I found an item I knew I didn't own because I always just worked around it, but decided I needed something so a convenience item it was. Place was clean and staff was pleasant. No issues using my gift cards so it was worth the trip.

We still had water coming in so took the van back to him. He tried to fix the leak again. We still had water coming in and took it back. Did not want to pay again for having the same repairs. So the third time he said they fixed the leaks. We then discovered that he had sealed the air vent shut for some reason? We had to cut the purposeful drips he put around the vent just to open it so we could have an air vent. We feel this was done in spite. Poor business practice. August Portland, Oregon I bought a brand new 2021 Astoria 2903BH, paid cash…read more Got totally ripped off on the "Extended Warranty" (If you by the extended warranty, we come to you!) and the salesman "Dwayne" was a ghost as soon as the cash was handed over albeit he "promised to be with me long after the sale". No such thing as "we come to you". A flat out lie that cost me $3,500.00. Nothing but problems, a slew of them, and for 8 months have been trying to get these people to fix my coach to which I've been told repeatedly to "bring it into the shop". Before I bought the coach, I told them I was disabled and was going to live in it. If anything was to go wrong I wouldn't be able to bring it to them. That's when the lie started about the extended warranty. Luckily I had 2 family members with me who witnessed it. The service department needs a new name: "Won't Return Your Calls or Emails Department" So it's only been 8 months and I : Have no water. Leaks in the roof and system. Have no heat or air conditioning. The system turns on BOTH and won't shut down for about 15 minutes after you try to turn it off. No way to cook. Propane lines have leaked since day one. Refrigerator and freezer handles broke the first month. No replacements so far. The rear levelers will not function in hot weather. Surround sound system has never worked from day one. Black tank will not drain. Even though there is nothing in my gray tank...the on board system says it's 3/4 full. Fireplace frame is coming out. The ONLY thing that works is the electricity. Man, that's a LOT of money ($39,000.00) for 4 walls and electricity. Oregon Attorney General here I come. Avoid these people like the plague.

The price was high but the truck looked to be in good condition based on pictures. The truck had close to 200k miles on it so I wanted to get it checked out by a reputable diesel mechanic. I gave them a deposit to hold the truck and I proceeded to look for the closest shop that could do the inspection. My wife and I called Gresham Ford dealership 3 times without a call back. I ended up scheduling the pre-purchase inspection for for the following Tuesday at 9:45AM at Landmark Ford only 20 miles away. I immediately notified the salesman, Brett, of the scheduled inspection, time, day and location. The salesman offered to drop it off the night before the inspection. Zero issues with date, time, and location was communicated to me at that time. Fast forward 1 week to the evening before the inspection and the salesman conveniently notified me that they would not be able to take the truck in due to "insurance" reasons. But offered to take it to a mechanic that they found. Conflict of interest? I disagreed with the way the situation was handled and the extremely late notice. I requested my $500 deposit back which they told me that its been off the market for a week and its not refundable. The CL ad was up and unchanged the entire time, so it wasnt off the market. Then the manager called me over the phone, and treated me very disrespectfully. I was attempting to explain the situation and he told me to "spit it out" and that "I guess you cant afford the truck". If you are looking for an honest place to do business, with respectful people, look elsewhere.

It was obviously broken in to and so the door doesn't latch properly. The power shade for the front window doesn't work so we put in a manual one. There is a battery drain somewhere that drains the battery so it won't start without jumping. Two different RV repair places cannot solve it. SO many other things. Yes. We bear responsibility for not realizing all of the problems before we bought it but if we'd known the whole back story we wouldn't have considered it. We're in our eighties. Heartbroken.

At the end of March, my son went to go get his license plates at the DMV. He was told he needed the title, which Thomas never provided him at time of purchase. My boy had to drive all the way back to the car lot and wait 30 min for someone to help. He was then told he had to go to the other location for the paper. === I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company based on our experiences: - My son was obviously a first time buyer, yet Thomas did not tailor his explanations of the car-buying process to accommodate him so he/we understood everything we needed. - He didn't receive the proper documentation (title) at time of purchase so he could complete his car registration. - Thomas saw us walking away from the car & off the lot, didn't make any effort to call us back to clarify the situation, hand us the key, and let us drive it away. - My son went back to Steve & Sons & had to wait 30 min for someone to attend to him, only to be told all documentation was at the other location. I had hoped for an exciting and fulfilling first-time car buying experience for my son, but he was left feeling disappointed, and was frustrated he had to go back to claim his documentation that should have been given to him in the first place.
