The technician arrived 4 hours late at 3pm, confirmed the cylinder needed to be replaced and lock rekeyed to match the other key. We were quoted $250 total. Itemized receipt attached. The lock replacement alone was $169 compared to $35 quoted on a simple lock. We knew the prices were outrageous but didn't want to schedule with a different provider since our tenant already wasted most of the day waiting for B1. The technician finished the job within 15 min. This will definitely be our last time working with B1, really disappointed in this company.

After being quoted, I called around dealerships, Ace Hardware, other car key companies, and none could complete it as quickly nor at a lower price. The technician (Tom) came out to me, and made the key within 15 minutes. You have the option to meet them, and they will waive the $35 service fee. Total time from calling the office to key completion was little less than an hour on a Friday afternoon (factoring in my calls to match their price). Professional, affordable, and efficient! Overall, had a very positive experience with my situation. Situations/experience may be different where the key is lost, or you are locked out of your car.
