level of transparency and communication is something I really value. The rest of the team is equally professional and welcoming! It's clear the department is well run. Car service is never something you look forward to, but Miguel makes it as seamless and stress-free as possible--which says a lot.

I have never been so disappointed or disgusted with a dealership…read more First off let me say I am a young-ish tattooed male and I like wearing tank tops. I understand I don't look like the regular customer there but that shouldn't matter. I couldn't get one salesman to help me, not a single one. I shouldn't have to show them photos of my house or my 4 other cars to be taken seriously. Years ago my grandfather (Ignacio Bruno) showed up after work in his uniform to buy a car for grandma. They laughed at him and asked what he possibly wanted (referring to his dirty uniform, ignorant to the fact he owned the company he had patched on his shoulders.) He laughed and walked across the lot to the Jaguar dealership and bought TWO cars cash on the spot (gramps only dealt in $100s). He and my dad drove them to the HOI and told the salesmen they should have taken him seriously. Thought maybe they learned a lesson. Apparently not. I stopped going there a year ago. Today I get very rude, very snide texts from the House of Imports because I didn't want the unnecessary appointment they were trying to make for me. Not a good look....maybe it's time for a Jaguar?

Be wary of buying a vehicle from this dealership. I originally spoke with Patrick over the phone…read moreabout a new RAV4 I saw online, but unfortunately, it was already unavailable. Patrick offered me an alternative, but it was the wrong color and packed with overpriced dealer extras I didn't want (including door edge guards). After I explained my preferences, he sent me a link to a perfect option arriving in about a month. I was elated and ready to drive 45 minutes just to put down a deposit. Then came the official quote. The base selling price--before any taxes or fees--was even higher than the over-accessorized alternative he had first pitched. When I told him I wasn't interested, Patrick actually tells me that the total was higher because of taxes and fees... as if I didn't know how buying a car works. This isn't my first vehicle; I am fully aware that taxes and registration are standard. The real issue was that they added over $1,500 in unwanted dealer add-ons (including "elite door cups/edge guards") into the pre-tax price. Patrick claims these extras are standard. So had I agreed to purchase the alternative vehicle that was being sold with edge guards, I'd also be acquiring "elite door cups"? Patrick then tried to justify the markup because RAV4s are so popular and "pre-sold before they even reach the lot." To me, it just felt like they were exploiting Toyota's high demand to take advantage of customers. I chose AutoNation specifically because of their "haggle-free" reputation. I didn't want to play games; I just wanted to pay a fair, transparent price. In fact, if that first alternative vehicle had been the right color, I would have bought it without a fight. I wasn't looking for discounts or freebies--just honesty. Dealing with Patrick at Autonation has reminded me just how annoying car buying can be. Do your research before coming here. Plenty of other dealerships have access to the exact same inventory without forcing you to pay for extras you don't want or need.

The salespeople as well as the managers have always worked with us. Our most recent experience, we actually started going to different dealerships to see what others could offer but ultimately came back to Premier because they offered a better deal. The end result came out better than we expected. We got a better vehicle with a lower monthly payment. There was also a mishap on a fee that we were not supposed to pay but had to. Premier reimbursed us for this fee. Ask for Chris Esquivel or Herm. They are awesome!

Don't bother with the service department…read more Bad communication. Car was there for two days, hardly any service was preformed. My car needed software updates that would prevent unnecessary warning lights, was immediately told by the service advisor that there "weren't any updates. I checked" In reality, only the technician can see software updates when they hook up your vehicle to their computer. When I asked for an estimated day of completion, Lou replied "Dunno. Could be 2 days, could be 10..." Paperwork stated AC hissing sound was identified. I was told "it's supposed to sound that way." No requested software updates were performed, because I got another warning light immediately on the drive home. Recall service was not performed. Lou told me the dealer would only let them order one part at a time and there were 9 people ahead of me. Everything about this interaction had a "meh" attitude to it. It was a complete waste of my time, and I spent two full days without a vehicle. Days later, I took my vehicle to Cerritos Dodge. Over 20 different software updates were performed that affect each of the vehicles operational modules. Big difference from "there's none." They also completed the recall service while Buena Park is still waiting to order parts one by one for 9 different customers. I also had a rental provided to me while my vehicle was in for service. The experience was night and day. Seriously, do not waste your time with Buena Park "Premier" CDJR Service.

STAFF IS FINE SELLING VEHICLES AT SUBPAR because it falls within their BS policy. NO "GOOD FAITH" practices!!! Should have read their reviews before going in. Seems i'm not the only one that had issues with tires after purchase. Was smart enough to take vehicle to personal mechanic right after purchase to make sure vehicle wasn't a lemon. My trusted mechanic is the ones that found the cracks in tires. I knew the tread was subpar...but add cracked tires and it was concerning as I have long commutes for work. Called twice only to be told I'd get a call back and ghosted. So I drove back to buena park to speak to service manager. My concern was brushed off multiple times and they kept trying to show me how the treading met their policy requirements for "just good enough to pass." I kept telling them I was concerned about the cracks..not the poor quality treading. Employees/managers claim their policy BS rather than show "good faith" in actually resolving the issue. I was told "just return the vehicle"...as if the process of finding a vehicle, dealing with paperwork, wait time, and insurance was something i wanted to do all over again after thinking I finally secured a vehicle. The transmission never got flushed either..so I spent out of pocket to do that and new set of tires. Typical act nice enough to get you through the papers and then leave you high and dry if you have any issues. As a female the male staff treated me like I was an idiot and kept brushing my concerns off. I've had better experience at private dealer, but i guess to be expected from big name company.

From the very beginning, JOSH was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. We had been communicating for about two days since I first saw the vehicle listed, and from start to finish he made the experience smooth and stress free. When we arrived to test drive the vehicle, I instantly loved it, and JOSH did everything he could to work with our budget and make the deal happen. What really stood out to me was how caring and thoughtful he was toward my family. He made sure we were comfortable the entire time, offered us water, and even bought snacks for my children when they got hungry. Those little things truly meant a lot. JOSH continued to go above and beyond through every last step of the deal, even as we were driving off the lot. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find nowadays, and I'm beyond grateful for the experience. Thank you again, JOSH, for making this such a positive and memorable car buying experience!

It…read morestarted during the negotiating process when I told the salesperson I recently visited Tijuana. He asked me if it was to visit "Hong Kong" which for those that don't know is a BROTHEL. This was extremely inappropriate and I probably should have walked away at this time but hindsight is 20/20. When discussing price, the sales person had me sign a piece of paper saying, "you'll buy the truck if I can get your payment to be $950 a month" I agreed and signed. He stated, "if I do this for you, you need to leave good reviews on every review platform and tell everyone to come here" which I also agreed to do. While sitting alone in the office waiting forever for the sales person to return, I had to listen to other sales people walk past the open door talking loudly about how much they were selling and how big their commission was going to be that month. When the sales person returned, he told me he couldn't sell me the vehicle for the price he had me sign a piece of paper for. When I spoke with the "sales manager" he started trying to talk me into leasing the vehicle and was extremely condescending. They also lied to me about the end date of the employee pricing promo that is still going on. After completing the purchase, I asked about several huge scratches in the door and was assured they would be taken care of. The sales person instructed me to go find their service department and talk to them and that they would get me sorted. When I talked to them, they said they'd call me. I waited a week and finally got a call Friday. They asked me to bring the truck in that day. I asked if they were going to do the repair that day and they said no. I asked why they needed the vehicle that day and they said so they can drop it off at the body shop. I asked if the body shop was open weekends and they said no, so my brand new truck that I just overpaid for was going to sit there over the weekend with nothing happening. I asked them to find out when the work would be done and call me back and I would bring the truck in because I need it for work. I had a previous bad experience with the exact same thing where Ken Grody kept my truck for almost a month because they damaged my door when they were changing the oil. So I waited over 3 weeks for a call back and nothing happened. I contacted the original sales person who sold me the truck and he assured me he would take care of it. 3 more days went by of me telling him they hadn't contacted me and I was still waiting. He told me, "sorry I'm busy, call Ken Grody customs" Ken Grody customs finally calls me the following Monday and is acting like we're speaking for the first time. No knowledge of the previous conversation I had with them about making sure the truck isn't going to sit around with nothing happening. At this point, I'm over it and my expectations are so low that I'm just going to hand the truck off and let them keep it as long as they want because I'm tired of the bad service and having to make a million phone calls. I will update this review after the truck comes out of the body shop. I was on the fence about buying a truck here, it was between here and driving all the way to Bakersfield and going to Jim Burke Ford and I really wish I would have just driven to Bakersfield.

I love my Tesla Model X, but my recent service experience at Tesla Buena Park was one of the most…read morefrustrating customer service experiences I've had. Before my appointment, I provided my extended warranty information and specifically instructed Tesla to contact the warranty provider for authorization before performing any covered repairs. I even supplied the claim information and the warranty company's phone number through the Tesla service chat. My service advisor acknowledged the information and proceeded with the repair process. After the repairs were completed, I was informed that my extended warranty company was refusing payment because Tesla had not obtained the required prior authorization before performing the work. The frustrating part is that this wasn't a situation where I failed to provide the information. The warranty details, claim information, and instructions were provided to Tesla before the repairs began. When Tesla later contacted the warranty provider, they were told: "There were no prior approvals before the service was performed." At that point, I was left in the middle of a dispute between Tesla and the warranty company, despite having followed the process and supplied everything requested. To make matters worse, I was told storage fees would begin accumulating at $35 per day if I didn't pick up the vehicle after the repair was completed. Faced with the possibility of additional charges, I felt pressured to pay the repair bill out of pocket and attempt to resolve the warranty issue myself afterward. What disappointed me most was the lack of ownership of the situation. The original service advisor Eric was nice and appeared confident that everything was being handled correctly. Later, it became clear that the warranty provider required prior authorization before repairs could be performed. Had the correct process been followed from the beginning, this entire situation could have been avoided. To Tesla's credit, other members of the service team eventually stepped in. Abraham apologized for the miscommunication and offered assistance with the warranty company. The staff who became involved later were professional and courteous, and I appreciate their efforts to help resolve a problem they inherited. However, the damage had already been done. I was forced to pay for repairs that should have been processed through my extended warranty, spend additional time dealing with adjusters, and navigate a problem that was created by a breakdown in communication and procedure. Tesla builds incredible vehicles. The service experience should match the quality of the product. My advice to anyone using an extended warranty at Tesla: verify that prior authorization has actually been approved before allowing repairs to proceed. Don't assume the process is being handled correctly just because you're told it is. Pros: * Excellent vehicle * Later service staff were professional and apologetic * Tesla eventually offered assistance with the warranty provider Cons: * Repairs performed without required warranty authorization * Customer left responsible for resolving warranty dispute * Threat of storage fees added unnecessary pressure * Poor communication and procedural errors * Significant time and stress that could have been avoided Overall Rating: 2/5 Stars I expect mistakes to happen. What I don't expect is to provide the warranty information upfront, follow instructions, and then end up paying out of pocket because the required authorization process wasn't completed before the repairs were performed.
