The distortion is clearly visible while driving and causes dizziness and nausea. Multiple people have looked through the windshield and noticed the same distortion. Instead of properly documenting my concerns, the service advisor kept disagreeing with me and even said he was not going to note them down because he believed they were "within spec." I had to repeatedly ask him to document my concerns. Whether Tesla ultimately determines something is within spec or not, a customer's reported concern--especially one involving driver visibility and safety--should at least be documented and evaluated. I was also told by the Long Beach delivery team that the issues they documented at delivery would be transferred to the service center. Unfortunately, none of those notes were transferred as promised. With the advisor's dismissive attitude from the beginning, I had very little confidence that my concerns would actually be addressed. Unfortunately, that turned out to be the case. None of the issues I brought the vehicle in for were taken care of. I will be rescheduling my service at another Tesla location and will not return to the Buena Park Service Center. For a brand-new vehicle, and especially for concerns affecting the driver's visibility through the windshield, I expected a much more professional and thorough response than simply being told everything is "within spec."
