What a magical experience! I took my truck through what I thought was a car wash, but apparently, I stumbled into some kind of performance art piece called "What If We Pretend to Wash Your Vehicle and You Pretend to Be Happy About It?" Bravo, 5 stars for the acting, zero stars for literally everything else. I paid for the Super Mega Ultra Deluxe Galactic Clean (or whatever nonsense name they slapped on the highest tier), expecting my truck to come out sparkling like a unicorn in a toothpaste commercial. Instead, it came out looking like it had just fought in the Dust Bowl and lost. Let's break it down: * Soap: I think they used the memory of soap. A faint mist of regret sprayed over my windshield while sad rainbow foam pretended to do something. * Brushes: More like large, passive-aggressive pool noodles gently caressing my truck as if afraid to make physical contact. * Rinse: Did they actually rinse it? I couldn't tell through the tears of betrayal. * Dryer: Oh, the dryer. A majestic, wheezing machine that coughed lukewarm air onto my vehicle like it was blowing out birthday candles for a ghost. By the end, my truck looked like it had been emotionally cleaned -- like it went through a breakup and cried in a puddle. Mud still clinging on, bugs still throwing a block party on the windshield, and somehow the tire shine made the tires look older. Honestly, I don't think I paid for a car wash -- I think I just funded a very lazy science experiment. Or a prank show. Or a front for laundering money via not laundering cars. As long as you're using the service, it's great. But! Try to cancel the membership! Called in, contacted support and finally had to dispute charges through my bank. Then a month or so later, more charges. Was a nightmare to get them to stop charging me. I live out of the country now so obviously not utilizing the service. I was told I was buying a two for one special with no mention of a recurring membership. Having found out I was signed up for a recurring membership after payment, I canceled the membership less than 30 days after signing up. I received a confirmation of my cancellation. However this car wash charged me for a second month. This is a complete scam and a dishonest business. Avoid it. read more

It's convenient that they have a few places available to wash car, in Santa Rosa and a few other places in county. I also like that they provide microfiber cloths to wipe up excess water and soap. I must say, that now that it's called Luv car wash and not the old place, they are much better at balancing the amount of soap they use so that there are not as many excess bubbles to wipe off the back of your car. Only 3 stars for customer service vs 4 or 5. Often times you go to vacuum after washing ( it's how they have it set up, wash first), but the vacuum spots are all filled up. There are lots of people who come there to vacuum and not wash and many seem not to have paid either. The last time i went i had to let this other guy ahead of me go into vacuum and there were no other spots, accept a handicapped spot. I went to talk to one of two employees, (she was busy selling memberships and had just sold me one; the other employee is helping direct cars into the wash, no one else is there) It turned out he had not washed his car nor paid. She walked over to him, had a few words then just left him there to vacuum. It's not the first time. This was at the college Ave location, but also had this happen at the Santa Rosa Ave location. If you try to call Luv car wash to complain, they don't or maybe hardly ever answer the phone. I called multiple times once and finally someone texted that they would comp me a small discount off the monthly fee whereas the old place (forgot name now!) had much better customer support; if i called, someone answered, and they always had a responsible employee there to talk to, not just a worker who is so busy they can't really talk to you. I think this company is skimping on having quality customer service/ employees. I would like to find another subscription wash place that cares more. The customer service is abysmal. It is so difficult to cancel their memberships. Jomma Christ is a nightmare to work with. Even if you attempt to pause your membership 2 weeks before it's due....they will charge you. They will charge you even after it is confirmed that they have paused it. If you ask them why you were charged after it was cancelled Jomma will just keep repeating that it's company policy and they don't offer refunds. They signed me up for a monthly membership without my permission, this is a very deceptive and dishonest company

This place is super sketchy. Avoid at all costs. I was on their $9.99 month plan for two months. Didn't have any issues. By the third month, the staff member didn't ask me which car wash option I would like. They took my card and automatically enrolled me in their $43.99 membership plan. I let the guy know I didn't want the membership and he told me to contact customer service about it and I'll get my money back. On the receipt, it says reoccurring plan. I didn't want a reoccurring plan. I went into their office and spoke with someone. They didn't offer a refund. I informed them that I did not want a reoccurring plan. I wanted them to cancel my plan after the month membership expires. The man said said your membership is good until 5/22 and then it will be canceled. The man also said I have two memberships on my account. I have the $9.99 membership and he $43.99 membership. Nobody signs up for two memberships at one place. What? The $9.99 membership expired after two months. I shouldn't have that on my account and if for some reason it didn't there's no reason for the employee to sign me up for the $43.99 month membership. I never said I wanted two accounts. The man said he cleared the $9.99 from my record so I have the one membership on my account. I went back to the car wash again 4 days later and I wasn't let through. It said my membership was canceled. I had to pull off to the side, go talk to someone and they said I have two memberships. I explained to the employee the conversation I had prior and they just gave me their customer service phone number. They still didn't let me through to use the car wash. Contacting LUV car wash online is a joke. They make it seem like you have the option to talk to someone over the phone. You don't. By the time you think you are going to talk to someone, the call hangs up. They make it seem like if you enter your phone number in they will call you back. Nope. I entered my phone number and it just directed me back to the main menu. The ONLY way to talk to someone about a complaint or any issue is texting their phone number. Very odd. I heard back from someone via text days later. I requested a refund. They didn't give it to me. They asked me if I wanted to sign up for a cheaper monthly membership. I said no. I told them how I said I wanted to cancel my membership after the month expired and they need to fix the issue that the machine won't let my car through. They said my car will be let through from now now. They also said "you can still use the service until 5/22 with no further charges." I said just to clarify that when I drive to the LUV car wash on College Avenue in Santa Rosa the machine will recognize my license plate and let me through correct? There will be no issues? They responded "That is correct." Guess what happens the next few times I went to the car wash. The machine says "membership canceled." Again, have to pull over to the side to talk to someone. Explain the whole thing over and over. I'm pissed. Finally they started letting me through when I arrived. I only went because I wanted to use my membership and not have my money wasted. The last time I went, I was stuck in the car wash. The car wash shut down. My car wasn't moving. I couldn't get out. I was sitting there for two minutes wondering what was going on. No employee came to check on me. After a few minutes, the employee walked past me to look at something ahead of the car wash. Then, they came to my car and were telling me I need to back out of the car wash one of the belts in front of the car wash broke. That was the last time I was going to use this membership. On 5/20 I was charged AGAIN for the $43.99 membership. I was LIVID. I contacted LUV car wash about this and they said "I do not have anything on this account from May at all. Is it possible you have another membership with us? Can you confirm the last 4 digits on your card you were charged on." Very sketchy. Interesting response they had because when I talked to my bank they said the charge was from LUV car wash. Why would they need to ask for my last 4 digits on my card when they already charged me? Sketchy. I filed a complaint with my bank. That was the only way I was going to get my money back and block LUV car wash from charging my card again. A nightmare. Absolute nightmare. If anyone has a membership and decides to cancel it sometime, check your bank activity to see if they charged you without your authorization too and file a complaint with your bank. They tried to gaslight me and don't let them do that to you too. Don't offer the last 4 digits of your card. Just don't go for it. read more

The car wash caused a four-car pileup within the facility, yet there was absolutely no communication from the staff. After we finally managed to exit the wash, no employees offered any assistance--they just kept processing cars like nothing had happened. I was forced to call the police for help. It wasn't until the police arrived that a staff member finally approached me, handing me a 'General Manager' business card and saying 'he' could assist. When I called the number, it went straight to a corporate answering machine. I get that things can go wrong sometimes, but how a business responds in those moments matters immensely. I don't recommend this car service. This car wash does not clean the car thoroughly. After the wash, you need to spend a lot of time cleaning the vehicle manually. Instead of this car wash service, we can clean the car at home much better. Also, one of the saddest parts is the customer service. If we have any concerns about membership renewal or cancellation, we can't resolve them in time because of an internal website error. I have a monthly membership to this car wash and on several different occasions I have attempted to get my car washed only to find that the car wash is shut down for maintenance. Finally, I contacted the staff to inquire about getting a discount or potentially coupon to get my wife's car washed since I drove all the way to the location intentionally just to get a car wash, but was rudely told I could drive to one of their other locations and there's nothing they can do. First they try and sell you a car wash for $24.99 then when you realize you can get the month for 24.99 and you ask for that they sign you up for a subscription that raises to 38.99 the next month. When you dispute it you realize you've been had. Then as other one star reviews will show you they continue to charge you unless you change your debit card, credit card or dispute through your bank. I have been using this carwash since it opened as Splash, have a membership, BUT, it never fails when I go, that the only Handicap space is taken by some MORON with out a placard, that is a $513/fine, reported it to the dudes just standing around inside.., they didnt seem too concerned, so i called their customer service again... also filed a complaint with ADA, (American Disabilities Act), and not my first time, BUT if they loose their franchise, i'm out and so are many other folks that use the carwash and OBEY the LAW, Next time i will post license plates on my complaint read more

I was so pleasantly surprised with all the amenities this car wash had. Plenty of vacuum stations and compressed air, a floor mat wash, and the disposable pre-moistened towels and finishing area to wipe down any extra water spots were such a great assist in the car washing and cleaning experience. The drive through wash is very good as well and easy to navigate through. they lined up the lead in to the entrance well. The staff is friendly and care about the customer. Finally, there is a service in this day and age that you pay for that is worth it and exceeds expectations. The customer service is fantastic as well. Very impressed with the LUV location I go to. read more
