I still have a stove that does not work right. Under the top of the stove it is stained just like the old stove the oven rack is brown just like the old one. The door hinges do not work just like my old stove. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Fraud Commision and they have sent me the file number. Now I have to file a claim in clackamas county. I am 80 years and am on Social Security I can not believe PNW would cheat me out of my money. They also did not give me a reciep or any paper work for my "New" stove. I have been trying to get my money back since April. I do not use my stove very often because I have a microwave and toaster oven. I started calling and texting Skyler about the stove not working in April he never answered me. I kept asking for the paperwork and reciep to turn it to use the waranty. Jackob Skyler's partner came to my home and told me they do not do warrentys because they take to much work. That made me rethink things. I do not have a memory of him even installing a new stove at all. I think he just thought I was an old lady and would not know any difference. I just want my money back. I haven't seen Skylar since he came to get the check for $200 to install "my new stove". $864 is alot of money to just not get anything out of it. Now it is going to cost me more money to take him to court. I would never trust PNW to do anything again.
