KC Auto has really been a life saver for us. They are real people that genuinely want to save you money. We have taken three different cars to KC Auto, each for a different problem. They always give us a great deal and we have had no issues with those vehicles since. Most recently my 2002 Chevy Avalanche was running poorly and I thought it was a fuel system problem. I called around to get pricing on fuel system cleaning and when I called KC's they asked what my lowest quote was and then beat it by $5. However, since we really weren't sure what was wrong with the car, we decided to just have them do diagnostics instead of the original fuel system service. My car was showing 7 codes. KC Auto fixed multiple things and after 1.5 hours they gave me a confirmed diagnosis. Even after all that work, they still only charged me the $60 they quoted me for the fuel system cleaning. Returning to California after visiting family in Texas. 30 miles outside of Flagstaff Arizona, car problems. Friday afternoon, Cinco De Mayo streets are crowed. I was told to try these guys on route 66. Got there and I was told this shop is full and no time, The young man named Daniel called the other shop about a mile away and was told, If I got over there right now They may get a chance to look at it. I got there as fast as I could, an I was greeted by another young man named Derek. long story short this shop was able to diagnose, order parts and have them installed and they stayed an worked 10 minutes over to get my car fixed. Absolutely phenomenal people at Auto Rehab! I highly recommend Auto Rehab to anyone that needs work done to their vehicle! My Trans Am developed a huge oil leak problem (mind I moved to Phoenix to go to school) and spent almost 5 months looking for shops here in Phoenix that I could trust as much as them and even then couldn't find mechanics that I trusted as much as Auto Rehab. I towed my car up to Flagstaff and had it dropped off at Auto Rehab. Two days later Derek gives me a call letting me know the car was finished and ready to be picked up. Super fair pricing and great work! They fixed my oil leak issue as well as let me know other problems that may arise in the future that I could fix myself. Traveling home to Tennessee we hit an elk. The dealership told us we'd need to get a full repair costing $5000, leave our car in AZ, get a rental car and then fly back for our car several weeks later to drive it home. Thank goodness we got a second opinion at Auto + Rehab. Daniel replaced a radiator, headlight, and power steering reservoir in a matter of hours and had us safely on our way at a fair price. Super friendly and honest. I know little about cars and being over a thousand miles from home we were a prime candidate for being taken advantage of but Daniel worked in our best interest and solved the problem as if it were his own, I wish I had a place like this at home. read more

This team of auto experts are second to none. Derek... THE BEST. Dan...awesome. I called when I was less than one minute away to see if they could service my car...it was 8 am on a Wednesday morning. Derek answered and said "absolutely, I'll be waiting for you"...and he was. Service was quick, I received a call back on the diagnosis within an hour and they were waiting with keys in hand when I returned to pick it up same day. When my husband's check engine light came on, I knew exactly who to call! I told my husband that I was going to call Auto Rehab 2 because I have heard many great things about them before. I called the shop and told them what was going on. We dropped off his car and received a call quickly about what his car needed. We have been to Auto Rehab a few times, for two different vehicles and Derek and his staff have always provided excellent customer service along with honest work. Auto Rehab does not try to upscale you for work that doesn't need to be done on your vehicle which is a sigh of reflief compared to most auto repair places. I had taken my 98 Subaru to Derek for leaking valve covers, and five months later they started to leak again. Without question Derek took time out of his work day to re-do my valve covers at no charge. KC's did an excellent job getting us back on the road after we had car issues! I was optimistic right away when I talked to Holly on the phone---she talked to her husband and he said bring it on in so we limped over to the shop. They diagnosed it and told us what it needed so we went for it. It wasn't an easy fix but they found the part we needed and we were back on the road the next day. Five stars!! Unfortunately, my AC in my car gave out on me and I was having to deal with some pretty uncomfortable heat. They made me feel as though I was top priority. My vehicle was in and fixed all in the same day. Daniel, Derek and the entirety of their staff that assisted me were incredibly helpful, professional and kind. Took my truck in there thinking I was going to get the normal run down of "needed" maintenence and extra costs, but instead walked out of there with a smaller bill than I expected. When I took my truck in there I had a feeling it was going to need a new part to fix the problem. Instead the cleaned the parts that were causing a problem and that fixed it without replacing them, which made the bill much easier to afford. Fantastic and honest service!! Needed a repair and was originally told by another mechanic that it was going to be more expensive and more complicated. Derek came out to assess and give us a quote and instead, looked at the issue and was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue right then and there. That's honesty! We rolled in just before closing with a misbehaving BMW, scheduled to drive back to Los Angeles the next day. Even though they don't usually work on BMWs, the team pulled the error code, did a visual inspection, and quickly diagnosed the issue. They even helped us find the part number we needed and referred us to Ken's Import Service, who ultimately got us back on the road.
