This has to be the worst body shop that I've ever been to. I do not suggest anyone going here for repairs. I was referred to this place by Statefarm, and expected to recieve the beat results and service. However, after being told that my car would be ready by a certain date, and then recieving it two days after, only to realize that my car was poorly repaired. From the looks of the outer appearance, I thought everything was fine and signed off on it. Then, once I reached home I discovered that my front assist sensor was not activated or working, as well as my door alignment and keyhole being completely unattached. A sad and strange comedy of errors from the moment I dropped off my vehicle. The "routine" repair was supposed to take "two or three days" according to them. Two days stretched into three, and then four and then a week. Several times they called to inform me that the car was ready for pickup, only call hours later saying that it was nowhere near ready. This confusing situation lasted two weeks until eventually, they admitted to me that the work was beyond their capabilities and they were going to subcontract the work to dealership. Total time under their care for a "three day" fix: three weeks and one day. To their credit, they did pay for a rental car for me, but they returned the rental to the wrong location and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. They even screwed that up. read more

I am very dissatisfied with Auto Tech. They had my car for over 60 days. It still is not fixed correctly. The rear passenger door does not align and does not fit with the rest of the car. They used old parts instead of replacing with new. The inside headliner was left dirty. I am giving them 2 stars because they covered 30 days of my rental. Otherwise, the communication was poor, and not consistent. I have filed a complaint with SafeCo. read more

I generally don't write reviews, but I gotta say... Auto Tech has earned this one. Was referred here by the insurance of someone who hit my car while it was parked. The friendly and super professional staff here took care of EVERYTHING from coordinating with insurance to getting me a rental as fast as possible, shuttles to and from the rental place and free car dropoff. I worked with Eric, who was a super cool guy and made a great evaluation on the repairs.. the car came out looking INCREDIBLE. No cut corners, no cheap replacement parts, nothing. First class work. However, the story doesn't end there.. when I got my car back I noticed the sound system was a little off. A weekend of driving revealed what I thought was a blown driver, which occurred during the repair. The staff at Auto Tech were extremely apologetic and helpful, and had me bring it in to get looked at - and thanks to another extremely helpful tech by the name of Richard they were able to identify the problem, while comping a rental car for me so that I wouldn't miss a beat while the repairs were going on. I wish I had a huge heap of money to have these guys do a fresh paint and body job on my car.. I don't, but if I did this is the first place I would go. i brought my 2008 BMW M3 to auto tech from a friend's recommendation. I went in to get an initial estimate for minor damage on my bumpers (front and rear). The estimate was much cheaper than the other places I've been to which made me question how good it would come out. However, with my friends recommendation I thought I'd definitely give them a shot. I first dropped off my car at this business and it seemed to be a great shop. They projected an already very long expected date to return my car, and they explained that it was due to shipment delays. I gladly committed, expecting it. However, when it came to the expected delivery date, they would end up pushing it back at a day or two at a time. They would do it last minute, the day of. They ended up doing this for close to a month. They also did not relay this information to my insurance (as my insurance instructed me they are supposed to do) so I had to call my insurance every time they did this to ask them to extend the rental. They did for an entire month. They then told us last minute that we would have to be paying cash because their "card machines were down." This was not made aware to us until the day before and I told them we need to pay with our credit card. They would not budge until I finally said that this was something I would have to report to the BBB. They instantly came up with a solution that already existed and should have been presented from the start. Very disappointed that this place was recommended by GEICO and hope that they improve their business practices. read more

Last year, my daughter had an accident in my car and we took it to Auto Tech and another shop for estimates. The Auto Tech quote was better so we took it there. I was pleasantly surprised to find when picking up the car that they were charging us LESS than the estimate because they'd been able to repair a part rather than replacing it as per the quote. I wouldn't have known that they didn't replace the part and was really impressed by their integrity in having told me that they were able to save us that money. Today, I took a leased vehicle over there for a minor repair (prior to turn-in) and paid $268 less than I was quoted at the dealership. It turns out that a much simpler repair worked and it's good as new. John was so very nice and exceeded our expectations - by a lot. It's not something we'll forget should we need help in the future. I guess I'll start with the good. 1. the customer service is ok, I'll give it a 5 out of a 10. 2. The actual work is great I'll give it an 8 out of 10. Here comes the bad: I was rear ended by a driver insured through Geico, I did the proper steps to file a claim through Geico. I was referred to the Collision Center based on my zip code. Long story short my car was in the shop for a lil over a month. I received my car back 4/14. When I got back in the car to head to work my car would not start. I had to miss work because they close at noon on Saturday. I finally get a new battery through AAA and I called Auto Tech to see if they will reimbruse me given I never had an issue with my battery until now. I go down to the office to speak with the owner Richard after I spoke with Nina the Geico rep who helped me since day one over the phone. Just so they can tell me they can't do anything for me cuz the battery is 5 years old and it was bond to happen. Owners exact words. I brought both print out from AAA who tested the battery on different days and they said the battery wasn't any good. So now I'm extermely frustarted that I had to borrow money just to get a battery that was working fine before I brought it to this shop. I was told by an agent at the Geico headquaters to takr the battery to Auto Zone to get a 3rd opinion and they said the same thing as AAA. Moral of the story please don't let your insurance company refer you to this location because the extra stress after being reat ended is not worth it at all. Only thing they said they will accomadate me for is an Uber ride to my job. Since I get off at 11 30pm Im assuming I would have to pag for that myself. All I want is my money for the battery that was dead once I arrived to my home. Please be careful they will tell you a million time to take your belongings cuz they aren't responsible for any lost or stolen items. My advice take pics of your entire car inside and out. Under your hood and ur trunk. I just don't want anyone to have to experience what I'm going through. read more

When the time came to return my car when the lease was up, I knew I was going to be shelling out a lot of money to repair the scrapes and scratches on my car, so I shopped around and got different quotes from collision repair shops. Globe Auto Body quoted me over $2000 for my car's repairs, which really weren't THAT bad. I get my quote from Auto Tech, and they were nice enough to give me a sweet deal - originally quoted me about $1500, but made it $1000 instead! WHAT!?? I almost cried and wanted to squeeze the guy! Got my car back within a week and it looked brand spankin new! The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars was because 1) They didn't send me any email alerts on the status of my car like they said they would and 2) When I went to pick up my car, they lost my car keys so I had to wait for about 20 minutes until they found them. Still totally worth it though! I saved about $1000! read more

Finding a trusted auto body/ repair shop is as bad as going to the dentist. Not this time! Called triple AAA after my car wouldn't start. It wasn't a battery issue, so I started the dreaded search of finding an auto repair shop. It seemed that every review had 4 to 5 stars. Auto repair is one of the hardest businesses to yelp because the consumer has limited access to get a true value on service needed. After getting several quotes for what i thought was an alternator I decided to get a tow to auto-tech. They called me when the car was ready and told me that it wasn't an alternator issue. I forget what the part was but it was very minor. I probably saved 3-4 hundred dollars. I say probably because more than 50% of auto shops would have probably told me it was the alternator or starter and charged the standard 4-5 hundred in parts and labor. That 50% is a conservative number. Gained a customer and will refer to everyone. Message me and I'll vouch for the company read more
