After the install: I lost power to my 12V lighter socket, so I couldn't charge my phone. He mostly likely tapped into the same circuit as the lighter socket, causing power loss (Yeah. He didn't warn me about that before the install!) The audio was also making intermittent Bluetooth pairing failures. I would be driving and then music would stop and start again. Bluetooth phone calls stopped working--only music streamed. The install skipped key components I provided, including the fuse tap, LOC, and amp integration What I learned--and what others should know: The 3.5mm aux jack on the BTC-Five is audio-only and doesn't support calls To restore full functionality, the fuse tap must be moved to a different ACC slot so the lighter circuit isn't interrupted. For Bluetooth calls, you need to use the BTC-Five's RCA outputs and route them through a head unit or amp that supports hands-free calling. If I had known all this upfront, I probably would've skipped the install entirely and just kept using my regular USB-C to 3.5mm Audio Aux Cable Adapter. It was simpler, reliable, and didn't disable anything in my car. No wonder the guy had a weird vibe! I would have given them 5 stars if they had wired correctly, but the job was rushed and sloppy. He didn't create a solution. He created a problem! Now I'm going to have to get my brother to help me fix this. He said the tech most likely installed the tap with only one fuse (for the BTC-Five). Or inserted it backwards, cutting off power to the original circuit. Or used a single-slot tap, which reroutes power entirely to the new device. This experience taught me how to reclaim my install and turn shortcuts into teachable upgrades. If you're integrating amps or planning full audio control, skip the aux hack and wire it properly. I wasn't impressed with this install. What a total waste of money!!!!!!

I drive an older Corolla, back and forth from Chandler and Casa Grande, which if you drive that route enough, you know that it blows. Anyhow, I had them install a semi horn and a 40" light bar. Now, instead of being nearly run off the 10 by actual semi's, those semi's see and hear my passing them quite well!!! A little side note, I already blew a fuse for the horn, called them, and they fixed it first thing the next morning. Thanks John/ Jon ( sorry, couldn't remember spelling...) and the crew! You guys rule!!!

I'll try to make this as short as I can…read more I bought a bunch of stereo equpiment, realized I was in over my head as far as installing it myself, so I headed over to Audio Express on Chandler Blvd. They assured me they could install it all in my 2004 Corvette, no problem. I dropped the car off at 9am for my appointment, and they kept it until 2pm the next day. I was informed the backup camera was not installed. The head unit was crooked. One front speaker was not working. Dropped the car off at 9am for another appointment. Didn't get the car back until 5:45pm the next day. Head unit is still crooked. I provided a box of sound deadening sheets which they were supposed to install in the doors. They gave me back an empty box, but they didn't install any of the materials. I checked myself and I'm providing a picture of the inside of the door where you can see nothing was installed. Overall an awful experience. I was charged $1200 and I won't be back.

Definitely enjoyed her new touch screen radio and Manny notice the camera that came with radio was too big. Manny offered a newer camera and was willing to install it the next day which is going on as we speak. I have to say for whoever gave him a one star for $400, I totally disagree with him. Manny was done in less than an hour And assisted my mom on how to work the radio as well as connect her phone Bluetooth. I wasn't there to witness all this but I was able to call her and talk to Manny while he was helping her. Very good experience highly recommend. Only $400

0/5 Stars - Dangerous Installation and Unprofessional Business Practices…read more I hired Manuel to install a subwoofer & amplifier in my new car & received dangerously substandard work that required expert intervention to identify & correct. The technician who assessed the damage found numerous serious problems: - Power wire installed through a cut metal hole in the firewall WITHOUT a grommet, creating a safety hazard allowing engine fumes & moisture into the cabin - Improper amplifier setup using a single line output converter instead of the required three for a 5-channel amp - Resulting audio issues including noise, feedback, and loss of fade/balance functionality - System was impossible to tune properly due to incorrect wiring - Sound dampening that I paid for, was never installed in any doors - Exposed power wires under the hood (not loomed or secured) creating a significant fire hazard - Bass knob improperly installed with exposed wiring routed through the steering column When confronted with these issues, Manuel repeatedly promised to reimburse labor costs but never followed through. Communication became increasingly difficult, and he eventually changed his business name and location. I was forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which received no response from Manuel. I also prepaid for speaker installation before he relocated to Arizona, but never received the service or the speakers themselves, with the excuse that he didn't have "the right hardware." I still have yet to receive the refunds that he has promised, I've waited for months. I strongly advise against using this business for any car audio needs, as both the workmanship & business ethics are severely lacking. Though I am out far more money than I'd like to admit due to this unfortunate situation - I hope this review helps someone else make a different purchasing decision. PLEASE proceed with caution. **EDIT** Photos/screenshots of my experience have been added to the business page.

When I first met Mike, the owner, he seemed nice and showed me some of their work that impressed me. He told me the equipment I bought from another shop (Slangin Sound) was "trash," and assured me he could work within my budget of 3-4k. He said he would build me a custom enclosure, add an amp, tint my windows and even add some lighting, claiming it wouldn't be more than a few hundred extra. At that point, I felt comfortable moving forward. But once I dropped off my car, everything changed. He initially told me not to worry about the cost, then suddenly demanded $3,200 midway through, before the work was even close to finished. When I hesitated, he pressured me and even questioned whether I had the money. Later, he demanded another $5,000, threatening to rip everything out of my car if I didn't pay. Way above what we talked about and he told me if I didn't like it, he'd just keep the equipment and I could take my car as is. So I had no choice but to pay at that point. The workmanship was terrible. The tint job was sloppy, with bubbles and even a chunk missing on the driver's door. My car had a large scratch on the hood and was covered in overspray on the paint, windows, and trim. His "fix" was dabbing off-color nail polish on the scratch, which made it look even worse. When I asked about the stereo not sounding right, his response was "f*** you." At that point I knew I wasn't going to get anything resolved. On top of that, he refused to give me any receipts, invoices, or proof of purchase for the equipment I supposedly paid for. That is not only unprofessional, it is shady and illegal. Cre8ive is untrustworthy, unprofessional, and potentially criminal in how they treat customers. They took advantage of me financially, delivered terrible workmanship, damaged my vehicle, and refused to provide documentation for the expensive equipment I purchased. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place entirely. There are plenty of reputable audio shops out there--this is not one of them.
