3 stars Short story version: Got my 2026 RAV4 and am happy with it…read more Long story version** (includes some issues I feel I should mention): Purchased from Toyota Place primarily because they had one still available to prepurchase, (& hesitantly due the lack of stellar reviews on here) Worked with one of the internet sales rep, Mark. He was available when I arrived, not pushy and easy to talk to... the negotiating was primarily done with the sales manager though. So it was kind of working with multiple people. There were definitely good and bad overall experiences here. 1st flag was the dealership add ons. It was $$$. Of course you can negotiate some down, but BE PREPARED. It's something that's normal around here but outrageous at the same time. 2nd flag: Over the period of my initial visit then picking up the car out the door-- my credit was run THREE times! 2x during the deposit/initial loan application which Jip (finance) discussed. But, Then again when I picked up the car. The last time, I couldn't believe it. 3rd flag: Got a rejection of loan letter mailed to me due to incomplete information. No heads up. And trying to get help over the phone was frustrating. It ended up just being the vin# BUT had to go through hoops to try and get help over the phone. It was like if they weren't your original contacts, you weren't getting help. (I think you know you are. Mr P) 4th thing. When my car finally arrived, it was missing a couple accessories I originally signed off for. I was missing the crossbars (and mud-flaps which I didn't even think to look for). I felt like something was off. No one wanted to bring up the original listing or sales info to double check. They just said it doesn't exist anymore. Mark did make sure I got my missing bars.. but not from verifying more like "if you believe you were suppose to get them ". And Jip even mentioned the sticker price was close to $1k off. So they wrote a receipt for a $750 roof rack. Keep in mind roof racks are more expensive than crossbars so I thought maybe they are making up the difference in value. Naaah I got crossbars. $750 crossbars apparently (which doesn't exist). Although it's what I initially thought I was getting...The way they wrote up $750 of value on a $350 part didn't settle well with me. At the end of the day I got my car, with the original accessory I signed for (minus mudflaps). But buyer beware. Keep track of your original order especially if you're prepurchasing. I'll give a benefit of a doubt they aren't tracking everything to the T but either this is a huge Quality Assurance issue or someone is trying to take some revenue by leaving accessories off. Again. I love my car so far. And the purchasing was otherwise somewhat ok.

It came out…read moreabsolutely amazing that's why I chose to use him for this sentimental restoration of a vintage carousel horse off the original Merry-Go-Round on the Santa Monica Pier. Carlos gave me the idea to paint it black with white feet and a white stripe on its nose. My house is black and white so it seemed like it would be a perfect fit he also knew that it would work well with the colors of the house. He sprayed all but the saddle with an amazing gloss black and hand-painted the feet and face and then his sister Joanna went absolutely bonkers with a free hand acrylic paint. I've attached pictures of my vision with my wife's favorite Swatch watch and she went to work. I am absolutely blown away by the results. You truly have to look through all the pictures to realize how it transformed into something that I can't even describe in words. They made it truly one of the greatest gifts I've ever given my wife and she is over the moon! Could not recommend them more for all of your automotive needs and he gladly takes on special projects like this. The pictures speak for themselves. Then to top it off a couple of his workers and his sister came over and helped me set it up on the porch it is very heavy and I definitely needed their help. Also he did it at a very fair price and I offered more than he charged just because they totally deserved it. Very accommodating and very professional and so chill to work with. I contacted Carlos and he said just to come on over when I get a chance. Now , it is about a 45 minute to an hour drive from my house, but out of all the AutoBody places that I've ever been to - I trust Carlos above all the other ones so that's why I don't mind making the drive. He's quite fair with pricing and he and his team are fast! Like crazy fast! Plus, he's a very friendly , chill guy AND he served our country so A++ all around! Worst car buying experience ever .. soooo unprofessional!!!! I went to buy a car for my uncle …read more I came in and told them exactly what I wanted . I wanted a Tuscan hybrid . Gray exterior and dark interior.. was my only request .. they only had the gray exterior and light interior available and had to they get the car from another dealer ship for me and made me pay $1k for the deposit to hold the car and get it over. Which I did .. even though I have not seen the car that I ordered I have already look at another dealership and know exactly what I wanted previously...next day when I came to pick up the car they had me sign paperwork while they were cleaning the car and getting the license plates on and gave the the documents in usb to save paper...When I came out they brought me the light interior that I said no to the previous night. And they then took that car back and gave me the correct car and we resign paperwork which was 25 pages long for the correct car.. I did ask them to clear out the usb and make sure I have the correct paper on the usb and to print me out the front page with the vin so that I can buy insurance .. when I got the insurance for the car and gave my uncle the usb he realize the vin for the insurance and the information in the usb did not match... I then texted my salesman's to the email me the correct information .. I got the car on Saturday ... I ask them correct information Monday.. and I call and text them and email them everyday to escalate the issue and kept getting push back because they had to escalate the issue pushing me around from one person to another I even offer go in to pick up a new us .. I finally got an email on Friday .... And forward it to my uncle .. and come to realize they email me the wrong that I originally sign. And my uncle was really worried that they submitted the wrong car . On Sunday I came by and ask to talk to the finance manger who originally help me . Who said she was the one that email me the documents on Friday I told her it didn't match .and she told me to t didn't matter the paper work is the same . It's just the vin that change . I told her I wanted the correct information that match what I got . The bill of sale and document was 25 pages long I got 1 pay that I got the car .. vin . And price and date . It didn't have the bill of sale what I pay for with the vin and the specs and add on and whatever . Warranty . .. it's sooo ridiculous they refuse to print it out to me because I already have the one page with the vin number .... I had to fight with her for about 5 mins before she would agree to print it out for me... and she made me resign the whole thing jsut to print it out .. which made me thing they submit the wrong paperwork for em instead of going to the computer and printing out like they were suppose to. If they had it and submitted the correct paper why would I have to resign ...Instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake promptly, they got defensive, made excuses, and wasted even more of my time arguing about it. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and clearly not trained to handle basic errors. I felt completely disrespected after giving them my business and trusting them with a major purchase. It took multiple frustrating calls and visits just to get them to acknowledge the problem, and even then, they dragged their feet on fixing the contract. This level of carelessness and poor attitude is unacceptable for any dealership, especially one selling expensive vehicles. If they can't get something as critical as the VIN right on the contract, how can you trust them with anything else? Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Zero stars if I could. I will be contacting Hyundai corporate about this experience. Buying a car is suppose to be exciting/ fun/ happy experience spending all that money but this was the most stressful experience I've ever had .. this is the 4th car I bought and this is the only time I experienced this much issue . The sale mans was fine like any other salesmen but the people that did the lady that did the financing paperwork was terrible ....

After having a horrible experience at Carson Nissan the week prior, I made my appointment at GG Nissan. The Service Advisor, Kaleb, listened to my concerns and kept me informed in a timely manner. I was relieved to hear that they had two EV Service Techs on site. Turned out that my battery failed the load test and had a bad cell. Luckily, the 12 volt battery was still under warranty so it was replaced. I also appreciated Justin, who was approachable & answered my questions regarding service authorization. Victoria, the cashier, was professional and explained my bill to me. Big thanks to Ace who made everything run smoothly. GG Nissan valued my time, so I felt the team went above & beyond to ensure that I was a satisfied customer unlike the other location. Moving forward, I look forward to giving them my business.

Bring your car to another Nissan dealership. This service center charges me for services and "found…read morenothing wrong" when I brought it in for a system error. They told me they ran diagnostics and just needed to jump my car. Less than 24hrs later the same issue happened again. I brought it to another mechanic and they were able to find the issue in less than 30 minutes and clearly articulate the issue to me. AGAIN, DO NOT BEING YOUR VEHICLE TO FET SERVICED BY THIS NISSAN DEALERSHIP. The service was less than courteous, I'm not expecting to make a new friend but they could at least act like they cared.
