Five Stars for Auto Pride! I visit Auto Pride about once a week and have a prepaid unlimited car wash account. I've been very happy with their service. They consistently do a great job, and I have no complaints. One thing I especially like is that there's plenty to do and look at while you're waiting. Their gift shop is extremely well stocked, with all kinds of interesting items to browse. I've been coming here regularly, and I've never personally met anyone who had a complaint about their service. My experiences have always been positive. Five stars from me. Been a member here for a while and genuinely loved it -- especially the guy at drop-off who always made me feel like a regular and asked if there was anything specific to focus on. That personal touch meant a lot. Today was different. Fernando checked me in, and I politely pointed out a few coffee spots on the side door that were missed last time (see pic ). Without hesitation he said nope -- not covered under the basic wash. Felt dismissed instantly. So I pulled my car around, parked, and cancelled my $60/month membership on the spot. $720 a year -- gone -- because of a few spots and zero customer service instinct. That's money that goes toward his coworkers' paychecks, tips, and the owner's bottom line. All of it, avoidable. There's a car wash on every corner. I'll take my business there. 2026 and some places still haven't figured out that how you treat people is the product. read more

I spent $45 to get my car wash which is the highest priced wash they offer. Assuming they were going to get the minimal amount of dog prints off my backseat... mind you when you see the picture you will note they are very light. They are not muddy. It is more like dust... it was so disappointing because this was a treat for myself, and to have a professional do it because I'm not good at washing the inside of my windows. SUPER DISAPPOINTED to see that they didn't even look like they touched my backseat! Obviously they did because they washed my windows. The part that also frustrates me is that I should have looked in the backseat and not assumed that they actually did their job. Terrible wash. It seems like I paid for a $49 rinse with used water. Auto Pride is what I have and what they need. I went before noon. The campus is nice and the staff are friendly. I passed on the up charge gimmick of washing my rubber mats in this brand new car. They gave back the car with all kinds of pollen dots and makers all over it. They tried to sell that as them not wanting to scratch my car's paint. WTF guys!? You are supposed to be experts. So, I just took this as another wash scam. I was not expecting a detail - at all. Maybe getting 50% of the bug makes off would have been cool. This car has shiny dirt on it now - so thanks I guess. Maybe your car needs to be super clean before you bring it? The service was good . Fast , given it was busy . I paid for the middle package. Which included " dash boarding " cleaning . Once I got into my car I noticed all the paneling looked the same as I had left it . Not sure how they miss that . The vacuuming and outside was well done. read more

I decided to give this place a chance hoping for a thorough car cleaning--vacuuming plus spotless windows. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The windows were left streaky, and I had to redo the interior myself. I even asked them at the start to please make sure my windows didn't have streaks. What a load of crap. Do not be fooled by the seemingly well-done business center. I paid almost $60 for a full interior and exterior clean. To start with the worst part, whatever they did, most of my interior lights now do not work, and I'm talking about the speedometer, the AC controls and system, and more. I CAN'T F***ING SEE HOW FAST I'M GOING AT NIGHTTIME. And now I have to pay for that shit to get fixed. It's not worth the time to sue these idiots. The exterior was actually not bad, but the interior job was abysmal. They barely did a job on the vacuuming (and definitely not under the seats), they didn't get any spots out of the seating, and my windshield is now covered in some sort of weird film that doesn't go away, especially when it's cold out. They value speed over efficiency 1000%. Oh yeah, and my entire car smells like a straight-up chemical factory. Like the cheapest crap they can possibly get to cut costs. Extremely disappointed with our service here. We paid $43 & change for a middle tier car wash which includes the interior cleaning. The side mirrors were untouched, dusty & dirty. The rear glass was still dirty as well. The dashboard was also untouched -- full of dust. The mats were super clean but the carpet underneath them wasn't even vacuumed. Awful. Just wanted a car wash as I was going to wax it myself, so I just needed the dirt off. Foreman immediately started the upsell saying it had been so long since its last detailing(2 weeks). They left bugs and stuff on the lights, bumpers, it was barely done. They seemed to have not vacuumed the entire car, only the front. They raided the change holder(expected). This car wash is a fraud and doesn't do what they charge for. Save your money and go elsewhere. They charged me $40 and didn't vacuum or clean the dash or inside of doors. they even refused to vacuum a little dirt in the Camper shell enclosed bed of my truck, no mud, just loose dirt. Not sure what they did other then run it through their FAKE wash with some water dripping on the outside but their were still smears and garbage left on every side of my truck and inside. I had to beg one employee to vacuum one floor mat that had dirt and leaves all over it after it was done. What's worse is one of their employees STOLE some things from the inside of my truck while they had it out of my sight. I've been to this car wash many times but will never be going again or their location on Mission which also steals from you. I bought a monthly package thinking it would free me of having to wash my own car. Boy was I wrong. The first time I went and got my car washed, I ended up getting home and having to reclean some of the outside. There were still smudges. The inside was as if they didn't even vacuum it. My car really isn't that dirty ( I'm a clean freak so there's hardly anything to clean up). But dust does accumulate and the little dust that was on the dashboard when I handed off my car to the attendant was there when they returned my car to me. I let this slide the first time but then I took it in again and had the same issues. I was friendly to the attendant and let him know but he didn't seem to care. I ended up canceling my membership. I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere. read more

Given this place a few tries but won't return. Was talked into getting the platinum package to get the things cleaned that I wanted - but for $50 I expected a little more attention to detail. I really went out of my way to come here. Christina who helped me at the front desk was very nice and helpful and the gentleman at the very end was very nice. I drive a Black WRX. I paid for the silver package. My car was ready in 20 min. I open my car door and see that it is still dirty in a lot of places. I really thought about signing up for the subscription but I'm so glad I didn't. Don't waste your money. read more

I recently brought my car here hoping I'd found my go-to hand wash spot. Instead, after paying $61.69 for a wash ($35), two floor-mat cleanings ($4 each), and a cookbook, the only thing I was happy with was the cookbook. It was complete chaos when we pulled up and at least 4 cars that had pulled in after us were sent through ahead of ours plus I had to rewash my car when I got home because it literally looked like they did nothing. Wow. I pulled up and the guy told me since I had marks on my white car from a leaf it was mold on my car that he would have to do some special cleaning to get it off. I told him no I was just on my lunch break and wanted something fast and cared mostly about the inside being cleaned. He convinced me to get a $48 wash.. when I went inside I debated getting the membership but decided I wanted to see how well they did first. When I got my car it wasn't very clean on the inside.. they didn't even seem to have used any type of cleaner to clean the inside at all. Maybe just a dry rag?? And the outside was still dirty. Paid over $40 and while the outside was clean, the windows were appalling I had to re-clean the inside of the windows and the corners of the outside of the windows. The council was not touched as was indicated in the description of what was included and I did not get my air freshener. They threw out my coffee, which I just bought it was full. I liked Auto Pride in Palo Alto years ago so tried this location when we moved to Sonoma County. Pre-pandemic the prices seemed reasonable. But the cheapest option is now $30! If I knew this before getting in line I likely would have gone elsewhere. The car wash itself was fine. Not wow but not bad. My windshield was cleaned well and that was most important to me. It took 30 minutes total time, on a non-packed day. The best part about this place is the gift shop in the cashier area. They sell car things of course (air fresheners, cleaners, etc.), but also unique greeting cards, toys/books/puzzles/stuffed animals, candles/oil diffusers/home decor, as well as drinks and snacks. It's always well-stocked and fun to browse while waiting. read more

staff makes you feel rushed. requested the premium only for them to leave certain areas of my car unvaccumed and unclean. not worth $58 for such a crappy job. (was $8 more to wash and vacuum carpets when this is supposed to be the premium) id rather go to LUV and detail my own car for less. mind you they told me they would take 25 min and when they finished they still had 10 minutes left. all the rush for them to still do a terrible job. never going back again. read more

Looks like this place may have had a change of ownership or I got really lucky. Very good experience overall. The prices are about in line with others but they are focused on quality. I've done the regular washes and liked them. The hand wash and wax was great! The folks that work here are friendly and it's easily accessible from the freeway. I'll keep coming back . They would have been four stars but they forgot to vacuum my trunk...forgivable but they forgot three other customers in the waiting area . Upon arrival I waited almost 10 minutes to be greeted by an attendant. Not expecting to be written up just a hello we'll be with you in a bit. When I was finally brought forward the gentleman had me pull my truck up to a line but, my door was well past the vac tubes. When I said something he snapped back "I've been doing this for 35 years." While waiting for my truck I saw an employee waxing a vehicle in the direct sunlight. It was 85 degrees and he applied the wax to the whole vehicle before wiping it off (not buffing). I will no longer bring my truck back. Just to let you the reader know I managed a car wash in the '90 and we had a very high repeat customer base. Wish Yelp had negative stars!!! read more

The quality was terrible. I paid for the second to most expensive car wash. Nothing was vacuumed. My seats weren't vacuumed. My console was not vacuumed or wiped down. My license plate in the front had been bent and was hanging dangling there by one bolt and I lost my roof rack cap in the back and I called to ask them look for it and they basically refused to go look for it. I got talked into putting wax on my car and they said, they will clean everything. The car looked very shiny but once I got home, I checked only to see that the job was very poorly done. It was not worth $135 (plus tip) at all. They missed many spots and did not clean portions of the car they stepped on. There were spots that were just completely missed. Save your money. read more

They convinced me to do a complete detail for $135 which they told me was discounted by $15. Completely dissatisfied after waiting for an hour. They did not remove the mats and wash them like they said they would when I lifted the mats they had not taken them out and even vacuumed underneath them. There was dirt on the door in the door jams bird poop on the rails, there was their protective wax that had not been rubbed off on various places on the car they did not clean the interior cups or dashboard well. They took most of the quarters out of my change compartment on the dashboard of my CRV. After they redid All My complaints I drove away feeling ripped off. An hour and a half later. I won't go here again. I agree with one of the other reviews that a couple of years ago it was much better. Their prices have gone skyrocketing and their quality has plummeted. read more

First couple times I came in the service was great, but unfortunately it declined the more I visited. They advertise they hand wash but I saw my car getting washed with the automatic brushes. Now my car is scratched and has rings of damage from the brushes, mind you I have a black car too. Don't come here expecting a hand wash cause they definitely don't. read more

This business establishment does HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! I went to get my car washed, waxed, and detailed. I got into my car to drive to work and there was a razor blade in my cup holder. I reached into my cup holder and cut my finger on the razor blade. I called management to complain and he said there was nothing he could do. I hope this review exposes how poor their customer service is. Also, I found a piece of paper that said it was someone's work schedule so it was someone who's last name is "Lopez" so he must have been the incompetent employee who left a razor blade in my cup holder. read more
