At that point, I decided not to proceed and asked for my $50 deposit back so I could take my business elsewhere. The owner refused to refund the deposit. Between the excessive pricing, the wait time despite having an appointment, and the refusal to return my deposit, my experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this business.

He has taken excellent care of my latest vehicle 2007 Ford Expedition with 175K+ miles and every time there is an issue he's on it and if it isn't fixed the first time he will take it back in and make it right. I have only trusted one other mechanic this much and he lives in San Diego, so he is my guy on the east coast.
