Friendly and helpful. Brought my car there for body work. This shop made it easy and painless. What ever questions I had they answered. All I did was bring my car there and they did the rest called the rental company which picked me up and when my car was done I left the rental with them and the rental company came and got it. The only thing I had to do was a few signatures and they did the rest. I love that my car was back to the way it looked before the accident you could not even tell I was in an accident. My 2016 Toyota Highlander suffered a rear end collision, causing irreparable damage to the powered lift gate. I brought it to Brothers (my first experience with them), mainly because my insurance company told me that if I chose one of their recommended body shops, the work would be guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle, they were right down the street from me, and I would still pay the same $ deductible anywhere I went anyway. I can't honestly say that anywhere else would not have done as good a job as Brothers, but I am completely happy with the work and service I received from them. Steve, Anthony and all the staff I dealt with were professional and friendly. It took almost 3 months to get the part, due to supply chain issues, but luckily the damaged lift gate still worked. They kept me updated and arranged for my rental when the part arrived. They had my vehicle just a few days. I discovered that the rear switch operation for the lift gate was intermittent. Due to the accident evidentially. They ordered one from Toyota. Came in the next day. I went down and they replaced it right away. If you have auto body work needed I highly recommend Brothers. I have had work performed here several times and have never been disappointed. They are fast and made my vehicle look better that it did before any of my collisions. My last accident occurred when I struck a deer and Patty(owner) had a rental waiting for me from a nearby agency when I came to drop my truck off. I brought my car here for work as a friend of mine accidentally backed into me in my driveway. I was shocked when I entered the office that NOT ONE PERSON was wearing a mask. Today is July 9, 2020, and the global pandemic is not over, nor will it just "go away" like some of you may have heard. For a small business, that received relief funds from the government from a Global Pandemic, not taking appropriate SIMPLE precautions like wearing masks is disappointing. I would have given Brothers five stars but just for one issue when I brought my 4Runner home after having the tailgate and rear bumper completely replaced. They matched the color beautifully on this 3 year old Blue 4Runner but I noticed 3 imperfections in the paint as if there was dust or dirt or some other type of surface contaminate that they ended up just painting right over. Not sure how that could have gotten past a quality control but I'm sure when they try to rush these jobs out of the shop things can get missed. I literally did look it over before I left the parking lot but they were so small and the light wasn't hitting it right that I didn't notice it. They're too small to bother going back and having it repainted because that's probably what it would take to fix. I will probably have this vehicle for a long time so I'm not worried about it affecting the resale value and it's not that noticeable. So that's why when you get hit from behind and even though it doesn't cost you money, it eventually costs you something because the vehicle is never completely the same. Other than that, the staff was great and courteous, and kept me updated on the progress. They also worked flawlessly with GEICO. read more

I have done business with Brothers for many years. The last time I had body work done, the paint had something in it that left pieces of debris that looks like dirt but it isn't. They also did not paint an adjacent panel next to the new paint work and it looks terrible. I understand the insurance only pays "so much" however a phone call to me explaining the paint difference would have be nice. I would have probably paid the extra charge. A previous visit left my door out of line when they repaired it. I did not say anything and obviously used them again, but now I am done with them. read more
