I purchased a 2015 Subaru WRXV STI Limited from here in September of 2025, was told it was extremely reliable and had a clean title. The day after buying the check engine light came on. Since then, I have had nothing but issue after issue with the car. I decided to try and trade in the car to a different dealer, and they informed me the car had a reconstructed title from being totaled... TWICE. I called this place back to clarify and all they did was cuss me and my fiancé out. Told him i was a bad driver and that the check engine light was due to my own driving skills. We both informed whoever was on the phone today (4.22.26 about 5:30pm) that if this title issue does not get resolved we will be taking legal action against the company and we will be getting compensated. My experience with this place has been nothing but a headache. They sold me a car that cost more to fix than it's even worth. BMW dealership stated they inspected the car for someone else who was thinking of buying. I asked Auto success why the problems were hid I got called a liar and blamed for the damage. When i mentioned bmw saw the damages before I even bought the car the manager lost his cool and went off on me. They had they're mechanic do the work on the car and we agreed that I would pay 2k and they would pay 6k in an effort to make it right. Now the car is done, they won't let me on property and are holding my car hostage until I agree to sign a non disclosure agreement. They are literally blackmailing me to keep my mouth shut. Samantha P's experience sounds identical to mine, in about the same time frame. Of course a used vehicle is purchased as-is/no warranty. Less than 3 weeks, 500 miles later--total engine failure. I would expect that most decent people, or at least smart business people wanting to protect their reputation, would help to at least some extent. Despite of, and in fact -because of- the no return/no warranty terms. Not only is it the right thing to do, but it is good business. But the friendly, helpful people who sold me the vehicle were gone when I asked for help. I got "not our problem" just like Samantha P did. "Even if you drove it off the lot less than ten feet and the engine blew, it is still not our problem." Legally and contractually correct? Yes. No arguments here. But was what Samantha P and myself experienced the morally and ethically correct, human thing for them to do? No. Not correct. I would think long and hard about dealing with this company. Our family has owned businesses here for many years and I have NEVER seen anything so outrageous as what just happened to my daughter and her partner. They purchased a vehicle here paid the majority of the purchase price in cash and financed a little over a thousand . Had the vehicle 3 days when it broke down on the side of the road with 2 kids in the car. They called the dealership and they sent a tow truck assured her they would fix it. In the mean time they found it had a recall on it ( Hmmm) when she called they told her it was at a repair shop. When she called them she was told that they were not to talk to her or give her any information. In the mean time the dealership sent a tow truck to pick it up , unrepaired because auto repair shop wanted nothing to do with it ( Good for Them) So here we are they called dealership and they refused to give her the car or her money back. So they went down to try and talk to them . At which time they tried to force her to sign papers saying she damaged the vehicle when she refused they became abusive .( However she recorded the conversation) They then proceeded to kick them off the lot and tell them they had called police. So they waited for the police. However big surprise the police were never called. So my daughter had to call them and the dealerships solution was to offer her 2000.00 dollars for the vehicle she just paid them 4500.00 for plus the small amount she financed ... Anyone else see a problem here ? They refuse to let her pay the balance . Which they followed up with hire an attorney. So now we are told that because she financed that small amount that they can technically keep the vehicle until its paid for Please remember they refused to let her pay the balance ..... So my best advice is not only walk past this place but run. This is the epitome of every horror story you have ever heard about used car dealerships ! read more

I purchased a car from them last year. They showed me the carfax paperwork and it said the car was clean and had no accidents. I immediately started noticing issues with the vehicle that didn't make sense. We took the car in to a more credible dealership and discovered they hid information and the car was reported for having frame damage previously, which they never showed me (even had printed carfax for the vehicle that were not legit), making it essentially a huge LEMON. I know I could have looked into it more, but I assumed the paperwork they were showing me was accurate and not misleading. I am super disappointed and lucky to have people who are willing to work with us to deal with this situation. Watch out don't get screwed over by these people. read more

Paid 6000 cash for a car, brake light oout 2nd day, 3000 for a transmission 10 days later, the brakes went out week after I got the car back, then the alternator went out, I've had this for about 6 months now, 10,000 dollars later I still can't drive it because I can't afford to fix the alternator!!! On March 17th I purchased a 2009 Jeep patriot. Three hours after I purchased this vehicle it broke down. upon returning to the dealership there were 3 men waiting and proceeded to yell at me accusing me of causing the car to break down because "I am a woman and don't know how to drive". At this point, I called my father to come help me because I was scared and felt threatened. The dealership ended up trading the Jeep patriot for a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder that seemed to be running well. 2 days after the trade the 2005 Nissan Pathfinder broke down. upon inspection, it was noted that there was pepper placed into the radiator to disguise a radiator leak causing the car to overheat and Ultimatly led to a blown head gasket. They also sold this car to me without disclosing a major recall on the engine control module which controls the vehicles tempature, fan and many other vital components. I spoke with the dealership on March 21st and was told that I was "s**t out of luck" I spoke with the dealership again March 22nd and was told that "it's not their problem and to figure it out myself". At which point the dealership had a tow truck come and get the car.. I spoke to the dealership today March 24th and was told I could not take my car to another shop for inspection and I either needed to pay $2,800 to the dealership for repairs or they would refund me $1,000 out of the $4,500 I had paid for the vehicle and fix and resale it on their lot. They are holding the vehicle that I paid for and not allowing me to come and get it. This dealership is selling faulty cars and disguising major issues to make sales and refusing to repair pre-existing issues. The dealership knew of the recall and told me my car was not affected. upon talking to the Nissan dealership I was told that yes in fact my vehicle was affected and the dealership should have notified me of the recall. The radiator was cracked and the dealership knew as they had put pepper in the radiator to seal the Crack long enough for me to get down the road. I was left stranded with my children in this death trap. read more
